In spite of ordering my steak medium it was well done and burnt on the outside with no pink inside. The taste was still ok after I cut off the burnt pieces, but if I had wanted it well done I would have asked.

Food and service were excellent. However, there was a large group (20pele) who were very loud. Numerous people requested to be reseated. This detracted from the restaurant atmosphere. Based on this, I would not recommend the restaurant to others.

Hostess and server were pleasant, but mistakes on every portion of the meal. Drinks took forever to come out and we’re not delivered together. Server was told about avacado allergies and not only out avacado on the salad but brought an avacado dressing with it instead of the standard. Twice. Entree were not delivered tigether and food was cold. $250 dinner for three people and wasn’t worth even half of that. We won’t be back.

Our server was great and the vibe in the restaurant was awesome but our filet was overcooked and did not appear to have the garlic herb butter we paid extra for. I don't like to send food back so we ate what we could and left the rest. Not typical of Del Frisco's Grille but we normally go to the Fort Worth location but thought we'd checkout Southlake location instead for our Anniversary.

We dined at Del Frisco's Grill to celebrate our birthdays. We ordered from the DFW Restaurant Week menu. I ordered the grilled pork chop which was absolutely delicious and cooked as ordered. My wife ordered the 8oz Filet steak cooked well done. It was definitely cooked well done! I also had the Cheesesteak egg rolls as my appetizer which were delicious. My wife ordered the wedge salad which she enjoyed. Our waiter surprised us both with a small portion of their peanut butter bar dessert complete with a candle on each. We loved it all and will return again in the future.

Good food, as always. Suggest medium well on steak vs well-done. Our server was attentive but not intrusive. Restaurant will need a facelift soon, but overall still a good choice!

It was ok. They were busy and took forever to just greet us and get some water out. It’s hot in Texas right now. That should almost be done by the hostess. The steak was over cooked and the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese didn’t have much flavor. I enjoyed the Sangria Rosa and the Peanut Butter dessert. I would give it a 7/10. Could’ve been an off day. I would definitely give it another try. I also told them it was my husband’s birthday and they never mentioned it. Kind of a bummer since it was a celebration brunch.

It was awful, which is normally not the case. I put instructions not to put me near the kitchen and was put right by the kitchen, where it’s loud. The whole dining room was practically empty. Then the waiter was very focused on the table next to us, ignoring us most of the time. Brought out shrimp cocktail without the cocktail sauce. Why bring it out at all until it’s ready? Then had to be reminded. My glass was empty most of my meal. Food was good but service was completely lacking.

We have been Del Frisco customers for 30 years. Last Saturday we took 20 friends for a Birthday celebration. I am sorry to say that was our worst steak dining experience ever, including Bobs, Papas, Kirby’s, etc. I ordered an 8 oz Filet Medium plus, it came out very, very rare. We received our salad and steak at the same time, after our friends at our table were finished eating. No one ever came to our table to check on anyone’s food. I had to go find someone to order a drink after waiting an hour. When we left, the table was full of dirty dishes and glasses. De Lincoln would have been embarrassed.

Guess I never learn...every time we go here, I make the mistake of thinking this will be just like Del Frisco's Double Eagle or Pappas Brothers etc. and order a steak. For whatever reason, the steaks here are just inferior to top tier steak restaurants in DFW but priced the same...and the kitchen usually screws up one of our steaks. No different this visit with an undercooked gray filet for my wife after we both order med-rare, Pittsburgh style. I had the $51 "prime" NY Strip that did not look or taste Prime. To the managements credit, they did try to make it right and ultimately reduced our check substantially. Probably won't be back any time soon, at least not for the food.

A hugely disappointing “special” client dinner that I couldn’t comment on while we were in the restaurant (for obvious reasons). Food came out mostly luke warm/cold and had clearly been sitting around for quite a while before being served. Meat and lobster quality were not what one would expect for a Del Frisco’s establishment. The waiter Richie tried really hard but it was obvious he was stretched thin across way too many tables. What a shocking waste of money. Never again!

We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and have come here every year to celebrate for the last several years. There was a table of 4 men close to us who were extremely loud and cursing the entire time we were there. We told our waitress about it and she told the female manager on duty, who said she would talk to them. She never did. The men continued to be so loud that my husband and I couldn’t carry on a conversation about it each other. The manager came over and asked us about it, but still did nothing. We understand people will be loud, but to the extent other paying guests can’t even have a nice dinner is unnecessary and ridiculous. The most disappointing part is that management did nothing to even try and alleviate the problem. They just allowed this one group to disrupt that area of the restaurant for over an hour. We usually love coming here, but may have to try somewhere else next time.

Dined here for DFW restaurant week. Went to an early dinner on a Friday. Food was exceptional as always! The great thing about Del Frisco’s grill is you can go all in with the true steakhouse experience or go a little more casual with a great burger and the quality doesn’t change.

The fries were soggy. Gnats everywhere. Somehow they had no blue cheese olives for my martini. To the guy wearing the cowboy hat, obnoxious Hawaiian shirt, bathing suit and lime green crocs; sitting in the dining area….WOW!

Usually we enjoy the food here for a quick dinner. Tonight was very different. The food was a bit tasteless and the mushrooms were very dry. When we ordered the bread pudding, it turned out to be a block of brown bread that we couldn’t even get a fork to go through it, so we sent it back.

Came early to help beat the crowd bc we have movie tickets so had to be out by 7, we almost missed our movie time. Shrimp cocktail was fishy, but the eegrolls were delicious. Our Steaks were cooked incorrectly( had to be sent back), had to ask multiple times for our server (looks like she was over seated with people), had to have a manager help us with gift card bc the server imputed it i correctly. Overall most likely won’t go back considering we spent well over $400 for 4 of us.

Despite having reservations for 6 adults, we were seated in a half moon booth which was not conducive. There were several large parties seated next to us. A request for a different seating arrangement was meet with the offer of outside dining, where the temperature was over 103 degrees. The service was very haphazard and erroneous but friendly. The only highlight was the fact that the food was good. We will not return to Del Frisco's Grille. Next time, it's Perry's Steakhouse Grapevine instead.

Rough night for us. We go fairly often but not the best this time around. French fries were under cooked. Served a wedge salad with brown spots all over the lettuce. Cheeseburger wasn't cooked very well and steaks were all supposed to be medium but we had quite the range. Server was good though. Heard main chef constantly yelling at chefs on other side of kitchen so that was frustrating guess we sat too close to the kitchen that night. Hopefully next time is better

The food was fantastic last night, including the appetizers of a crabcake and cheesesteak egg rolls. The ribeye was cooked a perfect medium rare, and we had a wonderful server. All-around great experience.
