    Definitely off this evening. Waited 35 minutes after being seated for a glass of water. Drink order messed up and waitress apologized saying “ the bartender was mad at her” so our drinks would be delayed. “Sauce on the side” of a $58 steak was doused in sauce. When I sent it back I could see staff scrape the sauce off, flip the steak and return it to me. The manager said the yellow all over the steak was butter. Horrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

    We both ordered filets, along with two sides. The filets were delicious! Disappointed in the size of the side dishes for the price. They use to be much larger. The shrimp cocktail was good too. Our sever, Andrew was good, but not very attentive. Our appetizer plates weren’t removed from the table when our food was served! That’s a big deal for me.

    I usually order the filet mignon as it's a family favorite and I only to Del Frisco's for special occasions. Boy was I glad to branch out this time and order the short rib. It was so tender and delicious. The folks serving us were wonderfully pleasant and helpful as well. I always recommend Del Frisco's Grille, and now I have a new dish to shout out!

    Our overall experience was just "fair." That's really unfortunate since our family loves Del Frisco for special occasions or just to get the 9 of us together at one place. Food was characteristically very good. Ava, our server, did the very best she could and that deserves to be underscored. As far as we could tell, she was the only server on "our side." We were a large party and there was another behind us of ~14 and the other tables around us were full. That just wasn't fair to Ava. Consequently, we waited a long time for aps and one cocktail. They were comped which was nice but that wait was a lot, especially with a young'un. Net/net, food was very good; the restaurant is pretty but it is clearly understaffed. That affects the user experience and seems to us to put an undue burden on your staff who seem to do their very best. I understand there are staffing shortages in some places but with a "whole city" across the street, multiple retail shops and eateries near by, Del Frisco could be an attractive employer.

    Service was so slow and absolutely not the wait staff’s fault. The wait staff went above and beyond to accommodate for the terrible speed of the service. I get it, people are most likely short staffed but this was Del Frisco’s not Applebee’s. Reservation for 730pm, seated at 8. Orders in at 820pm, served at 905pm. Again not the wait staff and very appreciative of the fact that establishments are short staffed still to this day. However when you go to Del Frisco’s you have an expectation. Our dining experience was very disappointing.

    Not up to Del Frisco’s reputation! The service was poor. Waitress was pleasant but did not have control of the table. Cocktail were served after the appetizer we finished. Ordered a salad that was never served but after the fact I was billed for. Entrees were piece mealed. My son almost finished his steak before receiving his sides (which I had to request). At the end of the meal, we were offered a dessert menu but was handed the bill. Then, the waitress asked for our dessert orders. Very disorganized and very disappointing for the value. Like I said, not up to Del Frisco’s reputation! Not sure when I will be back!

    Restaurant is nice. Service very slow at table. Waiter apologized repeatedly for his slow service, still was non existent. I would recommend sitting the bar. Food was good not great. All good was warm not hot. I believe it sat awhile before being delivered. Waiter returned after we were 3/4 done so was not worth bring it to his attention. Probably won’t dine here again in restaurant. Will dine at bar in future.

    Came in for Valentine’s Day dinner, the server was nice but didn’t know about the Valentine’s Day weekend specials. When asked about the t-bone special, they checked with the kitchen then came back and said “yes we have it, you can get it” then proceeded to take our order for the $150, t-bone (32oz). Took very long to get the glass of wine. Then after the food was served the server only came to check back on us when we had 2 bites left of our meal. The meal was missing the truffle butter as described on the menu online and was much smaller than we anticipated. Still tasted delicious, grilled perfectly, but we were a little disappointed. The server didn’t offer any appetizers or desserts. Was more of an “order taker” than a server. The only positive part about the hospitality was the kind gentleman who checked us in at the host stand and sat us. It was not very busy at the restaurant even given it was Valentine’s Day weekend but we expected more given it was clearly our Valentine’s Day celebration.

