The most atrocious experience with a restaurant ever. The server manager Demetrius was the most unprofessional and obnoxious person I can say to EVER to be in management. When approaching a customer like he did, screaming, in our faces, to the point of hushed the entire restaurant to hear what a commotion he caused. I’d never ever recommend going to a place of business that allows this type of behavior from a manager. He should be fired!!
Nikki and lattice was very helpful and nice. Thank you...
Good food, good environment. Environmental would be more classier to match the price tags
It was good .. Kevin was my server . He was amazing . I will be back ! ♥️
So my friends and I thought we were going for brunch as their website lists their brunch menu. We each had our dishes picked out before we even walked in the door (we love brunch). However, we were advised that they stopped serving brunch in 2019. Yet, it’s 2021 and it’s STILL on their website. Ok. So we ordered from the dinner menu as that’s what they serve at 3. Shrimp cocktail was good, cheesesteak eggrolls were just ok. They don’t compare to Double Eagle’s cheesesteak dumplings at all. There was a sauce on top which was the only flavorful component of the dish. The tomato and burrata salad was fresh, bright and delicious. The catch of the day branzino was very fishy in taste, and the skin was not crispy, which is the thing that makes fish skin palatable for me, so I had to send it back. The salmon was completely bland. The sirloin was not cooked to the requested temperature, and like the eggrolls had no flavor on its own. The truffle butter on top made it edible. We ordered a round of VIP’s but they were not as promised. When they were brought to the table the color was pale so we knew they wouldn’t taste like Del’s D.E. which they didn’t. The truffle mac n cheese was absolutely delicious and was probably the star of our lunchtime dinner. Nice & creamy with a truffle essence and was seasoned just right.
Our server Kayla was knowledgeable and attentive. However, it was not enough for me to ever return. Unless maybe if they bring brunch back. Afterward, we walked over to Double Eagle and had a couple rounds of true VIP’s (yellow in color, and potent pineapple flavor) which were delicious as usual. I will definitely stick with the original restaurant for sure.
It was horrible the food was horrible and the atmosphere was loud and terrible I would not recommend this place to anyone
We had a great time the service was a little unacceptable for us but the delicious food made up for everything
Amazing , definitely will be coming back !
I was skeptical on eating here because I had a bad experience with Del fresco’s double eagle steak house in September and swore I would never be back. I heard good things about the grill so we went for a late lunch.
The hostess greeted us when we came in and was very friendly. Our server Anna Rose was great and also very sweet and friendly and was also attentive. The food was hot and tasty and came out on time without any issues. Overall, the experience was great and I would go back to the Grill again.
Definitely worth the trip great food in a good environment
So last night I had a situation with my friend where he made A Bad reservation and he missed his time so we tried to speak to the woman who was at The Greeting she was being very rude we were trying to explain the situation because me and my friend we’re early but the person who made the reservation was late so we waited outside and she basically dismissed us without trying to help us and I had to make a reservation For us instead when we were just trying to get help from her and she ignored us then she asked us to sit at the bar I asked for an extra chair because it was only two and it was three of us and then she ignored us and gave our seats away I never had a problem with this restaurant it’s actually my favorite but tonight the greeter wasn’t she needed to be checked on this when she told us the place was booked completely for the night that was a lie because I was able to make a reservation for Us Five minutes later on my phone so again that was a lie.
Food was good and our server Chris was outstanding.
Ordered a steak medium and it had 0 pick...medium well to well at best...I mentioned it to the server and she asked if I wanted a free dessert. Didn't ask if they could bring me a new one or even have the manager come over. She was so nonchalant about it. Not everyone has the luxury of being able to enjoy a steakhouse all the time, so was hoping they'd do better to make it right. Wouldn't recommend.
The food was not what I thought it would be coming from this place and it was my birthday dinner worst experience ever
It was great! The manager, Demetrius, stopped by to say hi and made an excellent recommendation for a bottle
of wine. Our server Anna was friendly and make a great recommendation for the coconut cream pie. I’m drooling thinking about it! I’ll definitely be back.
Excellent food in a lovely, modern setting. The service, however, was slow. That is not a good thing for a restaurant catering to business people and tourists.
We came to Philadelphia on a short vacation and decided to dine here. The food was great and our waiter, Chris, was incredible; super personable, kind, and great with our 7 year old son. I would always recommend Del Frisco’s Grille as we frequent the one in Rockefeller Center, but if you’re ever in Philly, go there and ask for Chris!
