    Portions were huge! Shrimp cocktail was one of the best we’ve had, and the garlic cheese bread was delicious. Jackie, our server, was so friendly and personable, we had a great experience at Delmonico’s and will definitely return next time we are in town!

    Food was great. I made the reservation and had the opportunity to put an occasion down. It was our 14th anniversary. We celebrate once a year and spare no expense. Missed opportunity to not wow us when we came it by wishing us a happy anniversary. Any kind of gesture would’ve gone a long way to make it have felt like a next level experience. The hostess seemed very preoccupied and wore her feelings on her sleeve, which was frustration. I am looking to feel like life here is the most amazing thing, not like I should be asking you what’s wrong. We passed by many open tables and open sections to be brought to a room with one open table that we were seated at. There was a giant party there. Again, I’m glad you’re busy but this is our anniversary and some place more intimate would’ve better, especially since we passed by a completely empty section. after a minute or two, my wife walked up to the front to ask to be moved. The server was nice, but I felt like I was not the only table she had when you go out to eat at a nice place you expect to feel like the server is there just for you. something pretty easy to feel if the server just stops for a minute to engage or to even ask why we were there or if we were celebrating anything. I can get really good food anywhere as long as I am willing to pay for it. What I can’t get just anywhere is an experience that makes me want to come back to spend money when it’s not my anniversary. I did not get that there last night and so will probably not be back.

    I brought my mom to Delmonico's to celebrate a special occasion. It's one of our favorite restaurants as the staff are always outstanding. Ambiance, service and food quality is fantastic! We had salmon, filet mignon, salads and an app as well as tiramisu and cappuchino and everything was delicious! We love the new reservation system and will return many times in the future!

    Two great appetizers…all agreed mozzarella continues to be best ever. Italian peppers great also. Wedge salads continue to be best ever…nicely split for each couple. Though no longer on the menu, 3 of us were able to get our long time favorite steak gorgonzola over fettuccini alfredo. Even received a free cannoli for our anniversary. Server Haley was awesome.

    Traveling through the area and stopped for the night at a nearby hotel. Tired of driving we picked here after some research. Drinks were excellent pours, wedge salad was recommended (pictured) and impressed. Dinner was prepared perfectly, steaks cooked to proper doneness and server Haley took great care of us. It was a lot of food and we came hungry but I still took a leftover container, which I finished later, and a tiramisu to go was excellent. I got some family news (good!) during our stay and left quickly forgetting my credit card but returned shortly and retrieved. Thank you for a great experience and recommend!

    Josh was our server. He was very sweet and met all our requests. We shared the beef filet tenderloins over Alfredo. It was to die for. We also split chicken franchise. We were there for my birthday and I was surprised with the free cannoli! We sat in a booth in the side room. Very bright, and private even though that room was filled. It was all around a perfect night! Thank you.

    Dinner was disappointing not up to its usual excellent standards. Lasagna was over cooked and dry and was replaced, it was better but not as good as usual. Caesar salad had too much garlic.

    Went to dinner for my daughter’s birthday. We were sat in the front dining room which turned out to be very loud due to a large party of some type. We ordered ice water, 1/2 order of greens, 1 entree was ny strip and mashed potatoes and the other was the Chicken Prosciutto. The steak was cooked nicely, potatoes were good. Greens were ok, tasted kind of “old”. The chicken prosciutto was so-so. I’ve had that dish before in Utica and it was great. This time it was underwhelming, not much chicken, kind of dry. Also tasted “old”. I took it home but did not finish it. Service was very good. We got cannolis for dessert which were very good as well. I just wasn’t “wowed” enough to pay $100 for the food quality. Tasty but not well enough to want to return.

    Always excellent food and service. Delicious. Serving sauce and cheese on the side with lasagna is an excellent idea. Perhaps a little extra to take home with the leftover would be even better. Somewhat expensive but every place is. Worth it.
