Del Frisco's Grille - N Bethesda
This is a special occasion restaurant such as a birthday or anniversary. Food is good, but expensive. Service is slow on a Saturday.
No bread offered;Cauliflower Steak was not explained as a totally meatless meal either on menu or by server
Brick Chicken was good,but,4 asparagus spears over cooked was a disappointment
We go to Del Frisco’s Burlington Ma which is a much better experience both service and food
Great dinner - drinks and food were so good. It was perfect for a date night
Family dinner to celebrate a birthday. Food was great especially with gluten free and vegetarian options.
Great food. Very poor service and attention. Value was fair for food but poor for service
For the most part, everything was great! I personally wasn’t a fan of the mac it was overly creamy, tasting like evaporated milk. However, I was able to trade it in for another side without an issue. Definitely would come here again.
The food was amazing and the service was great. Many thanks to our server Brian for being so attentive!
Celebrate my wife’s birthday. First visit to the restaurant and the entire experience was excellent!
We had a lovely dinner for a special celebration ( new baby coming). Some of the other patrons were extremely noisy, but the overall ambience was fine. Great food & service!
The manager was very friendly and engaging but I was disappointed in the hamburger I ordered. I don’t eat them often and splurged. What I received were two very small patties also my with good condiments but the quality and size of the meat patties was something I could get at a fast food restaurant. The service was, however, great. I should have complained to the Manager but did not and that is on me.
What a wonderful meal from beginning to end. Great ambiance, the corn soup is likely the best soup I
Ever ate, incredible filet and the lemon cake was so yummy.
It is rare to say this, but this meal was a true perfect 10!
I enjoy the restaurant for drinks and appetizers. So I went for early dinner for restaurant week. The dish was not service hot and they did not offer any bread before the meal, and they should since it’s prices are higher than average.
Great food. We went there for Restaurant week and the choices were excellent. The service was excellent and management stopped by and asked us how everything was.
Overall it was fine but the music was too loud and not something I particularly like. Sounded as if the restaurant was closing and the music cranked up for the staff's enjoyment.
Their portions are symbolic, they treat the plates the way a painter treats a canvas, to help you imagine the food you ordered, yet they expect you to pay as if you are spiritually fulfilled. Don't go there is you actually have an appetite for the nourishment of a physical existence.
Great steaks! Outdoor seating is nice too. The menu provides a nice selection.
I recommend the roasted wings, cheesesteak eggrolls, lemon blueberry pancakes and red velvet waffles with bacon.
As always, a delightful dinner at Del Frisco's. I tried the artichoke beignets for the first time---wow! They're definitely a new favorite!
The only bad thing I can say is that the womens bathroom was disgusting, literally had mold inside the toilet. Also the waiter didn’t know how to open a bottle of wine. I would recommend though.
We went here for our anniversary. Everything was very nice and our food was delicious. But oddly each entree only comes with one side. I’ve never been to a restaurant that doesn’t offer two sides. We both had 8 oz Filet Mignons (the smallest steak they offer) - I had asparagus and my husband had mashed potatoes. It just seemed like the restaurant was being cheap to not offer a second side with an expensive and fancy meal. When you’re paying $39 for the smallest steak, you don’t expect to pay another $7 for mashed potatoes! And if they do want to save $, they could offer smaller steak portions. No one needs a 16 oz. steak!
Del Frisco's Grille never disappoints. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is very good. On my recent visit I had the steak salad, and it was really good. My wife and one friend had the kale salads -- also very good. Our other friend declared that the filet burger was the best he has ever had. The service was good, but not as good as I have had in the past.
Although Del Frisco's Grille has been open for a while, this was my first visit. I gave the visit a 4 star rating because I haven't experienced all of the menu. I had a lettuce wedge and a bacon cheeseburger. The wedge was outstanding. The dressing was exactly as I wanted; loaded with blue cheese and not gloppy thick. The burger was good but not the best I have ever had. The noise level is too high for my liking but then again I'm not a 30-40 year old. I will go back and try other things on the menu.
