   First time at Dell’ Rooster and we enjoyed it very much. Food, service and ambiance all good. Plus, it was 1/2 price wine bottles on Wednesday. We started with the Papas Bravas which were very tasty. For dinner we had Lechón and Paella. Also, very good. We will definitely will return.

   This is my third time here. This time I came for my birthday dinner with my family. The service is always kind and attentive. Food was all delicious. I always have a wonderful experience dining. I recommend the braised ribs and paella. I will be coming back!

   Fresh food, creatively prepared with attention to detail (like the perfectly-crisped sandwich rolls. Salad was a colorful mosaic with a tasty, but not overwhelming dressing. The restaurant is cleverly but comfortably decorated. A really nice meal, highly recommend this place.

   Overall, a very good experience! Me and my friend did the restaurant week brunch/lunch menu at Dell Rooster. The potatoes in papas braves appetizer was cooked perfectly and the spices and the sauce added a nice kick. However, the bacon wrapped dates were underwhelming; the recipe could use a little refinement. The main highlight of the meal was my chicken and waffle entree — I’d gladly return to Dell Rooster for it again. The short rib skillet was also delicious with the rib was cooked to perfect tenderness. The desserts were fairly standard, but the pana cotta had a hard jello like texture and could have been more creamier and custard-like. The service was excellent, the attentive and welcoming staff made the whole experience a good one.

   The food was delicious and in sizeable portions. I thought it was a good value and really enjoyed it. I recommend the place and will definitely be back!

    The cocktails were all great, as was everything that we tasted on the menu (Paella, Pork Chop, & Prime Rib). The owner even came out to check to make sure that we were happy. We are likely to become regulars here!
