Considering the circumstances, it was a delight! We were able to enjoy a moment out, dining in our favorite restaurant, prior to mandatory closings. Service, food and over all appreciation for our attendance was over the top. You guys are the bomb!
Service and food quality was outstanding. BUT. Can you please get the hostess to separate people and not have all the tables with people in one spot. She had everyone on top of each other. This was just very stupid. NO COMMON SENSE. Went to Mere Bulles the next day and they had us in separate rooms to make people feel safer.
Good food and service. Not GREAT, but good.
Great service and food was delicious!
Good place for a party of 7 but a couple of us had cold food. Otherwise it was good
Excellent lunch! Loved the BBQ Shrimp Cobb Salad! Jackson was fantastic!
Server was really good
Our reservation was at 7:15. We were seated at a table that they said was broken but didn’t offer an alternative. The table was so slanted you could barely keep a glass on it. No one offered to help as we reconfigured the table to accommodate us. We got our drinks 45 minutes after being seated “because the bar was busy” despite plenty of open seats at the bar. Dinner came out minus the entree for the one we were the to celebrate his birthday because of an oversight. The entree came out as we finished dinner. Not a great way to spend 2+ hours that didn’t involve appetizers or dessert.
It took over an hour for our dinner to be served, our appetizer never arrived, and when asked if dessert would take an hour to receive, the server responded that it might. He couldn’t guarantee when it would arrive. Really disappointing experience.
Service was indifferent until it became apparent we were not happy and then she tried to step it up. Food was no better than an Outback Steakhouse but a lot more expensive. When the Manager came to the table even he was indifferent about our experience. I have eaten at Del Frisco's numerous times in different cities, never again. This used to be a good restaurant, not sure what happened but there are a load of better options in the area that actually appreciate your business.
Server rang in my dinner wrong then SA argued with me about what I ordered. Manager never came by to check or apologize. Not happy
Enjoyable celebration dinner at Del Frisco's. Had been to the DF in Philly and had a remarkable and memorable steak. This time it was good, yet not memorable. Two of three were perfectly done, while one Med rare a bit overcooked.
Took a while to get our food yet we were enjoying the conversation of a celebration so it wasn't a big deal for us.
Greeting and wait staff friendly and service unobtrusive. Not relational though, so service not a "wow, want to go back and get her again" type of experience.
Will we go back? Yes. Will we rave about it, likely no.
Perhaps our expectatins will be a little more realistic next time?
Atrocious. Had to wait a full hour past our reservation time to get seated. Hostesses seemed inexperienced and manager never once checked on them despite the lobby being full of people waiting an hour + beyond their reservation before being seated. Once finally seated, ordered wine and it took 20 minutes for it to be delivered from the bar. Same thing with appetizer. Waiter never checked back once food was delivered or offered water or wine refills. We are very patient and understanding but this was a 3 hour experience (which should have taken 1) that went wrong in every way possibly.
Made a reservation and ended up waiting 30 minutes past the time. When name was called, another couple took my name and they were seated- right in front of me. Total chaos on the front desk and managing seating. Walk in’s were seated ahead of me.
We had a great time. Love the food, especially the spinach salad and the plant based burger. Great ambiance too!
Fish tacos were delicious and service was very good!
Food took a long time. To manager’s credit, he comped is two desserts for the wait without us having to complain.
Bigger problem... the steak (ny strip) I ordered was extremely fatty, which manager acknowledged (but didn’t really do anything to fix it); wife’s salmon was bland and somewhat hard; daughter’s sliders were unseasoned.
Server made us feel rushed to leave (after we had waited a long time for our food - now we were feeling rushed) and brought two dirty sets of dessert dishes. My wife told him they were dirty and he didn’t say a word, just left and brought back clean ones, without a word.
The experience and food was lackluster.
On a positive note, the lemon cake dessert and the steak and wonton and cheese (can’t remember the name) appetizer were both phenomenal and the look of the restaurant was nice.
Great food and great atmosphere
They were overbooked and we were seated 45 minutes later than our reservation.
Not great. Had an 8:15 reservation and got seated at 9:00. Appetizers were good, but steak was not well cooked. I’ve had much better experiences at Del Frisco’s in other cities. This was as expensive but not nearly as good.
Food was awful. Would never go back
Valentines and very well executed by the DF Staff
Despite having a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes past reserved time to be seated
Waited 30 minutes despite a reservation, got our appetizer before our drinks arrived, and nearly finished my entree before being offered another beer that was nearly empty at time of service of entree. For the premium price tag I was extremely disappointed in a restaurant that has had a decline in service our past few visits. Likely won’t be back after my last experience. The food is of great quality for what it’s worth.
Very good representation of the chain. Food taste the same and well presented. Great for Brentwood.
Hubby and I chose Del Frisco’s for our Valentines dinner. We’ve enjoyed having dinner here in the past. Sadly, we were very disappointed. The bar cocktail and wait staff at the bar were great. Our dinner waitress, not so much. The catch of the day, not so much. The side Mac and cheese...cold and not fresh. Overall, we were not pleased. Hopefully this was a one time bad evening for them.
Salmon was very fishy, and didn’t taste fresh at all. Noticed they increased their prices for Valentines Day lunch. Won’t be back
Nice modern ambience ~ with comfortable seating, convenient parking and delicious dishes. When weather is warmer, we really like the raised garage doors for dining alfresco, as well as just a great place to hang out with friends and family.
Menu changed and service wasn’t great
Had a great lunch. The corn bisque was incredible! And as well the steak salad ! The food and service was excellent!!
Lovely date night with my husband. The artichoke beignets appetizers were wonderful and complimented my scallops main course and my husband’s roasted chicken. Our waitress was delightful. Only suggestion would be to train bar on what a 7&7. It’s fascinating how many restaurants in Nashville do not know what this drink is comprised of. Wasn’t an issue in So Cal. 🤣
It was awesome. The Ribeye was spot on
I always love going to Del Friscos for lunch, but dinner was not quite as good an experience. My filet was over cooked, the halibut portion that others ordered was quite small and the server seemed to be quite impatient about taking our orders. I will still go back.
The food is always excellent. I recommend the cheesesteak eggrolls as a shareable or as a light lunch by itself. It gets very crowded at lunch so reservations are necessary.
This restaurant is currently going through management changes which is always difficult. They are changing wait staff, menu items and making changes overall. Therefore, there are regular menu items missing, the restaurant is missing needed staff so the overall dining experience was amiss.
I had put that I would not recommend Del Frisco to a friend "at this time" but I may recommend this restaurant in the future if they are able to make the needed changes quickly before they completely "crash and burn" in Brentwood. I know that "Holler and Dash" across the street has already closed their doors so that area serves a very tough crowd of diners.
Service was very poor. It was slow and inattentive. Food was excellent though. Great steaks.
The food was delicious but service is good but slow. If you need to leave for an event be sure to let your waiter know and get your check quickly. They have a great wine selection.
The ribeye was delicious and the grill salad was fantastic.
We’ve been here many times and we’ve never have had a bad experience. Friendly/ clean / fast service etc.
We will be back .
Bree is awesome as usual
