Celebrating birthdays. Great night!
We sat out by the water on a beautiful day and had a great brunch. Service was great and managers Gustavo and Jackie came and checked on us as always.
Everything was great!
Ali is fantastic
Didn’t even come close to finishing salads before main course came out - not cool!
Always a great experience ! Our waiter Walker was top notch! Very informative! Thank you for a great evening!!
This is not the first time and usually service is good. Foos was amazing and ambience as well. Our waiter was nice but the overall service was sloppy. Too many guys bringing plates and moving around but none picked up the empty cocktail glasses that were accumulating and no bread. We had to ask for it and it took a while. We tipped 18% because we were 4 couples. Hope the feedback helps the manager improve the experience for their customers. Again, this is the first time it happened to us. Previous experiences were fine.
The food and customer service was exceptional! I loved how attentive the wait staff was and how someone always stopped by to see if we needed anything. The molten lava cake was one of the most decadent I've ever had! I think I found my new favorite restaurant. Only thing I didn't like too much was how loud it was.
the steak salad was fresh and delicious. the entire experience was enjoyable.
The food was on point! Especially the appetizers- we could have eaten those with their yummy cocktails all day long! Bravo!
The food and service were great as always. One of our favorite restaurants!
Great food!!! Great service. Table of 11 and they
Did a great job.
Had 8pm reservations, did not get seated until after 830. Not a big deal, but when we were seated it was at a flimsy card table in a walkway that fell over as soon as we sat down. Cheesesteak egg rolls were great, as usual, but the rest was not as good as it has been in the past. Maybe just had too many people in restaurant to comfortably handle. Waitress was very attentive.
I treated my 9 yr old daughter to a Valentines Date Night. While I appreciate it was a busy time period, the manner in which the restaurant shifted to serving the masses vs. providing a dining experience was extremely disappointing. Severely understaffed and lack of service/experience. Not reflective of what you expect from Del Frisco’s.
Service was extremely slow. It took over an hour and twenty minutes for our main course to arrive at the table. My wife's $38 filet was brought to the table ice cold. Our waiter was very polite but did not visit the table as often as he should have, probably due to embarrassment from the time it took for the kitchen to have our food prepared. I will not be going back to this restaurant.
Dinner was great and service was really good. Will definitely be back.
Service was unacceptable for the price. $200 bottle of wine $lobster $ dry aged steak. 30 minutes for a egg roll appetizers. Had to ask for silverware and napkins 4(four) times.
On a separate note we have diner here about 20 different occasions and this as by far the worst experience. As we will return but it will never be on a holiday as they sen very ill prepared.
Though it was Valentines night and very crowded, service was great and quick. Steaks were cooked just right and delicious. Boy I was glad we had reservations. The line wanting a table was long.
It was Valentine’s dinner. They had filled the restaurant with temporary tables. We were seated at one of those tables. They forgot my wife’s shrimp cocktail. They didn’t serve bread. Asked the manager for bread. He said absolutely but it never came. I asked to substitute French fries for the mashed potatoes that came with the chicken. They brought the fries and the mashed potatoes. I mentioned it to the waitress. She nodded and I was charged for the fries.
High prices, poor service, poor seating is not a recipe for an excellent VD dinner. Would never go back.
PS. The valet parking was horrible also. Twenty minute wait.
It was Valentine's Day and we were late making reservations so I can't blame them for my table in the wild, at least they got us a table and on time. The food was very good as we had experienced a couple of times before. The wine list is a little pricey but that seems to be the way of the world today.
It was our 28th wedding anniversary and the staff made us feel very special from the moment we walked in. Our table was in the middle of the restaurant with a table sign that said Happy Anniversary and was signed by the day staff. Other customers said Happy Anniversary as they walked by. Nice touch! We will definitely come back for a future visit. Thanks for a memorable experience Del Frisco’s!
The quality of the food needs to improve. The beef in the Stroganoff had lot of fat that I had to eat around. Great taste and recipe though. My wife had the brick chicken that was somewhat tough. She did not care for the heritage carrots either. They looked strange, appeared to be under cooked and she didn’t like the taste. The potatoes were watery.
Fantastic time for my Birthday
It was great. This service was outstanding. The manager stopped by to chat. The food was excellent and for once we found a place where they do not over salt the steaks. Highly recommend.
Very good experience. Bar tender Levi was AWESOME!!
The food was very good although the desserts were too big, especially the coconut pie could do with half the whipped cream or less and the custard needed to be served warm. The rest of our food was great. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu to provide good suggestions.
We love the attentive wait staff and management. The new menu is delightful! Love that we still have old favorites!
Definitely an excellent dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for outstanding service and good eats.
Great atmosphere and service. The food and drinks are always delicious.
Great atmosphere and food. The staff was excellent and the GM was super kind
Steak was overcooked, service was extremely slow and awful. They advertise as a Landery's restaurant, however, they do not allow the use of Landery's gift card. Will not be going back. Even the valet number to call didn't work when leaving the restaurant, would rate our experience a 1 out of 10.
Sat 1/25, table 52, server Ian M:
My friends and I were dining to celebrate a birthday and had the BEST time!
We didn’t want to leave.... sorry Ian for staying so long. You and your team were nothing short of amazing! It was truly a dining experience to remember as each and every request was fulfilled and expedited so effortlessly.
Thank you all for truly incredible experience!
It’s was a great experience!
Consistently good food and service. Never disappoints. Great menu choices. We’re not frequent dessert people, but whoever they have on staff that does their sweet treats is spot on. They have an individual coconut cream pie that two people can barely finish... it is completely over the top! We crave it!
Great food and service
The ambiance is always great. Our first visit since Del Frisco’s was captured by Landry’s. Here’s to hoping Tillman leaves you guys alone. We love Del Frisco’s
We dine here often but this visit proved to be subpar. The service was awful & food was not nearly as delicious as usual.
This place is going to lose my business for good since Landry’s bought it out. To me it’s just going to be another over priced chain. The buyout is not even complete and we have seen a decrease in service, lack of flavor in food, as well as having a menu with stuff Landry’s decided wasn’t good enough for the menu.