We celebrated my granddaughter's twenty-second birthday, and she was quite pleased. The service was great, our server was excellent, very helpful with all our questions. Our food choices were awesome. The manager and others made our experience high end. We will try again.
The only negative was we were given the brunch menu, but were charged the dinner menu prices and was not informed of these differences. Quite a surprise when we perused our final bill.
Fogo De Chao across the street, $39.00 pp with unlimited BbQ meats and steaks till August,11. we paid $131.00 includes drinks, salad buffet, dessert.
Del Frisco’s lunch and brunch is good especially the Sangria. we ordered lunch menu ,minus steaks. for the price of $111.16
The food, the service, and the ambiance is superb. They aim to please and they do. Special request are no problem, as I was told, if we don’t have it, we will get it. Every time I’ve been there, the manager stops by the table to make sure everything is to our liking. All of this combined with free indoor parking can’t be beat.
Dependably solid, great steak for the money, good value, efficient and friendly service
Service was fantastic, he was attentive, thoughtful and made great recommendations.
Food was perfect as always! Steak was cooked perfectly.
We were very disappointed I with this meal. We went for a birthday dinner. The restaurant was empty. We ordered 2 appetizers. After 15 minutes, they brought one of them and the manager came over to tell us the other was out of stock. It’s not clear why it took 15 minutes to figure that out. When the rest of the food came, the quality was not good. No one at the table of 7 enjoyed their meal.
I attempt to patronize one of two Washington DC Area restaurant on a monthly basis, because the ambiance, menu and service is great. On the day of Sunday, July 21st I was disappointed with how I was charged for my meal. I was part of a group and we were splitting the bill. When I received my receipt to sign the amount was incorrect (the manager assisted the waitress in correcting the issue and I was able to receive a receipt for the correct amount. Much to my horror, I noticed that my debit card was actually charged the full amount of the bill for the table and at the time of this review the managers at the Pike & Rose location have yet to contact me to rectify. While I am disappointed with how instructions were not followed regarding payment, I sincerely enjoy the dining experience of both locations and will continue to patronize this restaurant group.
We go there often. Not fond of their steaks but their ahi tuna tacos are fantastic. The fish our guests ordered was very good and we had salads that were also very good.
Decent food with enough choices. Great mushroom flat bread appetizer. Service was very good.
First time at the grill, I usually go to the restaurant. Great experience.
Lousy, service bad, poor value, what else can I say?
The service and food were really good. We ordered the filet and the fish tacos. Both were absolutely delicious!! We went for my wife’s birthday and the staff gave her a nice card and free dessert too. We will absolutely be going back soon.
Super friendly staff! We went for appetizers before a concert and the food was amazing. Wine selection is good, too. Will definitely go back!
Another wonderful experience. Great food, service and Carlos was awesome. I’ll be back soon.
We frequently dine at Del Frisco's downtown DC locations, and last visited the Rockville restaurant a year or so ago. Although the food was good, and up to the usual standards, service at this visit was very uncharacteristically inattentive, rushed and disjointed. Our party (7) was staggered, but all arrived and were sat within 20-25 minutes of each other. Drink orders were very delayed, and we were asked for our dinner orders after sitting with drinks, yet had only been given a single menu for the table and hadn't been advised of the specials. Appetizers were brought without small plates preceding. Dinner was served in a reasonable time from ordering, and all was very good - no complaints - but several drinks remained empty without our waiter checking in on the table during the meal. The restaurant was not busy for a Monday evening, and it's possible that our waiter was handling a large section or that the place was understaffed, but unfortunately, it was not our typical Del Frisco's experience.
Great food and excellent appetizers!
Made a 6:45pm reservation. My party was not seated until 7:10. Was told a table was being prepared even though empty tables were evident throughout the restaurant.
One member of my party got the wrong dressing for her salad and had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for the right dressing to arrive.
The side order of broccoli I ordered with my steak never came. The mashed potatoes arrived during my last bite of steak. The steak itself was over cooked.
For desert 3/4 of the items were sold out. All in all a disappointing Fathers Day dinner experience.
