   We had an excellent pre-theatre dinner last night. We asked to sit in a booth in the front room, and the atmosphere and experience were terrific. Thank you so much for making our dinner a pleasurable one!

   The service was exceptional. The bone in pork chop was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. We enjoyed the deviled egg appetizer as well as the VIP cocktail, which I highly recommend. Surprisingly the filet we ordered medium was actually well done, but still flavorful. That was a little disappointing particularly given the $50 price tag. The cacio de Pepe potatoes were also quite good. I’d certainly go back though.

   The staff and management are second to one. Demetrious (?) and Charles always step up to the plate and are very helpful. Add to the management, the servers such as Johannas (?) and our Kerri and Jamie behind the bar and you have a happy place to eat and drink.

   Though a decent meal, we were disappointed in overall experience compared to previous Del Frisco's in other cities and as compared to other similar Philly steakhouses. Quality of food and preparation, portion size, etc. was just not what we expected.

   Seated and ordered at 12:30 and told hostess and wait staff that we needed to leave at 1:30 for a performance across the street. Asked repeatedly about the food but it did not arrive until 1:30 when it was under done and inedible. We needed to leave without eating due to timing.

    We were seated 30 minutes then we couldn't order the steaks that we wanted because there was an hour wait to get steaks. Our show started at 7:30 so we couldn't wait an hour for the steaks. The waiter initially took our order and I didn't see him the rest of the night. I had to flag another waiter so I could get my bill. Since we were seated a half hour late we only had 45 min to get our food and eat it because we had to leave at 7:15 because our show started at 7:30. Once our food came we only had like 10 minutes to eat. It was a very frustrating experience

    Our dinner was very disappointing to say the least. This was our first time trying out this spot, and I have no interest in ever going back. For the price point it was a complete waste of time and money. Our waitress was super nice, which was really one of the only redeeming factors. The food was subpar, there were mistakes every step of the way with our order. When the food finally came we had to wait forever because we were not given silverware. I finally got up and got our own from another table, since the server that we asked seemed to completely forget about us. By the time we were able to eat, our food was cold. I ordered the petite fillet medallion duo, rare. Both medallions were so ridiculously small, the smaller of the two was probably about 1 1/2 to 2 ounces, no joke, and it was definitely medium well. The other one was medium at best, it may have something to do with the fact that it sat there for so long it continued to cook. There was literally one tiny piece of crab meat on top. It was just ridiculous honestly. I have never ever sent something back, but I was considering sending this back, however, this would’ve made us late to our play we were seeing right after. All around disappointing experience. We will not be back. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in this area; this is not one!

    First time at Del Frisco’s. Reservation was for 5:30 and we had show tickets for 8:00. We sat in the bar area and it took 30 minutes to get our drink order, we had finished the appetizer before the drinks arrived. Dinner came 45 minutes later. We had time to eat and I ordered coffee and dessert. The desert came out but 15 minutes later, I was told that coffee had to be made. By now it was 7:30, so we skipped the coffee. The servers were pleasant and apologetic and the food was terrific, however, any later reservation would have been a problem even though the show was a block away. Overall, we had a good meal, but the service could have been a little better.

    I eat at Del Friscos when I’m in the city for the ballet. There were four of us, one an 11 year old. My dish was very good; the branzino. One of my friends had the butternut squash soup which she didn’t eat because it was too spicy for her and not what she expected. The 11 year old liked her chicken sandwich and fries. My other friend just had a side of bacon, which she liked and a Bloody Mary which was spicier than what she asked for. The servers are very nice but can be a little slow. I always tell them that we’re going to a show. Overall the food is consistently good. The one thing that is annoying is that they almost never open on time and there’s always customers waiting outside to get in at noon.

    Very, very disappointed in our table location next to an extremely loud table of 12+diners. We could barely hear ourselves as we tried to engage in dinnertime conversation. Noise level was very disappointing.

    Service was not good at all - took over half an hour to get a drink after ordering - food took forever - and was cold when it arrived. Won't visit again - and would not recommend this place to anyone else.

    Server was nice but service was horrible. First drink took over an hour. Dinner took well over an hour after ordering. Rolls were burnt. My fish was burnt and inedible. My friends all had steak which were small and over cooked. Won’t be going back.

    Our steaks were cooked to our specified temperature and tasted delicious. That was the only positive. Our waitress was quite slow and seemed scattered. We asked for glasses of wine to have with our dinner. We were more than halfway through when they arrived. I ordered the crispy brussel sprouts which is not something I can make at home. They were mostly mushy. I can do that at home so I was disappointed.

