Excellent in all aspects and a superb dining experience! Service was excellent! The staff was attentive but not intrusive. Special requests were attended to. We were not rushed as we dined for over two hours. We were able to carry on a normal conversation without raising our voices. The steaks were perfectly cooked.

Visiting Delmonico’s for the signature ribeye was going to be a highlight of our visit to NYC. We chose Delmonico’s over some of the other famous NYC steakhouses after reading and watching reviews online. Unfortunately, while the service was very good and the steak itself was very tender, high quality, and perfectly cooked (medium rare), the flavor was really mild and not as tasty as expected. We actually had to request some salt for the steak to increase the flavor. So the experience was somewhat of a let down and didn’t compare to some of our favorite steakhouses in Texas.

Awful. In so many ways such that there is not enough space here to appropriately articulate where this place fell short. From the reception, to the food, to the management, to the obstinance, just horrifingly bad. With so many choices in NYC, dont waste your time coming here. And none of this has anything to do with the $. We knew what we were getting into $ wise. There’s no issue there. We spend $ to eat at so many places in NYC (Smith & Wollensky, Sparks, Keenes, etc) dont waste the time with this presumptious place. We were treated like we were at Cheesecake Factory when we got in. The manager (Branko Vinski) was dismissive & acted like he was doing us a favor by having the prilivege of having an awful $425 experience for 2. Again, not about the $, but the point is about the attitude as it relates to the execution of expectec experience. Again, we are NYers thru and thru. We eat at so many great estalishments. Just such a miss here - dont waste your time.

Absolutely a fantastic dinner. Service was beyond 5 Star, the oysters & crab cakes were delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly. The martini's & wine selection were excellent. Will definitely be back.

I did expect more from this experience. I had been looking forward to it for some time. My steak (Delmonico Eye) was well cooked and seasoned. However, it was rather tough and difficult to cut. Given the price point, I've had better steaks at about half the price. Wait staff were great -- no complaints. Dessert and appetizers were good. Drinks were good. One issue my wife and I had was the new painting/mural in the main dining area. Art is in the eye of the beholder, but we felt this AI painting was distracting, kind of weird, and did not fit the ambience of Delmonico's. It should be changed.

Skip Delmonico’s and go straight to Keens They’re resting on their laurels. The steak was not even close to worth the money. Food came out burnt on the outside. Cold on the inside sides were OK but looked like they came from a can. You might as well just go to a regular chain steakhouse if you want that kind of a meal. Staff was amazing and really worked hard.
