Everything right from the entrance till the seating, it was so perfect. And the food is just amazing. It’s great that they are maintaining their quality so perfect and delicious. I would definitely recommend everyone out their to try this and you would love the food, service and ambience of the restaurant for sure.
Honestly the best burger I have ever had, and I sell meat for a living. The blend of prime chuck, short rib, and brisket makes the perfect burger. I have eaten at this place 25+ times and have never had a bad meal there. I highly recommend the prime burger, the corn bisque, and the cheese steak egg rolls. I recommend this place to every single person I know. I tried the shaved steak sandwich once but was not impressed, always go with the prime burger. My only small complaint is they don't take the onion skin off the onions. But this will not keep me from going back here, this is my go to spot for years to come. I drive 30 mins each way to get the burger and wouldn't mind driving an hour each way, that's how good this burger is!!!
Wedge salad was delicious, mushroom flatbread pizza was so good, finished dinner off with chocolate cake that was delicious. Husbands steak was cooked perfectly. It was a great meal!!
Always a great meal experience. One of the few places I consider eating out for a top grade burger and fries
I would not recommend going if you’re looking to have a nice steak dinner. For the price you pay, the quality is not there. The side of mashed potatoes was not great as well. There was also supposed to be a bread service in the beginning, and everyone else got some around us, but for some reason our waitress decided not to bring us any. You could go to longhorn, pay half the price, and get as good or if not better food.
great food, great services!
Food was terrible -- very salty, almost unedible, bone-in steak was so tough we couldn't eat it! Our waitress was good, but her team was terrible. Wrong food, extremely slow, and wrong bill all delivered to our table. We heard apologies all night but it made for a disappointing experience. And the restaurant had numerous groups which were so loud, we could not hear conversation at our small table for four. Would not recommend unless you are with a large group and want to be loud, not planning on eating just drinking.
Food was excellent, service was excellent. However, in spite of our reservation and a large number of empty tables, we were seated next to the kitchen, inches from the steady stream of servers and able to hear all the kitchen chatter. When asked if we could switch to one of the empty tables, the hostess stated that they were for other reservations. Several of those tables remained unoccupied for the duration of our meal. I love Del Frisco’s however this experience left a bad taste.
We've been here several times a year since they first opened. we HAD been happy with the service until the last two visits. Dinner last time was an utter fiasco (seating 40 minutes late for reservations, appetizer was only half cooked, steaks took forever to get to the table, wait staff that seemed to have no interest in their tables, etc.) but they comped half the meal so we chalked it up to a bad night. However lunch yesterday has sealed their fate for the foreseeable future with us. While the wait staff was ok at our table, the table next to ours was being ignored and literally had to flag down our waitress to get her to take their order because no one had stopped by their table since they were seated (before us). For our meals, we both had cheeseburgers, his with the fries and mine with the side salad. The cheese tasted and looked like cheap, processed, plastic-wrapped "cheese" slices --unacceptable. The greens in my side salad were wilted and looked/tasted past their prime. We were in a rush so I didn't have time to ask them to bring me something else as a side. Disappointed and probably won't be back from a while.
Waitresses and waiters were very attentive, cheery and informative!
I thought the place might be more "white tablecloth" for the prices. Beet salad was great.
Baked sole was a bit soggy but presented nicely with a cover of shredded tomatoes and greens. Salmon texture was very good but the broccolini was a bit hard and plain.
Food was good, noise level hurts your ears, and decor like a cattle car
Not for a romantic occasion
Good parking and valet service
First time at Del Frisco's in Burlington, not impressed at all, will not return
We have dined at Del Frisco's in Manhattan several times and always enjoyed the the restaurant, there. Burlington needs to take a few lessons from the New York restaurant
Sat us about 15 minutes past our reservation. Service was terrible waited a long time. The manager took our order because waitress we hardly saw until the check was given to us. The food was ok. I got a New York strip steak that was half fat. It could have been a rib eye with all the fat. Will never go back to the grill again.
Service was lacking. We asked for bread and it never came. My friend wanted a glass of wine but our server never came back to ask what he wanted. The filet mignon was very fatty. The kale salad was missing one of the ingredients.
Our server Mike did a wonderful job of keeping the food and drink flowing without ever 'being in the way' ...excellent
Thank you for the complimentary anniversary cake and personalized card.
Steak was cooked exactly as ordered and supremely tender and flavorful. Great experience.
The food was pretty good, my wife and I both had the special Wagyu steaks and they were amazing. Paired with the truffle mac and cheese and it was a very good meal. The price was a little steep, but for the quality, it was definitely worth it.
The only negative was the fact that the restaurant was out of lots of different menu items. Being a steakhouse, it was pretty surprising when they said they were out of the filet on a Sunday (granted it was the Sunday after Valentine's day). Also, they were out of asparagus and pretty much every dessert. Overall I was happy with my wife's and my menu choices, but for the price point, I feel that the whole menu should be open so it was a shame that they were out of so many items.
Overall it was pretty good and I likely would recommend Del Frisco's to a friend. I hope the next time we go, they aren't short on so many items so we can have the entire menu available to us.
