It’s a good feeling to dine somewhere that’s 100% vegan. The food was great. The cheese plate was tasty.

Our experience at the restaurant was memorable. Although we only had one vegan in our group, everyone was happy with the food. This is an amazing restaurant, and highly recommended.

A cute place with decent outdoor seating. The cheese plate and faux gras were quite tasty. Our boeuf bourguignon was decent, but the cassoulet was a little uninteresting. The onion soup was surprisingly bland, and the coconut cheese on top overwhelmed what little flavour was present. The sweet crêpes were wonderful. I'm sure I'd return just for crêpes and coffee.
I very disappointed that the restaurant staff were unmasked during our visit. This was the single most off-putting part of our visit, particularly in such a small space.

It’s so fun to try new foods that we wouldn’t ever make on our own. To be able to do that with anything on this vegan gourmet menu was an absolute delight. We will come again and again until we’ve tried everything and feel ok repeating our favorites.

A NYC gem for Vegans and Non-Vegas alike. They offered GF and Soy Free courses and had excellent variety of dishes to please every palate. My husband and I cannot wait to return!

Amazing vegan Mushroom crepe as well as “escargot” that give the essence of the flavors in traditional escargot without an actual snail. Delicious!

It’s been two years since our last trip to nyc. We miss the city and being from the.West Coast, SF, and a 2-year vegan I was not sure what to expect. The food was flavorful and my wife, who is not vegan, could not tell the difference in foods. Love this place and it will remain a staple in our restaurants when we come to nyc.

Everything we had — the Brie, Coq au Vin, a savory crepe, a sweet crepe, and the chocolate mousse — was delicious! Incredible vegan food. We sat outside and it was a little chilly, but everything else was perfect! We’ll be back to try more in the future :)

We were blown away with how wonderful everything we ordered was that night. It was hard to believe it was all vegan and we had trouble deciding what to order as it all seemed fantastic--which it all was! We will definitely be back when we go to NYC again. Best meal we had in the city on our trip!

Our dining experience was lovely, it was the food that we weren’t too impressed with. I had the steak and truffle fries. The menu description made is sound far more appealing and tasteful than it was. It did not feel satisfactory as it was technically speaking a burger patty and fries for $20. If I had seen a photo of the dish prior I would not have ordered it. I would have felt it had more value if it came with a white sauce and some sautéed greens or onions.
The other sandwich dish too was a little disappointing, it felt like a lot of bread with little filling. It tasted nice but it was not filling, it felt more like an appetizer if anything. Our deserts being the almond chocolate cake and the creme brûlée were amazing. Our food had poor delivery but we would like to return to try something else out. Thank you

Always good and often head-scratching food - how do they make a carrot so salmon like? At times they get a bit heavy handed with the truffle oil - even a little bit can be heavy handed in my opinion - but this is a great place for non-vegans and vegans alike.

Our meal was absolutely incredible! You can’t get anything like this anywhere else in the world! These are spot-on vegan versions of French classics and you’re not missing anything without the animal products. I would recommend taking your family here if they’re skeptical about cruelty free eating!

Really poor food quality. The BŒUF BOURGUIGNON tasted as if cooked a week ago and reheated multiple times with just fresh potatoes added before serving. Very disappointing.

The main attraction is the food! Which is what it should be. it is fresh, unique and made of amazing vegan ingredients that you can't even buy elsewhere. The vegan cheeses are incredible as well as the gluten free vegan crepes and bread. Also, out waiter was lovely and attentive. I look forward to returning.

A lovely restaurant situated in one of the most charming spots in the West Village. There are some quirks worth mentioning, though overall, Delice though the dish did not arrive hot. And while the pasta was perfectly cooked and the faux seafood was convincing texturally, the dish lacked seasoning. Old Bay may have helped here, though a bit more S&P would have been welcomed as well. It also came with a side of (I think) faux parmesan. Why? This dish is never served with cheese! Fresh Italian Parsley would've been much more appropriate and tasty. Too, since while we initially ordered a bottle of wine and it never showed up, by the time the entree's arrived we asked for a couple of glasses instead. Again, it was getting colder and that deterred us as well for even considering desert. Inside next time, we'll definitely indulge! Highly recommended regardless!!!!

We ate outdoors so all my ratings are based on this experience. We opted to eat in the outdoor kiosk bc tables are very close together inside the adorable restaurant, and we were concerned about COVID, even though it was cold out. We were told the kiosk was heated, and it is, but there are just two small-ish heaters on the ceiling of the structure, not adequate to sufficiently heat something that size, and our table was not under the heater.
The food here is very good and it is lovely to find something vegan, French, and with gluten free options. We love the buckwheat crepes, the "brie," and the steak frites. The waitress is so lovely and patient, but my goodness, she could use some help during a busier Sunday. She is the hostess, waitress, and basically the only person we saw doing any tasks while we were there. I applaud her work ethic and her attention to patrons.
I recommend trying this lovely bistro.

This was 2nd visit party of 4. Except for one dish, all were tasty creative and had authentic touch of what they were emulating. We ordered things we hadn't tried before:. Cassoulet, beef patty with fries (truffle flavor which is done with an additive but isn't overpowering), ratatouille, and French Onion soup. Sides of brussel sprouts and fries. Fries are cottage style so not crispy but nicely done fresh wedges.
Soup coconut cheese melt worked well but soup itself is in a gluey viscous clearish broth which was unpleasant and onions are well cooked but not caramelized so lack deep flavor. Couldn't eat much of it.
creme brulee and chocolate mousse desserts fine .. tho the orange flavoring in brulee tasted like essence not real orange. The mousse is thick rich dark chocolate large serving

We chose the outdoor seating option which was a lovely enclosed area - wood plank walls really let you feel removed from the street, with thick curtains instead of doors.
Unfortunately it was quite easy for homeless people to come in and beg for handouts. This happened twice. The first left after the few patrons in the space turned him down politely, the second stayed for probably 10 minutes begging and not taking no for an answer. It was a small space and with this guy at the exit we felt rather trapped in that situation.

The appetizers and main courses were really tasty. Inventive, well balanced. Unfortunately the server didn't know much about the food other than what was written on the menu. It should be reasonable to inquire about the nutritive value of the meat substitutes in a vegan restaurant.

We didn't get to enjoy desert because the hot cocoa we were served was absolutely scalding hot and seriously burned my wife's tongue. I realize this may sounds pedantic but she blew on it and took a really small sip and was burned so badly her tongue blistered and she was nearly in tears.

I immediately tried to cancel the dessert we ordered but was told it was too late. We got it to go (unsurprisingly not good cold).

Of course no apology was made -- when I told the waiter he tried to blame us...

We were charged for everything including the hot cocoa and ruined deserts PLUS a **20% Added Service Fee (we were just 2 people fyi) which was explicitly separate from tip...
