This is one of my favorite restaurants in Nashville and my usual server entrepreneur Sid was off so everything turned to garbage. The server I had was OK, but they had another server come out and bring me something and he was extremely rude and I spent a lot of money there. He was extremely rude for no reason whatsoever had a very smart mouth and I could never do anything and that establishment to warrant anyone speaking to me in that manner. I respect management and the employees and if something is not right or to the liking of the customer, it’s not for the staff to get mad very disappointed. I wish Sid was there.

The only thing I’m upset about is it’s not more than one Sid. my personal request is that you have him in the admin office going store to store to train all the servers to make top-notch money. Anytime I go to Del Frisco‘s on my profile. I said I want to Sid as my server every time I come. he is amazing. He makes all my colleagues family or anybody I bring to you. All establishment feel comfortable and will cared for. when I get ready to leave, I allow him to put his tip on the receipt because that’s what he is worth even more so please treat staff members like that. Accordingly he deserves to be promoted to the highest level.

The steaks were terribly cooked. Mine was supposed to be medium well and my son’s medium. Instead, one was blood red and one purple. The restaurant was empty on a holiday weekend so there was no excuse for being rushed. When we pointed it out to our waiter, he said “he didn’t have x-ray vision.”

Our server, Aurick, made the dining experience a memorable one! I ordered the fish and chips as well as a side spring salad. My meal was amazing and my cocktail (lemon drop) was made to perfection! Go and enjoy an amazing atmosphere, dining experience, and great conversation with a friend or family member as I did.

1st time here we have a Del Frisco's back home but not affiliated not a Grille or Eagle I think is the other one. We had gift cards and the food was amazing. He got prime ribeye and I got a filet and we split both we're so good. They give you this pretzel bread it was delicious we asked for another order. Both had martinis well I had two being as I was on vacation and we had gift card. Service was good I would go back again it was that good.

Ryan the manager made sure we were able to set outside, it had been raining prior to our arrival. Cory our service was great and made sure to pay attention to all of our needs.

It was an underwhelming experience. As frequent visitors to Del Frisco's in Dallas, we expected the same level of quality and service. I don't like to leave less-than-positive reviews, but the experience is just a step up from a chain restaurant.
