great work on the house dessert for birthday 10/10
The food was extremely slow getting out to us. We didn’t get the appetizer until after our meals came out. My food had no seasoning at all. Very bland.
Mom was released from the hospital after a major procedure and all she wanted was steak. We recommended this place after many great experiences at the NYC midtown location but this left much to be desired. First, we had to battle for a table outside (when they were all empty) as they were positive it would rain, although it didn’t. Once this battle was done and our food arrived, 3 of 4 dishes were subpar; the filet was a sirloin and unseasoned, Mac and cheese had too many cloves of garlic and the chicken sandwich was fried too hard. The saving grace was the amazing service from Geraldiel (sp?) who was so attentive and amazing. Would go back, maybe, just for him.

Host verified my reservation. We were seated immediately. It was fairly busy about three quarters full, and we still received great service. We didn’t wait long for anything. Next time I’m in Buckhead I will go back.

I never write reviews I’ve been going to Del Frisco‘s for three years now this has been the worst experience that I’ve ever encountered at this location I understand that we’re coming out of a crisis but we still need to focus on customer service this is no time to slip up this is how you keep your customers keep coming back
I bought two of my clients who are here from out of town to get them a great experience in Atlanta the drink orders took forever because They couldn’t find the wine that one of my clients needed the food preparation was slow and The kitchen forgot to prepare the items that we ordered not a rememberable experience I want them to remember of Atlanta
This is my favorite location, however they should not reopen until they have fully restocked.
1st. There was no Valet Parking (ppl were parking everywhere)
2nd. They were out of brown gravy for my daughter mash potatoes
3rd. They were out of Heinz 57 sauce for our steaks
4th. They were out of Lemonade
My bill was almost $400, and I feel for this amount , it is no reason for a restaurant to be out of the simple items of: brown gravy, heinz 57 sauce and lemonade. I do not plan on going back for awhile, this should give them time to stock up on items.
I would normally recommend them to friends or family...but probably at a later date once they are back up and running at 100%

I’m assuming that due to the pandemic and it being Fathers Day that they were just not prepared. It was not super busy when we arrived but the food took about 40min to come and we had a toddler with us who was very much ready to leave at that point. Also there were no lids for the kids cups and parking right outside was very very limited. My white sangria was yellow in color and did not taste like any sangria I’ve ever had. Our server was nice and I felt bad for him cause I know all the delays were not his fault. We also waited downstairs for almost 10min. The hostess was no where to be found and the sign only said to join them upstairs while downstairs was being renovated. I actually had to finally just go upstairs to find a staff member that could help us get checked in for our reservation. It was definitely not the experience I was hoping for considering I’ve had Del Frisco’s on my list of places to visit for years.
Horrible experience overall. Food took forever to come. Orders were not correct. They did not have anything we wanted originally, which made it a bad experience.
This restaurant use to be a go-to for me. If I had guests in town or an event, it was my first choice. A year or two ago I dined there and it was not very good so I haven’t been back in a while. Today I gave it another try and was seriously disappointed. The quality of the food has significantly decreased from the food I once loved. I had stuffed French toast that had more stuffing than toast so everything was soggy. Even my scrambled egg was marbled, not scrambled and was served with a slice of American cheese on top. The menu was limited, and the options not very appealing. The service was SLOW! We ordered starters for the table, but had to ask for plates. We ordered coffee and was provided sugar and cream but no spoon. To have less than good service and underwhelming food, I am certain I will not visit this restaurant again.
I dined with a party of 7, and only 1 person had a decent meal. That was only because the lobster was good. He said the lobster tail was small but tasty, and the accompanying steak was just ok.
I was embarrassed to have taken my father and husband to Del Frisco’s for Father’s Day. I will make it up by treating them elsewhere later this week.
Limited staff due to COVID-19 which is understandable. Food is good. Had to turn heaters on the balcony which is fine.

This not the same Del Friscos since it was bought out. The food quality has dropped tremendously. I returned my meal because it was over cooked and no flavor.
They put market price on their steaks so you don't know what you're paying for your meal... I ordered sweet tea and never got it and had to get-up-and-go to the bar to get my own drink.. The service was terrible. I do not recommend going to this Del Frisco's. I'll never go back.

Made rez via OT @ 7:30. I arrived at 8 & was told told restaurant is closing. Hostess assured me she tried calling twice to let me know. She had not called at all
They did not have every item on the menu and service was exceptionally slow. Other than that we had a great experience and the food taste great
Shelby the waitress was very patient and understanding. Even with the mask on she still wore a smile!
The food was great. However, the website and Open Table stated the attire was Business Casual. We were looking to dress up and go to a "nice" restaurant. The other patrons were wearing basketball shorts, t-shirts, and athletic shoes. The service personnel were all, at different times, on their personal cell phones and not as attentive as I would expect when paying almost $200 for an anniversary meal. Due to CODIV, the place was fairly empty. I don't anticipate that we will make a return visit.
The lack of the usual full menu made the dinner not enjoyable and I will not return. I realize the virus situation calls for safety measures and they were followed however reducing the menu to a printed page with fewer choices than Arby’s is unreasonable. I am now calling restaurants ahead and if they don’t offer the usual menu not attending. Paying full price for less than enjoyable food is a waste of time and money.
Atlanta restaurants need to learn that safety is important and so is a good menu and good tasting food. Rushing to open without a menu plan makes no sense and will cost customer loyalty in the short and long term.
I know the times are different but we were expecting a nice Mother's Day brunch/lunch. We wanted to enjoy the outside but were informed the upper patio was closed and were offered a corner booth in the shade with trash under it. I declined and moved us inside. We were then greated by a fixed menu of very few items. The limit was terrible and I don't know why the regular menu couldn't be offered as well. There were no prices listed with not very good descriptions. We received the food and it was very underwhelming. A dry fritta, old roasted patios with very little bacon. We ordered the lobster salad and it came after our meal was complete and there was about two pieces of lobster in each. The server was not very attentive or helpful with my my kids request for chocolate milk... The bill then comes and the one item that did have a price listed didn't match the price charged. They also added 18% gratuity to a party of 5. I could not have been more disappointed in this dining experience.
Great location and exceptional wine list. Service wasn’t too good. We had reservations and with an empty restaurant we still waited 35min to be seated.
Manager apologized profusely.
We were so grateful they were open. First date night since all the craziness started, and their staff was wonderful and the food was awesome.
The restaurant was just not ready to be open. Service was painfully slow which was explained to us because of the social distancing efforts that needed be adhered to ... ordered a tea ... they said they needed to brew some but it never came ... friend tried to order three different drinks and they were missing ingredients... then drink arrived it was half straight liquor... other friend orders aperol spritz, waitress said they had it then it was taking a long time so my friend clarified and was willing to order an alternative drink ... she said oh no the bartender just got here ... a champagne drink then arrives. Not what she ordered. We all three ordered steak salad. Steak was overcooked and low quality ... salad had wilting and bad spots. They did take the steak salads off the bill and we still tipped the waitress be we know these are difficult time but overall the experience was not ideal and I won’t be going back anytime soon or probably ever again.
Fantastic meal and cocktails. Best part was the service, especially the manager Raven!
Thank you for being one of the first to open in Atlanta, it was an excellent evening out and the servers and bar tender were outstanding. The food was delicious in particular the deviled eggs ! thanks : )
Everything is great from the food to the lighting.
Was seated within 10 minutes of arriving. Good and service were good.
