Very poor service.
Didn’t check in with us.
Threw drink on table.
Steak salad was drenched in dressing, greens were inedible.
No manager in sight.
We are repeat local customers who will think twice before returning.

The tomatoes served with the heirloom tomato and buratta salad were not ripe. The artichoke beignets were tasty but the inside was very liquidy. The steaks were excellent but mashed potatoes were bland and broccoli rabe was cold when it arrived. The waiter was inattentive much of the night and then frankly rude after delivering our cappuccinos after we were done with dessert rather than with dessert. They also forgot to bring out the leftovers of a rack of ribs. It was such an underwhelming experience that we were in a hurry to leave and forgot to remind them. The manager was responsive to our poor experience.

usually sit at bar but because dining with friends were in the back - find noise level a bit much there with no carpeting /windows which do not dampen the sound level

We were there to celebrate the completion of a very important organizational training session that my wife helped lead, as well as the TGIF feeling we both had that this busy work week was over. (It was a Friday evening.) We feel very comfortable in this place, and were looking forward to just relaxing and kicking back. We got there early and had asked for and were given a nice booth by the window overlooking the pond. Our server was great and very attentive. Drinks were great (it's surprising how many places don't really know how to make a good dry Martini!) The strip steak I had was one of the best I have ever had in a restaurant. (And it's surprising how hard it is to find a really good steak in a restaurant -- you'd think it would be the simplest thing in the world.) Thanks for another great experience!

I was very disappointed in the food. The fish was ok, the short rib stroganoff was very salty, the scallops were a bit over cooked. This was the first time that my family has ever dined out on a holiday and Del Frisco's was my suggestion. It was a shame that it was so disappointing. It is important to say that the waitstaff was exceptional and extremely attentive.

Issue with an Easter brunch entree, that couldn't be resolved after two attempts. The waitress and manager were very attentive with their effort to resolve.

An unfortunate episode, but a wonderful ambiance and staff. Will be back!

We went for Brunch on Easter Day & the restaurant was not yet busy at all. The good was not good and the service was terrible.
I ordered Eggs Benedict without the sauce & they came with sauce, almost hard boiled and cold. There was a smidgen of crab not quite earning the title of Crab Eggs Benedict. I sent them back & they came sans sauce but again, almost hard boiled. But they were hot so I ate them. My boyfriend ordered Fried Chicken & Waffle which consisted of a Belgian waffle, a minute piece of fried chicken and not even real maple syrup.
Our third dining companion ordered a bacon cheeseburger which came without the bacon. At least it was good & the manager did take it off the bill.

Service was pretty much non existent & I had to look for our waitress to get more coffee.
Would not return.

Poor Service - soft talker and could not hear a word she said. She had no energy and did not take our order properly and was not well versed on the menu.
NO atmosphere- concrete floors, black and red décor and no ambience -
Food lacked creativity and poor value for prices.
Menu was not a nice Easter Menu- nothing special in anyway.
We enjoy Del Frisco's in the Seaport, but will never return to a Del Frisco's Grille.

Though the food was quite tasty, the service was very slow, didn't get my cocktail until I was almost finished with my meal. When we were ready to pay, server brought the bill quickly, but then disappeared for 25 minutes, finally we gave the bill and credit card to a different server.

Service was terribly slow. Kitchen and bar kept running out of things (four different things were ordered that came back with a “we ran out of xyz” about 10 minutes after it was ordered. Waiter took forever to bring waters, collect the check, bring other drinks. I ordered a bone in fillet which is not an inexpensive menu item. Ordered med rare, when they bring it to the table the have you cut into it to check, it came out rare. No problem, they bring it back to flash it. Now when it is brought back the second time it is charred to on the outside, well done on portions and then medium closer to the bone. I would imagine a Del Frisco’s should know how to cook a steak to temperature so it was upsetting but didn’t want to make a big deal. Overall I will never go back. Every time the had to offer a replacement item they did comp the second choice, which was very nice of them on the first item, but comical on the fourth. Too bad they didn’t run out of receipt paper for my bill lol

Place was noisy, making conversation across the table difficult, but the food was excellent. One member of our group had to return his steak, in order to have it done according to his wishes (and placed order), but that was done without complaint. Our server was most pleasant and even had the proper etiquette of a wine steward. One complaint, in addition to the noise--about flatware: no fresh flatware after the salad for the entree; it took a while for replacement after one of my guests dropped his fork on the floor. Expensive but worth it!

Excellent food, knowledgeable wait staff, especially regarding wine. There was adequate time in between courses. Unfortunately we were seated by the bar and it was extremely loud. It was very difficult to have a conversation. If there are future plans to renovate, I would seriously consider not having dining tables nearby. You could certainly have high-top tables for the bar, with an appetizer menu. I will ask next time to not sit by the bar, and if that is not possible, I will go elsewhere. Something to consider.

A good choice for Restaurant Week which the wife and I decided to try for the first time. Good selection of entrees. Ordered the tenderloin, which was very small (6 oz.), which came only with mashed potatoes...which were very good, but no vegetables. Therefore, Had to order a side of roasted asparagus, which contained only six spears (along with a $9.00 extra charge!!). Very lively bar scene, very nice atmosphere, pond view (along with the parking lot), good attentive service, an ummy cocktails. Overall, a bit overpriced though. Not sure we will return because of this.
