Food was great and service was excellent
Was not expecting this poor of overall service from Del Frisco's, other locations have always been very good and consistent. I know Covid has us all challenged, however the service was not very attentive or responsive at all and they were not being busy. The steaks for us were undercooked considerably.
Management needs to get the crew on their toes and definitely something needs to be done in the kitchen. My son said he had come there for Mother's Day and it was just as bad and food had to be sent back... hopefully they will right this however it may take awhile so note the date of this review.
Very expensive "market price" for the value. As expensive as a full fledged steak house
Always have great food and services here. Crab cakes are some of the best around and we all love the steak egg rolls.
Completely dissatisfied. The menu I saw on the website for the Shops at Legacy. Menu stated that prime rib was served on Friday and Saturday. That practice apparently was discontinued in January. It is up to Del Frisco's to update various websites especially the official website for their shopping area. It was too late once we were there on a Saturday to go elsewhere. Even though we selected it specifically to have prime rib. The manager was rude and arrogant while explaining that they triple check to make sure posted menus are correct.
We ordered a filet and a ribsteak. Steaks were cooked properly however the beef was terrible, not at all tender. Outback would have been better, I have bought better steaks at Aldi Super market. The broccoli was under cooked and tasteless.
The atmosphere was not good; noisy and we had a big screen TV in front of us showing mixed martial arts. That might be OK for my den, but not while eating a $112.00 meal that consisted of just the steak and either French fries or tasteless broccoli. When the waitress asked how everything was we expressed our dissatisfaction but the the manager never even bothered to come over to the table. Perhaps he was embarrassed about how he treated us discussing the lack of update to the menu on the website.
We have eaten at the Double Eagle several times and it was good. To say the least we will never eat at any Del Frisco's again.
I was very upset the hostess, waiters, and servers had NO MASKS or GLOVES!! This is a serious matter!! The food is great! I just can’t believe no masks or gives!
Always great food and service. Steak was a little over cooked but still tasted good.
Great experience as always, the staff were super friendly and food is amazing as always!
The food was good. Service was attentive. The occasion was my wife’s birthday and they gave us a free dessert and a very nice hand written note. My only negative was that neither the hostess nor the waiter wore masks.
Craig and the team do a great job! One of the most consistent Resteraunt’s in the Metroplex for any occasion!
We frequent the Del Frisco brand often. A week earlier, we went to the Double Eagle where they were all wearing masks, properly distanced and with a limited menu did a great job.
Now for the Grille Review. We were greeted by the receptionist without a mask. Initially sat close to the kitchen and asked to move to a location with less traffic. Not one employee wore a mask. The bar area had a small crowd who were not social distanced by any measure. All of this may be fine and its a personal choice. We were a bit uncomfortable with the lack of masks for waitstaff. The menu was the full menu which was great but quality wasn't what we normally expect. Service started out ok but quickly tailed off as new customers arrived.
Bottom line. Its tough to get these establishments running again. If you are looking for a relatively safe choice and high quality, maybe give it more time. I think the Double Eagle was far ahead of the Grille in this case and its hard to believe they are the same brand and separated by only a few short blocks.
I’m disappointed the staff didn’t wear mask, very inconsiderate.
Great experience - thank you!
This was one of our 1st outings in the midst of Covid-19. Everyone was SO amazing! Masks, gloves, etc. They did an amazing job!
Great food, amazing drinks and a fun atmosphere! Love this place!
Food and service was outstanding! An anniversary dinner to remember. 😍🥰
Waitress was personable and very attentive. Food was very good. It was a pleasant experience.
I wish more of the staff wore masks and gloves. Maître d’ and hostesses did not have them on.
There was no bread available for the table. The crabcake and salads were delicious, but the chicken dish was too salty and the vegetables were undercooked.
Lizzie was absolutely phenomenal!! We will definitely recommend this location!
The server, Mallory, was perfect. The atmosphere was wonderful. It was great to be at a restaurant finally, in the last three weeks, that cares more about the customer than destroying the economy.
We had the restaurant to ourselves due to our country’s current situation and we had a nice evening celebrating our 8yr Anniversary.
Very well done for Mothers Day. Great service and good food.
Great experience. Went last year for Mother's Day and it was so different. The limited menu was good, but I look forward to the restaurant being able to get back in full swing. The servers had on masks and the menus were single use paper.
Leo was friendly and fantastic in making my wife’s birthday dinner one to remember! Staff went above and beyond in making her feel very special and Truly CELEBRATED!! Thank you so much, Leo!!!
Caesar was welcoming, Gracie was an amazing server and the food was the star of the show. ALWAYS great here!
This place was unbelievably clean and professional. AMAZING place
Exceptional. Service, quality and getting back to “normal” well done!
Finally out of quarantine
First day out of quarantine. Place was 100% practicing social distancing. Everything was awesome!
Not sure why service was so incredibly slow given that only 25% capacity was allowed. It took 20 minutes to get a drink. At one point I was going to get it myself from the bar. Everything from there on out was slow and getting service was tough.
Great food and excellent service on first day after lock down ended.
Excellent food, as usual. The manager helped us with our reward account also.
Midday, lite crowd but it was raining and everyone is afraid to get out right now. Lunch was quite good.
Thursday evening dinner. Not many people out due to Covid-19. Sat outside. Service was good; food was also very good. Had the prime rib. It was cooked perfectly. Brussels sprouts were fantastic!
Nice restaurant, food service but the food was average. Not bad, but, but not great either.
Disappointed to have made a reservation and get stuck right next to the front entrance on a cold night. Service standards were off. Waited close to 20 minutes between salad and entree (steaks ordered medium and medium rare respectively) and another 20 minutes after ordering desert.
Ordered a glass of wine prior to my entree coming and finished it prior to my entree arriving (see wait time for entree above) and was able to finish my entree prior to being offered another glass of wine.
Overall service levels and food quality seemed to have declined relative to the price.
