Ever since Landry’s bought Del Frisco’s out the quality, service and the overall settings has gone to Hell. We love the restaurants and at one anytime we were in other cities. How can they screw up this fast. This was the fourth and final time for Del Frisco’s Landry’s.
Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Excellent location in down town, Fort Worth.
The shrimp and cauliflower risotto was amazing!
We had a party of 16 on the patio on a Saturday late afternoon with family from out of town. The service was very good, especially for such a large group. The hostess was very nice and quick to seat us. The waiter was obviously experienced and he had a good attitude. It was a very hot day, but we were surprisingly comfortable outside. The food was fine. We liked what we had ok, but the food wasn’t anything special and it’s a bit overpriced for what it is. But I would eat there again if I was looking for a place to dine with friends in Sundance Square.
Great service, very attentive to our needs, very personable.
First time at restaurant. Was excited to try this restaurant l. Unfortunately, the shrimp cocktail appetizer was way overcooked! We told the waiter they were overcooked and he proceeded to tell us that they are like that because they are “chilled”. He then took the plate back to the chef and said he would remove it from our bill. The salad dressing had little to no flavor and had to add salt to my salad. The steak was really good. It is not a place I would go back to.
First, we were seated in a back room jammed against another table that could store beef and no ambiance. Normally, at a Del Frisco’s bread is served. Here you request it and it was very basic. After ordering special catch of the day, we were told an additional $13would be posted as shrimp. So the halibut cost $56 instead of the $43 entree even though I specifically requested no shrimp. We were told this was a glitch from corporate on their computer. Finally we ordered wine to pair with dinner. The waitress apologized that the bar was backed up as we were finishing our entrees. Not a dining experience we had come to expect from Del Frisco’s.
Great restaurant with outstanding food and staff. Always a wonderful evening. You can't go wrong choosing Del Frisco's Grille.
Started with shrimp cocktail, we ordered a filet and ribeye(excellent) side of mashed potatoes and asparagus. Enjoyed a Malbec bottle. Ended with espresso martini.
Great experience as always! You guys never disappoint!
NATIONAL DAUGHTERS DAY
Horrible service and ok food. Don’t waste your time and money.
Really love the food! There is something for everyone! This time I had the Mediterranean shrimp - so good!
Service was excellent. Food was very average.
Was a little disappointed that the shrimp cocktail and lobster were extremely over cooked And tasteless.
We like the place but find that it is WAY TOO loud. We were seated outside hoping it would be quieter but it was not. We had to scream at each other. It was not "energetic" .
Our chicken dinner was terrible. The chicken was dry and flavorless and it was an extremely small portion. I would have sent it back but got involved in trying to converse and just let it go.
I have had good food there in the past so I haven't given up on you. I do hope you will do something about the incredible noise level. I will only recommend this place with a warning about the noise. Thank you.
All pretty good.
But we had flies buzzing around our table.
I used to be a huge fan of DelFrisco’s. In the “olden days“ it was a very good value with nice food at a pretty reasonable price and a lovely “five star“ atmosphere. No longer. The last several dining experiences have been abysmal. I had tuna that apparently made me sick… As I realized midway through the tacos that the fish was slimy and did not appear fresh. The next experience was so-called crab Eggs Benedict that tasted more like crab from a can that was smashed up with more breadcrumbs than crab meat. I could go on and on. The quality is not anything close to what it used to be. I have also been served an inferior brand of alcohol and sparkling wine than what I ordered. I have caught them substituting lesser priced items and charging full price. If this has been noticeable to me to actually realize it and “call“ them on it twice, how many times do you think it is happening? In addition, over the last couple of months we have been told numerous times “the distributor is out“ of that item. When it is something like Pellegrino …. Find another distributor or go to the grocery store! I understand once… But months? It’s sad. But I won’t be going back.
The food and drinks were delicious. Our waiter, Trey, checked on us regularly but also made sure we didn’t feel rushed.
Robs are boiled 😫😫
Great service. Friendly staff. Great food!
When you have a specials list It should be the same thing every single day for four months straight it’s no longer special !!!! Just put it on the menu!
Chicken was dry, very unusual for this restaurant
Where to begin....
1st My steak I ordered MR on the Rare side and it came medium well! We ordered Brussel Sprouts and they came after asking 3 times for them as we were almost finished with dinner. Then I tried to use my Select Club Points and the server, Olivia, told me first I didn't have enough (I have the max in my account) then she said I could only use $100 because I didn't spend over $250...I asked for the manager, Steve, and he said I couldn't use points for alcohol in Texas. I have dined at this location many times and am extremely disappointed in the entire dinner.
Had a nice meal with great friends. I am a regular at this restaurant.
I come here often, particularly for the steak salad. Last night it was just okay. It was seriously over dressed and soggy, when usually it’s pretty perfect. The service was very good. Quentin was attentive with out being intrusive. My date said the salmon was good, but not quite medium. More like well done. It was still a good time, and a decent meal.
The restaurant had a very inviting appeal. I think Calvin(?) was our server. He was very nice and accommodating to our needs. You could tell there is a shortage in staff due to the fact you notice he was running around doing multiple tasks. The food was excellent, except for the dessert. We had the Nutella Bread Pudding and it was a rock. We could barley stick a spoon in it.
The atmosphere, food and drink were awesome. Nice wine list, a bit pricy. Husband got the filet and I had the short rib - both were perfectly prepared and nicely presented. The caramel pot de creme was really tasty. Will definitely return.
Steak was tough and was not seasoned. Vip drink was watered down. Servicer was very nice and polite.
Food was amazing and the atmosphere was spot on. Will definitely go back in the future.
Food was great and glasses remained full. Our server, Brooke, went out of her way to ensure that our birthday celebration went off without a hitch!!
Frequent diner here because of the great staff and location
We were there for Sunday Brunch. Bathrooms had not been cleaned from the night before. Made me worry about everything else.
Service was fine, food was okay.
Unless you’re lucky enough to find on street parking, either plan on walking a few blocks or paying an additional $25-$40 for parking. Love Del Frisco’s Grille in downtown Fort Worth but won’t be going back
We chose Del Frisco’s for a very special occasion…. A proposal. The staff and management were very helpful and despite our interruption of the dinner service, it was a very lovely evening and experience. The Ribeyes with Truffle Mac and Cheese were cooked perfectly and absolutely mouthwatering. 5 stars all the way around.
Everything was wonderful.
Great place for a business lunch. Food was fantastic too!
Food and cocktails were excellent. Service was good, not great. Very enjoyable, will return!
Food is excellent and so is the vibe. I ate and the bar with friends
