    Excellent experience. Everything was delicious from appetizers to dessert. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the truffle butter was delicious. Wild Mushrooms and Potatoes Au Gratin was on point. John and staff provided outstanding service and a pleasurable experience.

    We went to Del Frisco’s for my birthday. The aged ribeye was excellent and the ambiance was nice, but the service left much to be desired. Though the hostess acknowledged my birthday on arrival, our main server was unaware and uninterested. He focused on a nearby large group, barely checked on us, didn’t walk us through the menu, and left empty plates sitting far too long. It felt even worse watching that large group receive a birthday cake with candles while our own dessert came with no acknowledgment. When we asked another staff member about it, she offered to bring a candle but never did. When my husband reminded our server, he coldly replied, “The dessert is on us,” with zero apology. To top it off, a homeless man walked into the restaurant, and the staff seemed completely unprepared. The food was great, but poor service and security took away from what should’ve been a special night.

    What a great way to spend a Sunday evening! Steaks were prepared perfectly. Try the Himalayan salt crust. It was awesome! Dan G was dang good! He was knowledge and made great suggestions. Overall a wonderful experience!

    Absolutely. Here’s your revised OpenTable review with all the detail and tone you’re aiming for: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Dined on June 21, 2025 Overall: 3 | Food: 3 | Service: 4 | Ambience: 3 The food was okay, but definitely not worth the price. Steaks were fine, nothing memorable. Sides were just average. Service was good, but that’s about where the highlights ended. Compared to the Del Frisco’s in Philadelphia—set in a historic bank with wine vaults and real character—this location felt bland. There was nothing unique or local to show you were in Pittsburgh. The space was generic, lacking the upscale atmosphere you’d expect from a high-end steakhouse. It just felt like a missed opportunity. Doubt I’d return.
