This place is always sooo amazing! And consistent. Delicious steaks, excellent service and fair prices.
Great service and food was great as well! Good atmosphere.
We had a Beyond burger and shaved prime rib sandwich with truffle Mac n cheese and sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious!
Due to the virus scare it wasn’t very crowded. The service was excellent the food came out on time and was very well prepared. We had scallops and the special which was Salmon with crab meat.
We ordered the shrimp cocktail to start. The presentation was nice but the shrimp so was so gritty. For dinner, I ordered the filet. It had good flavor but was super dry. DFG is normally one of our favorite spots but this makes the second unpleasant visit in a month.
Loved it so good and the service was great!!!
Patio dining overlooking Sundance Square was great. Great service and food.
Excellent experience with great service, food and ambiance! We had a 6:30 reservation and arrived around 6PM. They were able to get us seated with no problems or grief.
Our waiter, who I do not remember his name was perfect with his greeting, service and interaction........He had a great speaking (Radio or TV) voice, tall and dark hair.
We were in town from Waco and I had to get back so really appreciated them getting us in earlier than our reservation...........We will be back!
Food and Atmosphere are NEVER a let down. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We always take our friend here when they visit from out of town.
I asked for medium steak and I got well done. Told waiters and she never asked to replace.
We booked Del Friscos Grille for our 22nd wedding anniversary lunch. Our waiter was not attentive & didn’t ask if we were celebrating anything (even though I had listed it on our reservation). Last year we had the best meal and waiter to celebrate! This year was much to be desired. When it came time for dessert I told him YES because we were celebrating our anniversary. He didn’t say congrats or even look interested. Didn’t even ask us how long we have been married for. Customer service or interest was severely lacking. Last year this same restaurant gave us the most delicious anniversary dessert to celebrate and our waiter was so happy for us. We were so shocked to see our waiter this time charged us for dessert. We didn’t say anything but we were quiet disappointed in this years service compared to last year. Last year our waiter and even the manager made sure our visit was wonderful! I don’t know if we will be back next time.
Great service and delicious food. Awesome wine selection that is beyond your basic choices. They also have a full bar.
Service and the food was absolutely amazing.
Fantastic food and service. Only drawback was one bathroom for women on lower floor. Seems odd when you see seating capacity.
The waiter offered us a special. It was drenched in butter. We are from NYC. Prices don’t usually surprise us but the special was $68. The steaks were less - I didn’t even eat half because it was so drenched in butter
Great place to pop in before the symphony!
Everything was great
Worst experience ever at this restaurant. I’ve been many times and by far, this time was the worst. It will be awhile befog I consider retuning
We arrived prior to our reservation time — table wasn’t ready so we waited. When the hostess finally seated us, our table hadn’t even been bused yet. Waiter was horrible
We always has a fabulous time here!
Always great, consistency and welcoming. Love the place and the staff.
Good food and good service
I never take the time to leave reviews, but the poor dinner experience at this restaurant warranted my comment. If your looking for a place to eat with a good view of Sundance Square Del Frisco Grille is the place, but if your looking for good food - this is NOT THE PLACE (reminded me of Applebee’s food). Sad to say, not worth the price at all.
My girlfriends and I had brunch at Del Frisco’s Grille. We started with the smoked salmon tower that was so good! It was our favorite thing that we had! We all had Caesar salads and felt they were overdressed. I also had the truffle macaroni and cheese that was fabulous! We had the Nutella bread pudding to end which was excellent, but definitely not like a traditional bread pudding. Our server was very accommodating and attentive.
Everything was amazing. Our server was attentive. Will definitely be going back.
We really enjoyed celebrating Valentine's Day here. The food was very delicious, and the atmosphere was very inviting and relaxing. Our waiter, Joshua, was the best. He was patient and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We were shocked at how quickly our food was served and was still delicious. Our entire party agreed that we would definitely return.
Del Frisco’s dropped the ball on my anniversary dinner. Service was slow and my steak wasn’t cooked properly twice. In fact, I get better service when I dine at this location for a spur of the moment dinner. I felt they did not care to make any attempt to make our night special. Highly disappointed overall.
Valentine weekend brunch/lunch is the way to go! Service and food was amazing and we enjoyed the second floor view with our reservation. Thanks again!!
Once again, outstanding service and a delicious dinner!
My impression from our waitress and the wait staff was less enthusiastic then I’m accustomed to. The hostess was a delight, but it went flat after that. Food was very good!
Management is great! Steak was better than most high end steak places.
Valentines with my daughters
We are members of Del Frisco's rewards program and dine at a Del Frisco's 4 to 6 times a year. This was our worse experience by far. We were early for our reservation and the hostess acknowledged my wife's birthday, which was nice. We started off with the cheesesteak eggrolls which were good. For the entree my wife had the salmon which was good. I ordered a filet, cooked medium, and it came out well done, no pink at all. I tried to eat it but couldn't. I am in my 50's and this is the first time in my life that I ever sent a meal back. The manager came over and asked what was wrong and I asked him if he saw the steak that I sent back and he said no, and I suggested he go see the "medium" steak.
They brought out another steak, which was after my wife was finished with her meal. The second steak was cooked correctly and well-seasoned, but only about 2/3 the size of the first steak. I also got two servings of brussell sprouts, one serving with each steak, and they were very good, dare to say the one highlight of the meal.
My wife got a free dessert for her birthday, so we ordered the nutella bread pudding, one of my favs. Well after waiting 20 minutes and no dessert, refills, or check, we got up to go to the bar to get the check and the waitress was coming with the breadpudding, so I asked her to put it in a to-go container, which she did along with the ice cream and whip cream(?) The manager came over and again apologized and comped the steak. When I mentioned the wait for dessert he said they did not know Bass Hall was having an event and they got busy. I did a quick count and there was maybe 25 people in the place(?) If that's what he thinks is busy he should go see the Del Frisco's in Southlake!
I am fearful with the Del Frisco franchise being sold to an investment group and then to Landry's, the quality, service, and standards are going down.
We got there at the end of brunch and the staff went over and above to make sure our meal was fabulous even though they had to make several adjustments. I highly recommend this place for any meal. I’ve fined there for lunch and dinner.
This was an off experience for us, typically have had great service and food in the past. Our bar drinks came out after appetizers, hot appetizers were cold and steak was over cooked and had to be recooked.
It was so great. The food and the service were excellent. Only real complaint was the parking situation which is not their problem to fix.
Ordered a filet and its presentation was lacking. Simply ordered a medium filet with mashed potatoes. The filet comes out (alone) on a massive plate looking like a cookie on a platter with the potatoes in a bowl on the side...and the steak was cold. Cold. You can do better than this DFG.
Unfortunately, I'll be sticking with Bob's Steak and Chophouse down the street. Recommend you do as well.
Great waiter -Vince. Loved it and not tooo loud
