Visited NYC for the first time with the kids. Del Frisco’s excellent as usual
Every year we have a family tradition of the Christmas Spectacular, Delfriscos, & Tree
Amazing experience overall. Our service/server was astounding. I wish I remembered his name.
Love this place. Amazing location, great food and service!!
It’s become a yearly holiday tradition for the my family. We love seeing the tree and then dinner.
Must have the white sangria, artichokes, any of the flat bread.
Filet mignon, short ribs and lobster are greay
Anniversary
Stellar service as always. As soon as we entered, the customer service was excellent. Made our annual mother daughter trip into the city with my mom, to meet my cousin who came in from CT. Everything was just awesome, including perfect weather. My mom loves this place. Thank you for remembering her birthday was coming up!! She felt so special. CA
Great meal
Great service
Great ambiance
Great location
It was absolutely fantastic! Service was top notch and we loved the private room we were seated in. Will return very soon!!!!!
We had a fabulous experience from the minute we walked in the door. The service was professional and friendly. Michelle, server number 3006, was exceptional with her duties and service. A wonderful person who represent your brand.
Steakhouses should achieve a certain level of luxury and superiority, when paying $60 for a main course. The steaks were good, no doubt, properly cooked. However they are artlessly placed on a plate that is too big. Side dishes are lifeless (and portions small for the prices). There are uninspired mashed potatoes, french fries and sweet potato fries. There are no hashbrown, home fries...nor even a baked potato. Truffled mac and cheese was imaginative--because you had to imagine the truffles. Brussel sprouts and mushrooms were adequate. On the positive side, the wedge salad was perfect!
Tables are on top of each other, as opposed to other New York steakhouse options. The restaurant was painfully loud, but that can no longer be considered a restaurant shortcoming. Service was prompt and attentive, although perfunctory rather than gracious.
Great staff, great location, great food.
Our waiter, Steven, was very nice and patient. We were dining late after the Rockets show and we did not feel rushed.
I've been to this location before and it was excellent. The artichoke beignets were delicious but after that , today was disappointing. Service was slow and it took a number of requests to get refills on water. When my meal arrived, it was cold. A replacement was ordered. People around us were seated and after the replacement ordered, but my meal did not arrive for quite some time, and when it finally did, my dining partner had finished her meal so it was awkward. The replacement burger seemed undercooked in the middle and burnt on the edges. I was not able to finish it. I'd been excited to share this location with my friend, but not sure I will return. This certainly was not worth the over 100 dollars it cost us for lunch.
Lovely lunch
Thank you the meal and atmosphere was nice enjoyed the time after show it’s to have good dinner thank you John & Wendy see you soon
Good experience but tables are so close together your neighbors can hear your conversation so there’s no privacy
Visiting New York to see Christmas show w 6 adults and 8. Adults !
We were in the wine room which was fabulous. All around great experience.
Staff was amazing. Our waitress couldn’t have been more helpful or attentive.
Amazing lunch
Great views especially at Christmas time!
Ive heard so many wonderful tings from friends about Del Friscos and I can say they lived up to none of it.
A great place to eat. Food was fantastic and the ambiance was perfect. Steak was excellent as was the Truffle macaroni. Dessert was yummy. Finally the location was near Rockefeller Center ice skating rink and the Sachs light show.
Thanksgiving Dinner
Thanksgiving dinner at Del Frisco’s was wonderful!!
It was Thanksgiving so it was pretty crowded. They added tables to the space so it was difficult to maneuver. Other than that and the chef being unable to accommodate the request for a Jack Daniels reduction foe their latest bread pudding (the former, more moist, bread pudding was no longer on the menu and this new Nutella one was extremely dry) everything was great.
Busy day because of thanksgiving, maybe waitress was tired, but we enyoy the food
I love del Frisco's never have a bad meal or bad service great location
Thanksgiving
A nice grill with good menu. Our food was good but a little pricey for sandwiches.Drinks were just ok we sent 1 back as it tasted like lime juice only and the server said they free pour very light so not much in the cocktail. I recommend sticking to wine or beer for that reason. The martini was lacking too.
very expensive lunch for what we had but it did taste good. Service was very slow and when we mentioned it everything came all at once apps and entrees.
Food was good but very expensive for what you get. Also, the restaurant was extremely crowded. Just like everything else in NYC I guess. Just not the reprieve from the struggle that we expected, especially not for the price. I'm sure this sounds like it was our first time in NYC and this is just what happens, but that's not the case. Just not a lot of value here for the $.
Food was prepared as we requested and very delicious! Waiter was very attentive. Bartenders were welcoming to us (NE Pats’ fans).
This is a go to spot and usually we love it! This time around was a bit of a miss for us. I made the reservation weeks ago, we were going for an early dinner after seeing the radio city show. We were seated right away but I had to ask for a highchair for our daughter (requested one in the reservation) we were seated at a table top for four in the middle of the restaurant and every time the door opened the breeze that came through was freezing! We had to keep our jackets on the whole meal, which is crazy. Our waitress wasn’t very attentive but the food speaks for itself. It’s always delicious. The bathrooms were dirty and off-putting for sure. Little things like this when eating at a higher end restaurant stand out and leave a bad taste. Especially being returning diners, we have a higher expectation knowing it’s usually great.
Tartare tacos-our favorite, fresh and delicious
Cheeseburger egg rolls- flavorful, crispy and the sauce makes it!
Corn chowder-not the best, very very thick, had quite a kick too
Beef stroganoff- very tender and tasty, wish there were more mushrooms, noodles were lacking flavor
Cheeseburger-fries were burnt, burger was good, kinda like a better quality Big Mac- in a good way
Friendly staff. Excellent meal!
Everything was great with exception of the dessert. It was not warmed properly!
Great meal and a free dessert. That’s very nice of them
We made reservations for our final meal in NYC trip. The hostess was kind and assured us our table would be ready shortly. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. We were seated and our server was kind, attentive and gave us a suggestion for an appetizer. Our food was delicious!
Very good / very sensitive Waiters
just a great place to go - good food, friendly and accommodating staff, and a really fun, nice atmosphere! Been there a couple of times already and would definitely go back again! Loved it
Wonderful food, fun atmosphere, and decent prices. With a reservation, we didn't have to wait long for our table, and we were seated in a fun booth by the window.