    First off my steak was really good, but our server was slow and uninterested. Also, my Kettle and sprite was flat and with no server around I walked my drink up to the bar and he said the sprite was out and to pick something else! Lol. This was the second time we’ve had a disappointing trip to Del Frisco’s, and it will more than likely be our last. For the prices they charge… find something better!

    No surf and turf available when i went. Sat in the middle of room- worst area. Table was too high or chair too low. Service was great Drinks were alright Ambiance was disappointing. My previous visit was much better

    Upon arriving for 1:00 pm lunch with my daughter, no host or hostess to greet and look up online reservation. The manager finally saw us waiting and seated us. Waited some more for a server. Very small menu dedicated for Valentines Day at dinner prices. I heard this place pricey but at least thought a bit more affordable at lunch. No complimentary bread for the table. Or salad included with meals. So our simple order 2 basic entrees and two simple drinks came to $90 with tip! Way over priced for industrial warehouse-y ambiance. Not impressed. Not returning.

    This is my husband and my favorite restaurant to go to and we always ask for Stacey . She is an incredible waitress, and we always have a great time! The food is always on point every time we go! I highly recommend going there for date night, girls night out or any special event. Make sure you ask for Stacey!

    Went on a Saturday night. Very crowded and loud with slow service. Much prefer the restaurant for lunch when quieter and service not as slow.

    Was excited for a nice dining experience and instead the service was very poor and food was mediocre and we were in and out in less than an hour. Waiter was pleasant but it became apparent fairly quickly that he was high (jittery, etc). Despite asking for bread (2x) we never received it. Same with tea I ordered. Never came. The filet was decent but not worth the price/experience. We ended up going elsewhere for dessert due to a lousy menu selection. To top it off, the waiter added a $78. bottle of wine to our tab. Fortunately, I noticed and then he took it off (blaming his manager). Bizarre to say the least. We won’t be returning.

    Been to Del Frisco’s many times and was celebrating our friends anniversary. Service was great but I have to say my Ribeye was over cooked ( Med Well) and very thin cut. Was disappointed because first time I was disappointed. I have to say I have had better Ribeye at Longhorn.

    Even thought it’s a steakhouse, there are still good options for this pescatarian. High marks for the butternut squash bisque and the pan roasted branzino. Our waiter (Sean) was excellent. Very knowledgeable on the menu and great service overall.

    We dined on a Monday night. Some of the food items came out cold even though it was not busy and some of our items missing. The staff delivering the dishes could not speak English and made it difficult to communicate. It was disappointing

    Unfortunately, we will not be back. My husband's appetizer (steak and cheese egg rolls) came out 15 minutes before mine, and the kitchen needed reminding to make mine (deviled eggs). My filet steak came out overcooked (very well done, not medium well) and my husband's came out as the wrong cut. It took an additional 15-20 minutes for his order to be corrected and it was still cooked rare to blue in the middle (not medium). By then however, my meal was finished and we didn't bother to correct it again. Additionally, both the men's and women's bathrooms have green mold in the sink, near the drain, and stall door hinges that are missing screws and falling off. It seems like the restaurant is trying to be something it is not.

    The service is always bad here, we keep giving it multiple tries. It takes 25 minutes to get drinks & the water/waitresses always disappear when time to pay the bill.

    My last several visits my food had arrived to the table luke warm or cold. Kitchen staff should be better at timing for food delivery to patrons table.

    Our waitress was awesome. She checked in regularly and was so friendly and attentive. My only issue is that it took a long time for the food to come out. With my previous visits to this location I have had similar experiences.

    Westwood Station, MA location. Couple things. Our waitress Stacy is what keeps us coming back. She is Great!!! What should change is bring back the Ahi Tuna dish. That was one of your best dishes and no longer is available. One reason why we do go to the Grille anyway. Also the chicken dish wasn't great. The appearance was not too pretty when the server brought to my table and the Creamed spinach was not tasty last night and was too creamy. Simple sautéed spinach would be much more appreciated.
