I get that it was during Covid but restaurant was dirty and food was just okay. They were out of Kettle, Ultra and Bud Light?
My 60th birthday!
Excellent service, food, and ambience!
Everything from Valet parking
to the server and waiter were top of the line!
The food, ambiance of the outdoor patio, service, drinks... everything was wonderful! We'll definitely be back!
Steaks were pretty good. .. Large party downstairs... very little concern for Covid. Noisy, very few masks, lack of social distancing.
Coffee served with desert was room temp— obviously old coffee. Olive Oil Cake—- terribly dry and crumbles. Not a good dining experience.
It was our 3rd year anniversary and I was not impressed. I want be going back.
I’ve always loved going here but after covid it’s not the same. Service was slow, food was not up to par.
This is not a typical Del Frisco’s at all. Our service was awful and the food was worse. I have NEVER sent my food back at a restaurant and tonight was a first time ever. This establishment did not come close to delivering the service and food that we are accustomed to from Del Frisco.
Went to eat at 5:30pm on a Monday
Food was undercooked and had to be sent back 3 times.
Customer Service was very poor and slow given that only 4 other customers were present.
Would never recommend it again.
I came in for a Birthday celebration for my Cousin who was visiting. I noted it on my reservation, but no mention of it at restaurant. This was my first time since March out for dinner ( requested patio) The experience was not my usual experience there. I was disappointed in the service received this time .
Food was great..staff were very attentive..I had an awesome time and will definitely come back
This was my first time out Since March and it felt good being in a restaurant. The special occasion was my daughter‘s 28th birthday and Del Frisco‘s made the experience very memorable. Our waitress Mercedes was very attentive and made us feel very comfortable being back outside.
Food appears to have change from the flatbread to the Mac and cheese noodles and flavor to the salad having brown spots on the lettuce. Crab stuff shrimp changed as well! Before pandemic use to be a go to spot but was disappointed on spending 300$
Would not return, not very welcoming. Felt like a bar after st Patrick’s day, not a place for lunch. Service was fine but thought odd no restaurant entry until exactly 12pm
Beautiful atmosphere and the service was great. The only thing that was disturbing was we had a reservation for 7:15, the server came out and told us at 7:30 that the kitchen was closed at 8 so we needed to put our order in before then. They were out of shrimp, crab cakes, and no market catch of the day. They also don’t hold people to the business casual rule because people were there in tennis shoes, shorts and some had on flip flops so we felt a bit over dressed. The food was excellent. Or at least what they had left lol. I’ll go back for sure.
Took 35 to 40 minutes each time we ordered drinks, steaks were ordered medium well all 4 came out rare rare! We drove an hour to eat here and have eaten here 100sl plus times but don't believe we will make the trip again. The manager was awesome when he got involved but it was too late after 2 hours. Things happen but you need wait staff that cares and pays attention to the tables.
They opened at 12:00. We ordered tea at 12:30 and they were “out.” We also ordered the wings appetizer and they were “out.” It seems that someone needs to do a better job of keeping inventory. Tea is a staple of most restaurants. They could sent someone to Costco to get a case.
Our server was super friendly and in point the entire visit.
Slow service awful food , no utensils over place just nasty
this is a second time of have been there in the last couple of months. overall was good! I am surprised that still have limited items. We ordered flat bread as a appetizer only to find out later they were out of it. Waitress should have known they were out. Also they don't have ice tea which is really strange.
Terrible service- food was cold. Table and patio dirty. Not what it use to be. Needs major attention from corporate.
Understaffed but still didn’t do a great job with service even with it being faorly empty
The food was very tasty as usual. However my dishes could have been a hotter temperature. While it was not cold, I would say the food temp was barely above warm.
It was a casual late lunch for me & two of my girlfriends. And it was the worst. Service was slow, we were sitting by the bar & still had to wait almost 20 mins for our drinks that we could see sitting at the bar. The food was blah my shrimp was over cooked and rubbery & my rice was hard & cold. No manager came to chat with our table about the food or service. Will definitely not be returning anytime soon. Customer Service was the poorest.
Service was bad. Eggrolls weren’t as good as they normally are. Patio furniture outside seem to be broken.
I came there to celebrate my 25TH birthday and had an awful experience. We got there at 8:45 for our scheduled reservation and we weren’t seated until 9. Once we were seated, we did not receive drinks until 10 and we did not get food until 10:30. The food was very subpar. I will say that the manager did come talk to me and try to rectify things but overall it was not an enjoyable experience.
45 min from being seated until ordered wine arrived. Steaks were great... cooked to temperature. Apps were average at best. Shrimp cocktail was warm. Chilled wedge was warm. Understaffed. Will not return
It was for my 25th birthday and I had an amazing time! The waitress Mercedes was great and the restaurant manager Raven/Robin I believe. They accommodated our needs on short notice and we will definitely be back.
It took 30 minutes to get our drinks from the bar, and the restaurant wasn’t even crowded.
I went here with my husband and we had a great time. I would definitely love to come back again.
Burger was good but they done away with their good French fries and replaced with cheap French fries that are not good. Probably to cut cost in these crazy times. Bathroom was filthy. I won’t be back
Great evening at Del Friscos.
Gamaliel is an exceptional waiter, however the salmon del Monaco (the special that night) sent me to toilet for the next several hours, off and on. I’m not sure if the salmon or the crab cake contained the problem, but in the current germ phobia climate this came as a real shock. The atmosphere was not quiet for a business meal as I’m accustomed to. I would return but under a different context.
Horrible food. Like a cheap steakhouse
The food taste was ok, but nothing special, and there was something that looked and felt like a small piece of a plastic bag in my wife’s salmon dinner, the waitress did not know what it was, and surprisingly no one from the kitchen or a manager stopped by our table to try to talk about it.
We sat on the patio, the atmosphere was sub par, the music was so loud, the ambiance was not what I expected. I have been to other Del Frisco locations, and I was very pleased with them overall, but not this one!
Overall, not worth it, and not a consideration for future dining, even though I am a big fan of all the Landry restaurant locations that I have been to over the years.
The Philly Cheesesteak Rolls were delicious. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Breast sandwich for my entrée and the first one was overcooked and looked burned, the second order had no taste at all. No Salt, pepper and the panko crust did not appeal to my Southern Fried Chicken liking. Overall this was a $100 meal for 2 people that I don't feel was money well spent. Not sure if I would go back.
This was my first time at this establishment. It was pouring rain and the valet staff were extremely attentive, prepared with umbrellas, making sure we did not get wet. The hostesses were friendly and promptly checked our reservation and led us to our table. The ambiance was very nice and the table was in a nice corner spot. The food was delicious and it did not take very long. Our waitress was new but she was working hard and trying, well done. Definitely coming back.
Too expensive for the value. I got the chicken and it was okay. The chicken was alright, but the carrots and potatoes were bland. My boyfriend and I went to here for our one year anniversary, which wasn’t acknowledged. It was nothing special, so we probably won’t go back.
Valet, waitress, food, outside seating was great! Nice way to celebrate my friends bday. We will be back.
Service has gone down since their reopening. Everything was VERY slow. It took over 30 mins just to get a drink from the bar. I will wait several months before trying to go back again. Love Del Friscos so hoping they will get it back together soon!
Enjoyable experience. Good food, including apps. Wore masks into the restaurant and the server team was masked up. Felt safe. Will be back.
