Last night I experienced the worst Del Frisco’s experience ever. Unprofessionalism at its finest. Never again will I dine at this location.
App and soup/salad were great. Steak was over cooked but the server never checked on us
Was hard cause party was big . Should’ve had two waiters .
There was no soda available. The waiter took forever and it wasn't busy, we got our food but no silverware and at about 9pm the turn on all the lights, like a spot light on you, in an attempt to get you out.
Food was pretty good. Ribs are amazing, but roasted chicken was ehh okay. The wine that was recommended was amazing I never had it before. Wish the server came a little more often but he was super friendly when he did
Service was horrendous. Items from order were forgotten multiple times. Steak was cold, chicken tasted raw. I got a nasty cramp in my stomach. I’ve been to Del Frisco’s in DC, where I recently moved from, which is why I chose it. Good there was always amazing. Unfortunately it was not the same in Atlanta.
The food was magnificent. The staff was very attentive as well. I highly recommend this establishment.
We waited almost an hour to get waters after being seated with a large party that we weren’t apart of. they however assumed we were. the table was not set up for us and we were giving glasses, plates, and silverware off of another table. the waiter then took another 30 minutes to bring our wine. we inquired about our charcuterie board and we were informed by the waiter that he forgot to put it in. our food was cooking completely wrong and it was cold when it was brought out to us. after stressing our displeasure with several of the staff a manager never came over to touch the table. the waiter didn’t even seem to care that we were unsatisfied and snatched the check off the table. upon dropping it back off he only said “ my bad for the steaks “. i’ve been to several locations and this is the absolute worst. it really ruined the night as we were celebrating the promotion of a friend in a multi million dollar company.

Terrible service, steak was over cooked, lobster tail was cold.
Food was great. With the staff shortages, service was slow. However, the waiter tried his best to take care of us.
My food was good, not great, but good. Service was slow, as to be expected with short staffing due to covid. My waiter was amazing. He was very friendly and attentive.
Where do I start… Saturday night, 9PM reservation. Server comes and barely has any cocktail knowledge. I order pineapple martini ( aka VIP martini on their menu) and she responds: I don’t think we can make that. Drinks come 20 minutes later, we order food and wait… an hour passes by, still no food. A manga get gets involved Andy he good comes out but no utensils/napkins… apartizers are ok. No one is checking on us.
New round of drinks is not coming…we finally get it …
My steak was so chewy, my dog would not eat it.
The check was comped. Apologies were given…. But something stays… I wasted 3 hours of my life because someone doesn’t think it’s valuable enough. Hard pass!
Out of ribeye and fish and chips. Scallops too much garlic and my steak way too much pepper
Happy hour was great. We always have a great time on the patio!
Good Food and drinks. Expect the same slow service due to Covid. Our server was already drained and our dinner was at 5:30.
The service was slow, there were flies, our truffle Mac-n-cheese were burnt, we waited for ever to be served and the waitress says nonchalantly “I was double sat and I have a large party, so I’m gonna get to you when I can”. We felt like an inconvenience and when we got our food it was so mediocre. Not hot, the steak was overcooked, and fries that tasted like they’d sat out for sometime. I was highly HIGHLY disappointed, especially considering the price.

Good was good. Waitress was friendly but obviously new, because they brought the salads with the entree vs before.

First it took about 10 minutes to be greeted by the host.
On our way to the table outside, there was garbage on the floors and tables not cleaned.
It took 10 minutes for the waiter to greet us. We asked for the libation menu and that took another 5 minutes.
It took exactly 45 minutes to receive my glass of wine, that arrived with lipstick on the glass.
The steaks cooked med-well came before my glass of wine.
The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and the Mac and cheese was delicious.
I would never come back simply on the lack of poor management and awful bar service.
At this price point a manager should be doing a table touch. To pay these prices for awful service is not okay.
I won’t leave a review but I hope you take this and make adjustments for future guests.
The reservation process was very helpful and the maître d’ was very accommodating. When we arrived we were sat in the back corner by the kitchen with no tablecloth and didn’t have anyone stop by our table for 30 minutes. It took one hour to get drinks. Food came out cold. Was very disappointed in the evening and left quite dissatisfied.
Not up to the standards of Del Frisco’s.

This venue has turned into a night club rather than a restaurant. Music was blaring and intolerable. Hard to hear people sitting across from you. The server was nice but had no etiquette on how to take orders drinks before appetizers. They brought our salads and in the middle of eating them they brought our entrees. This was a terrible experience. The food is good but this is not a place for a good dining experience.
Gio was great!!! Manager was excellent! Well done hits! Birthday celebration was all I could all for!
I had a really good time, the company was great and the food was cooked to perfection. I really liked the wine and the steak, it paired great together.

This had to be THE worst restaurant experience in all my 41 years of living. Where do I start….upon entry the greeting was less than pleasing for this to be a upscale restaurant in one of the wealthiest parts of Atlanta. “Y’all got a reservation?…” first of all hello. Get to the table looking at the menu, full menu we just asking for things on the menu. Half the menu they don’t have. We settled on whatever they had. It’s Labor Day so not many quality option were open. There’s a sign that speak to a dress code on entry but guests coming in with flip flops and house shoes, pants hanging off their behinds. After we order an app(cheesesteak egg rolls…very salty) and drink we order our food it takes almost 45 min to get the food and when we got it, it was wrong and cold. Wait another 25 min just to get correct hot food. I will say the Scallops were ok. My wife Salmon was Salmon I can say that. The waiter poor guy I felt bad for him. He spent most of his night apologizing for his place of employment. So much so he tried to make it right and bring us a piece of cake on the house. Listen everyone….the cake was frozen!!! I can’t make this up. This was a horrible display of business ownership. The staff in there like nothing was going on, no sense of urgency. The bathroom was beyond nasty and in terrible condition, hardware hanging off the door. I digress and so sorry for the length. But I know this will help someone. I mean it’s just service and food like how hard could this be. Apparently for Del Frisco’s Grille in Buckhead extreme difficult.

it was "good". The ribs were overcooked and crunchy. My husband enjoyed his steak. We were seated upstairs and I noticed a particular female server was totally munching down for a good 10 minutes while in the cook line. I'm sure they are supposed to be in a break area.
Ran out of most food items on menu, waited, 15 min for waters, items ordered were incorrect, hair found in flat bread, couldn’t get attention of servers, continued to walk up to bar to get service. Really disappointed! Took clients out to dinner. I was embarrassed to say the least. I will not be back!
Restaurant was not impressive at all. The restaurant was out of just about all of the appetizers. My chicken sandwich was bland and overcooked.
Food was so so and service was inadequate.
Hostess was great. I was very disappointed in our server and food. We waited 15 mins before we were acknowledged after being seated at our table. I ordered a Caesar salad which was dry so I asked for extra dressing in had to wait 10 mins for it. The wings were amazing. For Entree I order ribeye steak that had no seasoning/taste to it. Just overall disappointed of service and food quality.

The environment was great; however, all of our steaks were overcooked and the presentation was not stellar. The best part was the cheesesteak eggrolls.