I made reservations for 6 on Saturday night and we were sat promptly at a round table which was great. The service was excellent! The wine was excellent! They were still running a couple of Valentines specials and 4 of us got one of them. The filet was cooked perfect and you could cut it with a butter knife! Everything was great!
Del Frisco’s never disappoints. Their Cheesesteak Eggrolls, and Red Sangria are to die for.
First time there and the Service and food were excellent. Definitely will return.
The food was delicious, and the cocktail and wine lists were great. However, even better than the great food was the wait service.
I just expected a more elegant setting for the prices they have for steaks.
It was very noisy and they were pushing a bottle of wine that was overpriced.
Great food and good service. Look forward to returning and sitting on the outside drinking and dining area.
Great service staff all around
Valentines Day dinner
Excellent service, food and atmosphere.
Honestly one of the worst dining experiences of my life. From the service to the food, everything was truly disappointing.
The food was delicious all around. I highly recommend the NY Sirloin. However, the service was very subpar and it took a while to get drinks, food, apps, etc. After noticing how long it took us to get our appetizers, I began counting how many times the server came back to the table, and the final tally was twice. Once to check on how meal was (which he didnt deliver) and then to drop check off. He didnt come back to get the check, ask us about dessert, or deliver my CC and bill. I was very disappointed, as was my GF who I was taking out for V-Day. I could understand if it was busy due to the holiday but we had an early reservation and even when we left, there was no one waiting. For the price of the dinner, I recommend the food but the service could definitely use some fine tuning. Out of 4 stars, I would give it 2.5 (fries were cold...).
We were here for a birthday celebration and were very pleasantly surprised at the excellent selections on the menu. The dishes were delicious. The service was impeccable. We did not feel hurried at all. We will definitely return to enjoy more fine dining here.
The steaks were outstanding. The ribeye, ordered medium rare, arrived rare but they quickly corrected that without overcooking it. The filet was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Appetizers were also excellent. Nutella bread pudding was fantastic. Service was attentive but not overly so. The sommelier suggested some nice wines by the glass as well as some bottles. The ambience is just ok but spacing between tables and the overall layout is conducive to having a conversation with your dinner party.
Justin was our waiter, and he could not have been more upbeat, positive and accommodating. My son and I were grabbing dinner, and he had truffle Mac and Cheese and I had the braised pork shank. We share the steak and cheese egg roll as a starter.
My son was Top 18 on Season 5 of MasterChef Junior, and he always enjoys visiting Felix. Unfortunately, he was not on tonight.
We always have a great experience, enjoy the food and ambiance, and the staff never disappoints.
Came here for Sunday brunch. Artichoke beignets are my absolute favorite!
I am sure they are a decent restaurant but our visit was a mess. Food was late, our server forgot what we ordered. The Beet Salad was supposed to in a whipped feta but it was more like cement. Dressing? Not sure there was one. The Short Rib Stroganoff was dried out. The manager and servers were all very solicitous and apologetic and they deducted all the meals from our bill. Not sure what was going on given that they have been up and running for a while. Too bad.
Justin B. was excellent!! He was friendly and very helpful but also just let us be for the right amount of time. Food was great! A little on the pricier side but with the ambiance and service it was fitting.
I write this review with mixed feelings. I recently took 9 adults to DF Grille. Upon arrival we given a nice round table that fit all 9 that allowed all to converse throughout the diner. After an extended time, our waitress introduced herself to us and told the name of 4 or 5 of the wait staff that would take care of us (none of which we saw). We ordered 3 flatbreads and a round of app of calamari and artichoke beignets, which was delicious. We order our entrees while we waited for the apps. (I was afraid that the meals were come too fast. was I wrong.) After the apps arrived the wait for the entrees started. While my family was enjoy each other company it became obvious that would be on our own most of the time. Our waitress (who was assigned too many tables) became none existent for extended periods of time when water refills and additional rounds of drinks would have been appreciated. It became so bad that one of my guests commented to our server that a little attention would be appreciated. The table next to us had a very loud out burst by a guest who became frustrated on the waiting "$59.00 STEAK!"
I observed at this point that management team was non-existence and left the wait staff to fend for themselves. I started to observe what was happening around me and noticed that most tables were waiting for their meals and it appeared to me that management team was hiding in the wait station and not dealing what was happening. No managers walking the floor to talk to people waiting for their meals or explaining what was going on. We were left in the dark. Of course the sommelier was walking around pour wine for those tables that purchased bottles.
When our meals showed up, the steaks and entrées were perfect but by that point it was too late. Our server did bring over complementary desert which helped.
I put this failure on the management not the wait staff.
ALWAYS EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE! WE GO HERE OFTEN
Over cooked, dried out and fishy tasting salmon with cold broccolini. Soggy luke warm french fries. Noisy. Very disappointing
Convenient Burlington location; good ambiance and attentive service, once we were able to find a wait person to attend to us. Not a huge menu, but enough to present a variety of entre options. We would definitely return.
We really thought the waitress was in a hurry to get us out of the way to get the table ready for the next guest.
Her approach made for a lesser experience than we have come to appreciate at this restaurant.
