   We had a very nice waiter, but we were a large party and I think he could’ve used some assistance. It took a while for him going back-and-forth to bring out all of our food and then trying to go back to get all our drinks. I was disappointed in the presentation of the fillets when it was simply a piece of meat in the middle of a white plate no sauces no garnish or anything. Both mine and my son fillets were rare inside when we asked for it to be medium we had to send that back, which was disappointing. In the past we always had great food, but I definitely think the presentation and the quality is going downhill. I asked if there was any kind of sauces like a red wine Reduction or anything they said no I’ve never been to a restaurant that offered fillets that don’t offer any kind of sauces that other than butter. The waiter was very nice and he worked very hard but like I said, I think that he should’ve had someone helping him for such a large party, especially when our bill was $800

   Waited a long time to be acknowledged at the table, it was very busy there at the time. Appetizers were good not amazing. Pork chop was raw inside, chared outside they said they were cooking a new chop but it was the same one I cut into. When it came back smaller potion was dry, other side ok. Chop came back with extra stuff I asked them not to put plate, like chickpeas and kale . Husband and daughter got steaks they were good but a bit over cooked. Noise level was uncomfortable with the radio and chatter. Chop was subtracted from the bill but still pricey for the quality of the food. We have been the before and to the Del Frisco’s in the Seaport and had a great experience. This time was to say the least disappointing. Most likely will not be back.

   Our server was outstanding and gave us the best experience. She was courteous, friendly, and had great follow-up.

   Ther staff members were very pleasant and accommodating. Our server took his time with us, knowing our lunch was a business meeting. Food was great. The best chicken i had with my Caesar salad. Definetly will be back when i am in the area,

   We went there for a family Easter brunch. We had excellent food and fantastic service.

   The hostesses were rude, not engaged, on their phones and leaning over with their elbows on the desk. They even looked bothered to deal with us when we came in and were NOT friendly. The waitress literally came to our table on twice until the bill was asked for. Although the food was good I may not go back for a long while. Service was just awful.

   We ordered filet mignon and steakhouse salad. Both were perfectly cooked and Andrew our server was wonderful.

   Service was non attentive and my steak was over done but no one checked in on us after it was served to let them know so we just had to accept it.

    We always have a wonderful meal at Del Frisco’s in Westwood. We loved the pretzel rolls, the steak frites, the steak salad, the French dip sandwich and the burger! Andrew was a wonderful server.
