Great lunch date
Our waiter Seth was wonderful. He was very attentive and made us feel like we were the only table, even though he had two huge party tables. Food was good, and drinks were amazing.
Well we came in for a nice dinner. We were sat right next to the kitchen. The server didn’t bother to offer any of the specials that were off the menu. I saw something come out of the kitchen after I already ordered, and she rebutted oh we can change your order I should have told you about that.
After the food came out, sewer water started coming out of the kitchen. The smell was horrible and made me loose my appetite. I tried to finish my food as I was famished but when the manager came by and started spraying air freshener it’s completely ruined it. My wife and I grabbed our drinks and finish them at the bar. And guess what, I didn’t finish my food and still had to pay full price.
The kitchen got my burger order so wrong it wasn't worth getting fixed. Got wrong cheese and sauces wrong and then took 3 times to get a drink right and they had the audacity to comp the 2nd drink free even though only one martini was ordered. The booth was nice except the cushions were soooooo lumpy.
We had a reservation and was seated promptly on a Saturday night. Brooke was our server and she was awesome; attentive, friendly, and willing to accommodate. We started with the crab cake which was served perfectly crisp and filled with lump crab and no fillerS. Is was served atop an aoili which complimented w/o overpowering. We all had an 8oz filet mes. rare and the 6oz lobster tail. Both were again cooked to perfection and very flavorful. There was nothing left. The sommelier suggested a wonderful bottle of wine and it was so good we had two. I highly recommend for you next place to dine when you want excellent food with a warm and friendly atmosphere.
My boyfriend took me to Del Frisco’s for my birthday dinner and it was the perfect date!!! I loved it and felt very celebrated for the occasion!
Everything was excellent. Strongly recommend it. The only thing I would request is that they expand the limited brunch menu.
I dine at the Double Eagle location very often, and thought that is where we booked brunch. Sadly, we were wrong. The service at this location was sub par at best. Our waitress took nearly 10 minutes to return with creamer. My watermelon froze drink was gross and the watermelon was wrapped in a white paper/sticker.
I asked for the eggs benedict with no crab and was told that was not an option. I asked what I could get since I was allergic to crab and she said she couldn't offer an alternative. HUH?
At $150 for brunch with just 1 drink and a mediocre meal, I would not come back here. I can say the cinnamon rolls are INCREDIBLE!
Everything was great until I received my food and my salmon was over cooked. But other than that I enjoyed my time.
All the way around great!
Wonderful staff and delicious food. Bartender Jacob as well as the manager provided excellent customer service and elevated our dinner to a wonderful dining experience.
This was our first experience eating at Del Frisco’s. We really enjoyed it and look forward to another meal there.
Great experience. Atmosphere, food and service were exceptional. We will return!
The wait staff was amazing and the food was delicious!
Our previous visit was unremarkable, but they have raised the bar. Very good service and great food in adult portions. Very pleased.
We went to this restaurant as we had heard a lot of good things about it. Our waitress was awesome! She gave us wonderful service and had a great sense of humor. We tried the tasting menu as it seem to have a lot of great options. The artichoke appetizer and the truffle eggs were really good however the beef stroganoff that 3 of us got was disappointing. No sauce, dry, and had a large piece of meat which was not tender but was flavorful. The best part of the meal was the dessert. Had the salted caramel pudding which was perfectly sweet and a wonderful texture. The people that were with me said that the wine that was suggested was ver good as well. I will definitely go back but may just go with the regular menu options.
Our bartender Jacob was great, he was friendly and gave us great suggestions given we had just moved to the area. When we arrived to the restaurant we decided to sit at the bar- it seemed the bar had just filled up so our bartender was in the weeds a little. There were two female servers who came behind the bar to assist with giving water, saying hello to the guests and assisting with service bar. While these servers helped the bartender- a manager (tall male with hair) stood outside the bar watching TV (a sports channel) not helping at all. Service bar was busy again towards the end of our dinner and a second manager (shorter male who was bald) came back to help the bartender out. I was in shock that the first manager did not assist his team in any way, leaving us at the bar to have a lagging service to begin with. Jacob was amazing! His personality and positive attitude saved our experience at your restaurant, food was great, but when the service is not it makes you question wether to return. Thank you
I have been to a few Del Frisco's over the years, but this was my first trip to this location. It was a mid-week, early dinner. Very relaxed and casual crowd. Service was great and the food was very enjoyable. My son commented that he loved the cauliflower app.