Our waitress tried to be very accommodating but It took a long time to get our drinks. Then, our main entrees arrived and I told the young man who brought them that we hadn’t gotten our appetizers yet and without skipping a beat he said”oh, they will be right out” like it was expected that appetizers arrive right after entrees. Not a good dining experience. Not sure what the problem was.
I came here for my birthday dinner for a party of 10 & we had such a great night! The service was awesome, our server was Nolan. They was amazing! The food was good! The liquor was good. Definitely coming back.
Great food, fast service, friendly staff. Excellent!
Very disappointed in the too relaxed dress code. Going to dinner on a Saturday night abd seeing multiple guys with basketball shorts and slides while slouching like they are in their living room was extremely disappointing. Policy stated business casual , was anything but. Food was average at best, and overpriced. Service waitress was great and the only enjoyable experience of the night. Place is nice though. Major downgrade from the double eagle steakhouse but not much cheaper.
We went for hubbys 41st birthday- the service was awesome and Kayla was very attentive- the food was as amazing as everyone says- my portion of the “pick 2” was very small- that’s my only complaint! We will definitely be back!
Made a last-minute saturday night decision to eat out. They were able to take us. Food, service, ambiance all well above expectations
Great food was awesome
Food wasn’t what we expected had to send the steak back 2xs still was raw , only had sides n the sides got cold waiting for the steak but the manager was very sweet and understanding she comp the bill for us but still didn’t get to eat the food
Had a reservation at 8:00 on a Thursday food came at 9:30. Ordered soup that we were told was shrimp and crab bisque came as a thick tomatoe crab soup ordered crispy brussel sprouts that were soggy. Asked for bread a few times for 4 people we got two pieces. Just poor service and food was subpar
Took a group of 6 here for a special dinner and was very disappointed. Unfortunately the steaks were not cooked to order (too rare or too well done). Sent back a few of them and others didn’t want to wait so ate them although it wasn’t what they wanted. The steaks send back obviously took much longer and then some ate after others were finished. It wasn’t a good experience and what I would have expected from the price at DelFrisco’s. Won’t be returning here…
My third time here. It’s just not very good.
All of the staff were very pleasant. The crab cake came out excellent as always. You can’t really mess up a shrimp cocktail if the shrimp are fresh. I ordered a medium steak for dinner which came out closer to well done. I barely had a quarter inch of meat that wasn’t brown. It was on a plate by itself with my side of salad and mashed potatoes in separate small dishes that looked more like cups. The presentation was just bad and with an over done steak, it really wasn’t worth it. I’ll go back because the staff was very nice, but not for a steak. Just appetizers and drinks.
Great service, food was amazing! Definitely coming back.
Had a memorable meal for Father’s Day evening. Our server was so genuinely nice and attentive. He related well to my 77 year old dad and 7 year old kids. The steaks, chicken and salmon we ordered were perfect, and the crispy artichoke appetizer was fabulous. Great cocktail menu and desserts too. Love the decor and atmosphere; perfect combination of a cool scene but cozy nooks. Highly recommend.
Filet was dry and partly burnt while the other was bleeding. We had two with the same quality at our table. Service was good otherwise.
Excellent service, not crowded for a Father's Day, Bone in rib eye Tomahawk was great, advertised for two but if you are hungry it is not enough. Tuna Tacos are a must and Lemon cake dessert is always good.
Excellent server.!!!….Very attentive and able to answer all questions
Food was very good and flavorful but would like to see salads and bread come with meals.
Great food great service
Boring presentation total lack of creativity when plating.
For the money alittle eye appeal would be nice.
Go find a better restaurant to drop 400.00 bucks for 4 person lunch
Food was horrible no seasoning undercooked and cold. Server was great
Our server would disappear for long periods of time and once the food arrived we didnt see her for 45min. I had to ask the bar tender for water because I was so thirsty.
My first time at DelFrisco Grill I celebrated my 53rd birthday, but wasn’t impressed. Our waitress was very nice & pleasant, however the overall service was slow. Our food was initially sent back because it was barely room temperature, we canceled our salads because our entrees were brought out and we still hadn’t received them. No one from management ever came over to speak with us.....I definitely won’t be returning.
