Del Frisco's Grille - Brookfield Place
Best service I’ve ever had. Loved our server
Very nice selection of wines and cocktails. Our appetizers and salads were very good and the truffle Mac and cheese delicious. Service was a little lacking and our waiter never came around for drink refills unless we flagged him down.
Sat in bar area for lunch. Was very very loud.
Food was absolutely amazing. The service was horrible and very disappointing. Ruined the whole experience. Very upset
We absolutely loved everything about our meal at DelFrisco’s! We were there to celebrate three birthdays and they were so thoughtful and attentive. The staff brought out birthday cards for us and made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful dinner. We all got Filet and they were cooked perfectly. We split zucchini and mashed potatoes which was more than enough for three people. Great wine and cocktail list! Dessert was incredible. We had the coconut cream pie and Nutella bread pudding.
Service was awesome and we only have good things to say. Thank you for making our birthdays special!
Absolutely terrible service.
Inadequate waitstaff who couldn’t cover their assigned tables.
Didn't like this Del Frisco's as much as I did the one uptown... More limited menu and not as nice an
Upon arriving there was a bad odor. It smelled like really bad breath but disappeared soon after. Our Server looked like he was hLf asleep. We asked for water 3 times. He was lethargic and forgetful. We asked our busses for silverware and napkins when our app arrived. Our server pushed him out of the way and brought us the silverware. When our food came I couldn’t cut my steak because all I had was a butter knife! Finally we flagged down the server and he brought me one. Normally we would have ordered another round of drinks and dessert but it was not a pleasant experience so we didn’t.
The food was very good so nothing to complain about other than my filet was ordered medium rare and came out medium. I also want to note that our reservation was at 9:45 pm so it was not crowded.
A wonderful experience overall.
Our steaks were over cooked. We sent them back once and got the same results the second time
It was a very disappointing experience.
The food was very good. We sat outside and it was very comfortable. The menu was a bit limited.
Excellent Service! The fish and chips was amazing!! I would most definitely eat here again. Delicious!!
Brick chicken was terrible and bottom was burnt and hard to chew
Enjoyable ambiance whether for lunch, dinner or just catching up after work with friends. Food is above average on quality, preparation and presentation. Wine list is one of the best in neighborhood; you will not be disappointed.
Best Steaks... as always.
Normaly I visit the Las Vegas Branch which is usually busy and has the amazing look&feel from 1980s TV series.
The NYC place is more modern and open. Its nice... but I prefer big round tables and heavy carpets for my real Steak experience :-)
Service wasn’t good at all. We ordered the tacos never got them. Never got water refills. Server just didn’t care.
Food was great. Our server, Kylie was fantastic! We had a group that included a few children and accommodated them excellently! Thank you!
Great food! Friendly people. Accommodated my short lunch mtg with fast turnaround on food.
It was lovely dining outside and our waitress Sam was charming. Our flatbread was not up to par and so we were serve a new hot one and then comped for both of them on the bill. All in all I would recommend it and go back. The menu had some good choices and it was pleasant eating in a beautiful part of the city.
Food was average. It was overpriced for average standard of food.
Service however was excellent, but the service alone would not make me return to the restaurant
Disappointed in the whole experience. Wait staff was inattentive. My order was submitted incorrectly and I was told it would be right out. Twenty minutes later I received my dinner. My colleagues had finished their dinners whilst I ate the sweet potatoes fries. When I finally received my dinner I had no apology from staff or the manager. For an expensive dining restaurant I expected much more. In respect to my colleagues I took the balance of dinner to go just a few minutes later. I live close by and won’t be back.
Food is always solid here. Always a good place for a business lunch.
We had a large party and our servers were great, but the food left a lot to be desired. Numerous people got the petite filet at the table and when they were served they were all different sizes. To be honest, one looked like a 1/2 portion. Certainly not worth the price we were charged. This was my third time there and I honestly don't think I'll be back.
Very nice service and overall great experience. Will return again.
Poorly cooked food and old fish was served to one of my guests. Very embarrassing!
Food was good but service was horrible. Non attentive and had to flag server for water refill. Never once came to check in. Not even a busy night, can count the number of tables with one hand. Disappointed, as I have been to other locations and was never disappointed. I had decided to try this one for convenience. But very noticeably the service level was not up to par. Like night and day.
Brought my colleagues and our new hires to this restaurant for lunch. Even though we were running late, they accommodated us with incredible service, and a quick turn-around from food to check (as it was important to get our new hires back to the office).
Service is friendly but very slow
terrible service and food. the server is irresponsible. he mistake our order and gave us bad beef. the restaurant is a little noisy.
Food wasnt as good as it was when they first opened this location. The last two times i came food was subpar. Brick chicken and salmon were dry.
Didn’t even wish a happy birthday or acknowledgement of the special occasion. The one in midtown food, ambiance and service way better. Every time I have gone to the one at Rock Center we received a free cake or some acknowledgement.
Food selection and quality cannot compare to Del Frisco's Restaurant. Seating was in the bar area or outside, but it was very hot so we were stuck next to a loud guy at the bar. Food was sooooooo expensive. Mashed potatoes for $11 would have been worth it if they flavored it or made it special in some way, but it was just a small bowl of mashed potatoes. We don't mind paying for good food, but this just felt like a total rip off.
honestly, this was an expensive sports bar. The filet was terrible - dry and shriveled up. I thought this was a nice steak house but definitely not worth the money.
Always enjoy my experience and the food/service never disappoints.
Business dinner go to spot.
Good menu, good service, nice wine list.
My first visit, but it won’t be the last. Had a wonderful margarita which was a nice surprise. My wife and I
Ordered the artichoke beignets which were very good. We shared a prime bone in steak which was cooked
to perfection along with the mashed potatoes. We also shared the burnt broccoli which could have used more of the tahini sauce. We ended the meal with a great cup of cappuccino and a glass of sambuca. An overall pleasant dining experience along with a great waiter named Lonny.
Even though the air conditioning was on the fritz, we had a wonderful meal.the cheesesteak spring rolls were heaven, my baby back ribs sauced well and cooked perfectly. My wife had the steak salad, the steak cooked perfectly with a pink strip. Our server, the bartenderess was helpful, cordial and prompt.
We would recommend this restaurant.
Food was ok, nice location
