Del Frisco's Grille - Atlanta Ratings and Reviews
Not a good experience and definitely not worth the price. We waited for almost 90 minutes for our food. The manager did come over to our table to apologize but the wait was way too long. When we did get the food, it was not worth the price that Del Frisco's charges. My husband's bone-in filet was about 4 oz of meat - not worth the $56 that they charge. There are too many upscale steak houses in Atlanta that deliver quality food for the price that they charge so Del Frisco's needs to up their game. Del Frisco's will not be a restaurant that I return to.
Anniversary. We had a nice evening at the Frisco's in Buckhead. The cocktails were fabulous, especially the VIP. Service was mostly excellent and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Only negative was that they placed us at a table that was right next to a large party room, with servers constantly moving back-and-forth from the room and quite a bit of noise emanating from the room
Not the friendliest hostesses in the world, or the speediest service in the world, but the food was very good. Came here for Thanksgiving Dinner but when we arrived the steaks looked better so we went with the regular menu rather than the holiday dinner. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive but the manager explained there was a mix up and made up for the wait with a round of drinks. I ordered the ribeye which was delicious and perfectly cooked. My wife had the filet mignon which was burnt on the outside and a bit dry on the inside. Still, it was edible and after waiting for so long we made the best of it and enjoyed our food.
I’ll certianly come back here but will make sure to mention to management how unwelcoming the hostesses are.
This trip to Del Frisco’s was for Thanksgiving. The special menu sounded delicious, and the member of our party who chose that option wasn’t disappointed in the turkey and green beans. She was disappointed that by 6:30, there were no sweet potatoes or the choice of molten lava cake. I eat a vegan diet and the server, Ryan, was helpful by checking with the chef and another server who is vegan, to see what my best options would be. Great Thanksgiving! No cooking no cleaning up. The manager, Janell, and Ryan were awesome and made sure we had an enjoyable time.
We were so disappointed. Our server was nice, but from the moment the order was taken until we walked out, everything was a disaster. Our salads arrived with the entrees. One steak was medium well when ordered medium rare. One order was completely wrong and the sides were all cold. Sometimes things happen, but never should everything happen 😞
Food is always good. Service was not great this time ...maybe it was just a super busy Saturday night but we felt very rush and not well attended to. The restaurant was very chaotic which hasn't been my experience in the past. I will go ahead because the Kale Salad and Ahi Tuna Tacos are amazing.
Great food. Had steak sandwich and apps, wine all good. Only complaint is with valet. Took a bit to drop car off but leaving took forever. And then they couldn't find our keys. It was very frustrating and we went only ones. They did comp the mandatory $2 for our wait, so that was nice.
My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary at Del Friscos! Everything about our experience was 5 Star. Our waitress was able to get us a free order of egg rolls instead of doing a free dessert. Both of us had a steak which was cooked to perfection! We sat outside on the patio. It was beautiful weather with a perfect view. We were the only party on the patio so it was very quiet and romantic. I would definitely recommend Del Friscos! It is more than worth the price and drive! We will be back for sure!
This place starts off right! From the time we pulled up to the time we left! The service was fantastic! The food was exceptional! The atmosphere was 5stars! This has got to be the best place so far I have had dinner in ATLANTA! I will definitely be returning!
There is $2 valet here. Came in for lunch and was served by the bartender. Very slow and quiet at this time of the day. Food was simply stellar, and we got to try their recently-introduced fall menu. Apps were artichoke beignets; I got scallops on polenta and my guest got the steakhouse salad. Dessert was the salted caramel pudding and it is a MUST try! A nice light finish to a meal without it being a fruit sorbet of sorts. Although it was lunch, the guests were rather nicely dressed (mostly business attire). I hope to come back soon!
Very nice atmosphere, excellent service, patio is gorgeous, and cocktails are on point! My favorite thing was the cheesesteak eggrolls. My main course (mushroom crusted sirloin)was a bit disappointing. Overall a nice lunch, drinks, and appetizer type of spot.
My husband and I had been to the Del Frisco's double eagle restaurant in the Dallas, Texas area, but never Del Frisco's grille. It was a truly delicious meal. The menu had several items that we want to try, so we will be going back. The service was great and the prices were in line with the quality of the food. I was happy they has the same lemon cake as the restaurant in Dallas too!