This was our first time at Del Frisco’s Grille. We selected this restaurant as part of our restaurant week tour and date night. The food was great! Nice ambiance and staff.
Went for RW. Started with cocktails. Love the watermelon frose! The apps were good. Then I got the pork shank and thought it was salty. The Nutella bread pudding was good, but I’ve had better bread pudding. The only that bother me was the fly that kept flying around our table. It was annoying to try to swat it away from our food. The grill is ok, but I’ll just stick to the main del Frisco’s restaurant.
Service was wonderful. Our waitress Laurie B was amazing and the food was fabulous. Oh do not let me forget about the desserts we had. They were so good. So this pic is of the Coconut Cream Pie which I thought was just going to be a slice oh no it was so much more. So of course I had to take the rest to have for later.
Great Restaurant Week $39 dinner menu. Automatic donation to North Texas Food Bank. Every dollar provides three meals to those in need.
Jacob was awesome!!!!!! Thank you again for such great service!
I was disappointed with my steak. I usually have a tender delicious steak and this time it was tough with some grissel.
Very noisy. Nothing exceptional about the food. Waiter was slow and forgetful.
Loved everything except the noise level is deafening. We had a small party of 6 and could not even hear across the table. I like to have a conversation with friends without having to yell. Plus the restaurant put a 12+ party behind us which was doing “shots” and continued to get louder and aggressive. Our waiter was attentive and gracious.
Service was excellent, only surpassed by the menu. Filet was awesome.
Birthday celebration. Absolutely fabulous. The fillet burger and truffle Mac and cheese were greatness!!
The food was incredible!! I was here for a special event with a group, and the service was amazing. I was even given my meal, including dessert, for free to help celebrate my bachelorette party! Can't say enough good things!
Food was very salty. Filet mignon dry. Some type of sauce should be offered. Half of my meat was cooked correctly and the other half way undercooked. Tables have seen better days. Need tablecloths to cover up all of the scratches. Needs an update for sure. Management was very nice. I wouldn’t go back.
We dine here often, as we live nearby. There is no love or care in the prep of the food at all, but when you’re local and want a steak, it fits the bill. Excellent desserts. This visit was just terrible, though: dirty flatware and stemware, a table runner had really awful body odor, and what started as strong service deteriorated quickly. We were left waiting for someone to appear most of the night, since we were seated in the bright upstairs with only a couple of larger parties in another area. Steaks weren’t seasoned well and arrived completely undercooked, sides served cold and got colder as we waited for our steaks to be refired, the lemon cake arrived warm - normally this is a chilled cake here — and with no flatware..wait 5 minutes for someone to swing by again. Then, we waited for over 20 minutes for our bill to get closed out. You get better service and plating at a diner. No need to return.
Food here is always amazing. Our server this time was not as attentive as we would have liked but overall good experience. Would return to the one in Fort Worth because we've gotten stellar service there.
Historically I have enjoyed dining here but tonight was huge disappointment. Terrible service and adequate food!
Comp’ed bottle of wine didn’t help.
Awful! Question if they get another opportunity.
Manger and staff were real nice , and the food was great
It’s not cheap but everything was exceptional - steak, sides, wine and service - for a night very date or special occasion it’s worth it
My experience with Del Frisco Grille was good. Very good customer service. Although a little on the pricey side I think its a great spot to eat. I had the salmon and it was really good, and they give you good portion sizes. The desert menu was lacking, at least to my taste. Overall selections were limited, but I wouldn't mind dining at Del Frisco Grille again.
There were 7 of us & some were late for our reservation. Everyone got there & we told the waiter we had a show in about an hour. He expedited the order & we had a GREAT meal & plenty of time to spare. We will be back! Great customer service!!!
Birthday dinner was great
Service was terrible. Only 10 guests in the whole place - and of course our table of 8 got someone in training. Not much support for her at the table. Waited 10-20 minutes for drinks each time - and we were sitting right by the bar. Bar had no bartender. Food was off too. First filet - overcooked. Short rib strogonoff tasted old. Came here for a big party a few months ago and it was better.
