First, our server was very nice. Jonathan did his best to provide exceptional service. Food experience was beyond subpar. Appetizer (egg rolls) was cold, very disappointing. The restaurant didn’t receive their food truck delivery 🙄 so they had no veggies other than potatoes. 2 of 3 steaks ordered were way over cooked , fish and chips stayed on appetizer theme and was cold when served. The manager did discount the 2 steaks 50%, but we just don’t feel like paying $400 for such sub par food. Will go elsewhere, and hate that, but the last few times here have been just bad.

Food was good, service was terrible. Our waitress seemed to forget about us, I had to flag the host down to bring me my check. I had seen reviews talking about the decline in service quality but I was in denial. I can now see what they were talking about.

Service by two wait staff needs improvement. Main waiter never smiled nor did he thank me for over tipping him. He’s more suited for a Chili’s.. The female waitstaff asked if we had taken a French fry from the cup. We hadn’t.. She then gave it to a another table. This was after it being on our table for ten minutes.. Surely, your restaurant can afford to cook a new one for the other table…

Although we chose to sit indoors, I couldn't help but notice the patio that overlooks the picturesque Sundance Square. It's definitely on my list for next time, especially for those looking for a scenic dining experience. The food was nothing short of fantastic. The Prime Rib melted in the mouth, and the Asparagus was cooked to perfection. The Twice Baked Potato was a delightful blend of flavors, and the New York Strip Oscar Style was a culinary masterpiece. Each dish was a testament to the chef's expertise and passion for food. What impressed me further was the efficiency of the bar. Despite the restaurant being bustling with patrons, our drinks arrived promptly and tasted fresh. It's evident that the bartenders at Del Frisco's are skilled and attentive. Even though they were busy, the staff managed everything seamlessly. Their efficiency is commendable, ensuring that every guest felt attended to and valued. There was a birthday party happening right next to our table, and while one might expect it to be a bit loud or obtrusive, it was quite the opposite. The celebratory mood was contagious, yet it never became obnoxious or overwhelming. In conclusion, our evening at Del Frisco's was memorable. Think waitress was overwhelm or having a bad day as service seem to be fine for the other wait staff and patrons. We waited about 10-15 minutes to get water and 25 before we got a drink. Food was great! Great location in the Sundance square.

I’d like to say the very best meal of my life…I’ve never tasted steak so good. The pineapple Margarita was hands down the best drink I’ve ever had. Everything was so fresh. The steak so tender and the sides perfection. Truffle butter on the steak was the absolute bomb. Each and every staff member we interacted with was kind, prompt and provided excellent service. This was a very special meal with my husband and I celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary on our first trip to Texas from the east coast. Thank you to the staff, from server, busser, manager, kitchen staff and bartender…for making things so enjoyable for us. We are patrons for life!

Love the Del Friscos brand and have been all over. This Del Frisco grill was by far the worst! Service was just so so, understaffed but the bar service was unacceptable. My wife ordered a dirty martini, took 20 minutes to get and you could tell it had been sitting a while it was warm. After dinner ordered 2 espresso martinis, once again took forever and they were terrible and warm. Unacceptable for a Del Friscos. Get your act together Del Frisco’s grill Ft Worth Tx

We shared a Caesar Salad, Brussel Sprouts, NY Strip Oscar Style with a beer, a Martini and a 9 oz wine for $125 with 20% tip. That's a good value in our view for this quality of steak, sides, service and atmosphere. We'll be back!

The food was amazing! Both my husband and I had the filet and it was like butter! It's a pretty lively environment, louder than I expected, but nothing that would make us not return. Our server gave me the wrong dessert, but what I received was good, so it wasn't a big deal. We'll definitely go back!

Pretty disappointed as we suggested the location for our large party. One server for 17 people. Three entrees were returned due to being undercooked. Waiter told some that items would not be charged but full bill was presented and paid.

Dinner at Del Frisco's Grille is always a treat, and this experience maintained the tradition. We came this time to participate in DFW Restaurant Week, and everything we chose was delicious. My little filet mignon was fork-tender, and their flourless chocolate torte is my dream dessert. Our server, Nadia, was friendly and attentive. Looking forward to next time!

Even with confirmed reservation we had to wait to be seated. Steak ordered pink in middle and was served well done. Took another 30 mins to get a new one. Very noisy; music played too loud. Tables all around us were empty with dirty dishes the entire time we were there. Overall a bad experience.

We arrived before dinner to sit at the bar and have drinks. The bartender must have been angry about something because she kept slamming down plates and bottles. We were seated for dinner about 6:45 but did not get our meal until 8:30. People came and went around us. The only explanation that we received was that they were out of mashed potatoes, and the only compensation we received was a partial price reduction. We used to love this place! Our experience was unfortunate.

Great food and outstanding service . Very convenient to Bass Hall for a Disney broadway show . My only wish is to have a few more options for children . Our waitress did a wonderful job with the “ special requests” we had ! I really enjoy dining here !

Upon arrival we checked in and waited about 10 minutes before being lead to the bar area. I had requested a nice booth next to the window since we were celebrating a friend’s marriage engagement. When I asked to be seated upstairs the hostess was stoic and a bit condescending. And refused to accommodate my request. Once Meghan restaurant manager intervened the situation was quickly rectified. Unfortunately, the food was just OK. The steaks were over cooked lobster tail was over cooked and had a very funny odor and taste. Once again, Meghan apologized and offered a free dessert to the couple that was celebrating although this happened, Meghan was very professional throughout the whole time and if we were to go back only be because of Meghan .

Busy Friday evening during restaurant week. The waiter was excellent. Food delivery, done by others was not up to par. Entree for one of party of three delivered 4 minutes before the other entrees. Also, side of mushrooms took another two to three minutes.

Our waitress had a mishap (spilled a drink) but she and the manager handled it with grace. We were able to laugh about it and continued to enjoy our dinner. The manager came around to fill out water and was able to joke about it. We had a great wait staff and a delicious dinner.

We’ve eaten here every other year for our Anniversary and the service has always been excellent. We always sit in the same spot (booth overlooking Sundance Square). On the off years, we eat at other steakhouses and have never found a steak that comes close to the one served here. The steak is DELICIOUS!! The service has always been amazing. This year our service was fair. She was slow to check on us, refill our drinks and didn’t even write Happy Anniversary on our plate, like they usually do. If this has been our first time there, we wouldn’t have returned. I also got the Oscar style steak this time, which cost more, but the steak looked smaller than my husband’s. I do recommend this restaurant, for their unbeatable flavored steak. It was just a poor service experience this time, compared to other times.

We had a reservation for 5:30. We showed up at 5:20 and checked in. We didn’t get seated until almost 6. So if you are trying to make a show at Ball Hall, I would plan accordingly.

The menu is great, however good quality was very poor. Overcooked meat and our food was barely warm. We gave ourselves plenty of time order and eat. But we ended up having to rush through our desserts. The only thing we got timely was the check.
