We had a fabulous waitress and the food was delicious. We had a table of 6 and sat in a semi booth. FYI. The lighting for one end of the table was non existent! We love a low light but this needs a little more. Thanks.

Dinner at Del Frisco’s never disappoints. We always have the steak salad but this night we added the corn bisque and a crab cake. Both were excellent. The only criticism is that a cosmopolitan is $17 for a tiny drink. 😳😳😳
Service was outstanding! Michelle did an excellent job! She was on it at every turn! She helped us with the menu, kept our drinks full, food was served rather quickly for freshly prepared top quality meals! Appetizer got served right away, steaks cooked to absolute perfection, sides were delicious, especially the Truffle Mac n Cheese! Cocktails tasted great, especially the dessert clear chocolate martinis! The peanut butter bar was the perfect finish! Michelle packaged up our left overs with care, and whole team worked together to make sure everything we needed was taken care of quickly and on point! It made for an amazing Birthday experience for my Wife! We will definitely be back!
Good experience. Service was good and good was good. We ordered cheese burger, wings, lettuce wrap cheese burger and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was just okay. The wings were great. The patty of the burger was great. The only thing I didn’t like with the lettuce wrap cheeseburger is it wasn’t really wrapped. I’s a more quartered iceberg lettuce on top and bottom. I had to eat it like salad
We put in the reservation it was celebrating a birthday, and no one acknowledge. We chose not to say anything.

MacKenzie provided us great service. Our food was a bit rushed out but she made up for it. My filet was cooked to perfection (rare cold center) but the chef was a little heavy w/ the salt. I’m ok w/ it because I love salt but may not be good for another patron.
There were a few large groups and so it was louder than normal there.
My sister's shaved prime rib sandwich was overcooked and she asked for something else. Mine was perfect.
The waiter and manager quickly took care of it. She then got fish and chips which were delicious.
I didn't look at the menu but she said the cheapest glass of wine she could find was $15. Would be good if you have $10 or $12 wine options.
Took my family for a special New Year’s Day dinner, we were rushed the entire time. From the time we sat down to the time we paid our bill and walking out of the restaurant, “the dining experience” my family of 5 had was 38mins. We order 3apps and then salads before our meal. The apps came out and while we ate we watched our salads sit at the pass for over 10min and then brought the salads after sitting for so long to our table after the main course was already tabled. When you go to a place that cost $50 or more a plate you think they let you have the dinning experience you were going for. Also with a place that cost as much as this, it be a great idea to serve hand cut French fries and not the frozen ones poured out of a bag like a fast food restaurant.

My wife and I came for New Years rare date night and the waitress was horrible it took her 15 minutes to come to the table in the beginning and never checked on us instead went and waited on a 10 top thinking she would make more money when in essence if she had just given us decent service she would’ve made more money off of me than that 10 top. I come their a lot for business not anymore.
Definitely more expensive for the quality of food received. It used to be very fair and good, now just mediocre.
This was my second time here and the food was delicious and the noise level not bad, You can actually have a nice conversation with people at your table.

The temperature inside was simply freezing so much one could not finish the meal asap.
I was hoping to have dinner at a romantic, quiet place with my date. Especially, at this time of the year.
Unfortunately, and after asking the restaurant in advance (via OT) to seat us in a quiet area, we were seated by the bar. It was very noisy and could hardly carry a decent conversation with my date. No effort was made to ask us if our table was acceptable.
Also, the food was not worth the price. The chef's cuisine was average, not stellar as some guests have claimed. And if you're a vegan, beware, there is only ONE option for vegans: the broccoli steak. Meh.
If I'm going to spend over $150.00 for a nice dinner for two, I expect the best. I do not recommend this restaurant. There are many others nearby that far exceed the quality, price, and service offered by this one.

Service level was unacceptable! Took over 30 minutes to receive our initial drinks . Drinks came watered down as well.
Every service call was extended. Especially when came down to closing out the tab.
Food was subpar. Steak was equal to something from Texas Roadhouse or Longhorns .

Overall, a good experience with food and service for large group of 8. However, my daughter and son-in-law's steak frites were served without the "frites". They were at the opposite end of the table and I do not believe they brought this oversight to the attention of the server. This type of disconnect on the part of the server (and the kitchen) is disappointing, to say the least.
The ambiance was amazing but our server was not consistent, nor was the food worth what we paid. Don’t get me wrong it was good just not that good

Christmas Day Dinner at 6:30 pm - food was delicious, service was good and attentive and The outdoor dining on the second floor was great. Staff all had a great attitude even though it was a busy night. The our meals tasted wonderful!

Overbooked and running low or out of items, our apps were over cooked and everything was not up to what we’ve come to expect when dining here. Our server was wonderful and working hard, she was the highlight of the experience.
It took 30 minutes for my husband to get his drink from the bar, we ordered our kids chicken nuggets immediately and it didn’t arrive until AFTER our adult meals came out. my steak was charred on the outside. We had no napkins or utensils on the table. Nothing was comp’d when it should have been. Spent way too much money on a dinner where everything was wrong. We maintained a pleasant attitude about it all and never complained once but we left severely disappointed and felt like our money was wasted.
First time having Christmas dinner at a restaurant, very pleasant experience. It helped that we sat in an outside patio and it was 75 degrees. My son had the prime rib and nothing was left so must have been good, wife had the shrimp and risotto and shrimp were perfectly done (tho risotto was “very rich”) daughter had chicken and said it was very good and I had the short ribs on past which was excellent. Service was great.
Chicken was dry, menu very small not much selection, carrots cold, mashed potatoes bland. Overpriced for the quality of of food. Server was great made the experience a little more tolerable.
Steak was fatty and overpriced. No bread or even offer/availability of. Nobody offers pepper or even cared when we said steak was fatty. Not what is expected for. $500 meal.

Food was great. Our waitress was exceptional. We went on Christmas Day and the restaurant was very busy, but she very attentive to our table.
We had terrible service. It took forever to get our first round of drinks and they brought my daughter the wrong drink. Our water was never refilled. We had to flag our waiter down any time we needed anything. My side wasn't brought to the table until almost the end of the meal.
For as much as we paid for the average food, I absolutely expected the service to be better. We left there with a table full of dishes, including our apptz plates that had never been cleared. We won’t be back, and not just because of the service, but because charging $55 for two 2oz filets that were undercooked is just plain wrong (plus that was without a side!) And I was forced to pick around the parts that were done because our server never came back to see if everything was ok, so didn’t even get a chance to send it back to be thrown on the grill again. Super disappointed.
Everything was good, especially when taking into consideration how busy it was on Christmas Eve. You expect it to be a little noisier and the service to be a bit on the thin side, but all in all it was good. Not the greatest meal ever ... but fine. I think the steaks at Longhorn are about the same, if not better, quality and safe better seasoned, too. Same goes for a few sides we had. Even though I was expecting more, I was not terribly disappointed. I think they did their best given the large crowd
My family if 6 went for Christmas Eve dinner. In previous years, we could order off menu or the special menu, but this year we could not. We were sat upstairs at a table that was freezing. The table was also a very oblong table where you sit only on one side. We could not even talk to our parents. After the temperature did not go up, we asked to move tables, but it was same shape table. One steak came out medium rare instead of medium well. By the time it came back, everyone else had finished eating. No one apologized or even acknowledged it was wrong. We will not be going back ever again.
Food and presentation were so-so. Price for the beef filet was way too high for its quality. Sadly, I’ve had a better filet at two different O’Charley’s for half the price. Our server was excellent.