    First time here - drinks were good - cosmo and lemon drop at the downstairs bar which I loved. Food was ok. Cheese curds were not too hot and greasy. Entree was ok but carrots were not cooked enough and not hot. Burger was really good. Lemon cake was ok. Service was good and we liked our waiter.

    From time we were sat down, it was a good 15 min before our server came over. Drinks took another 20 min. Our food arrived 1h later. I ordered my steak medium - it came out more well. The very center was a light pink, however everything else was gray. So I sent it back. New steak arrived 1 minute later. It was simply seared and still cold in the middle. Third steak, was more a medium rare, but I had given up so I just ate the more cooked areas.

    My only complaint is that my grandaughter's dinner was brought out incorrectly and we had to wait for quite a while for her dinner - that is a problem with children - I have been in many restaurants that bring out children's meals first because children get restless. Also, my dessert was not brought out with the other desserts and we waited quite a while for that. Otherwise, everything else was awesome!!

    Food was average for the price. Lobster Cobb salad had about 2 tablespoons of shredded claw meat in it. Cake was dry and tasted like it had been in the refrigerator for a week. When the manager asked how everything was and we told him, he said nothing and didn’t take the cake off the bill. Though our server was ok, the other Servers and hosts were unprofessional. Case in point… they were clearly smoking weed in the coat check room. The smell was obvious, even from our table. There are so many better options in the city for a nice lunch.

    Had a group dinner with a large party, and the service was perfect. The general manager Charles made sure we were taken care of, and our server Leah was great. As for the food, the rolls were warm and crusty, the Branzino was flaky and fresh, and the Brussels sprouts were also tasty. Thanks Del Frisco’s for making our dinner a great one! Would definitely come back again.

    This was a bad experience. Our reservation was at 8 and I know they close at 9 however I wouldn’t expect to have such a negative experience regardless. Our server was nice, however not attentive. After telling us that the kitchen was closing soon she still did not check back in and ask us about if we had any questions pertaining to the menu etc. We ordered the ahi tacos to start (which in retrospect shouldn’t have considering the server seemed to give them a hard pass) the tuna did not taste fresh at all. They were slimy and gross. Moving on I ordered the penne vodka pasta with shrimp. Not only was it completely bland (my date agreed) but I actually bit into a piece of metal that was in my pasta. The manager didn’t seem to care at all. He did take it back- the server also didn’t really care. She asked if I wanted another one which I obviously did not. I ended up ordering a filet instead and it was ok. I couldn’t order anything else after that (sauce) or sides bc I guess the kitchen closed. We were not charged for the pasta but given 20 % off? It was really disappointing overall. From the service to the awful food and dining experience. I expected more from this caliber of a restaurant and I also expected to be compensated more than 20 % off for having metal in my meal.

    Too noisy-- music too loud. Is this a restaurant or bar/club?? It was hard to hear my friends speak at our table. Also, table next to us was yelling instead of speaking. Won't be back. :-/

    My family and I were horribly disappointed in the service, food, and ambiance. Two steaks had to go back because they were very overcooked. They did not rush a new meal to the table. Everyone was finished eating by the time they finally got a correctly cooked steak. The food is not worth the money at all. No excuses! This is a steakhouse. No compensation was offered.

    Server disappeared few times.. forgot to put an order in.. then never gave landrys points when presented with card. Manager was nice.. understood concerns but also didn't put put in properly...discounted my food but that discount was offset by the additional 30 mins that I had to wait to clarify the mess. Because of the added time waiting my parking fee went up to $35. I wasn't looking to gain anything but I ended up losing in the end. Not that it matters but I'm Presidential level with Landrys and I expected better...that's all.

    Great food and service as always. The only thing that was a little bit of an issue was the volume of the music. It’s very hard to hold a conversation with the music as loud as it was. I was with a client.

    I've been here several times before and service has been good. Last night was a mess. We arrived 10 minutes early, before our reservation. I asked to be seated in a quiet area since I have some hearing problems and didn't want to shout at my date. We were seated with menus, but our server didn't take the drink orders for 20 minutes and the "house specialty" drinks were delivered 15 minutes later. Our entrees were delivered 35 minutes after ordering. The server made excuses about the kitchen and the bar tenders, but I couldn't hear over the noise. I didn't believe the excuses anyway: this was a Saturday night, the A-Team should have been working. We enjoyed the food, but could not savor it because we had to eat quickly to get to the performance across the street. Greatly disappointed.

    My partner and I had a great dinner. The server was extraordinary and the food was great. I had a NY Strip Steak and my partner had the filet. Loved the evening .... thanks to all.
