Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse - Century City
Fantastic in every way. Ambiance, food, service and a welcoming staff, all add up to a brilliant evening. We look forward to returning with friends. This restaurant is an example of a will trained team and all seem to blend together to offer a remarkable and memorable dining experience.
Second time having dinner here. Excellent meal. Place is expensive but awesome. Amazing service and very well trained and friendly and well versed on the menu. Qualities that are quite rare in general and rare specifically in Los Angeles.
We were not happy with the Dry aged Lamb and the Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Rib Eye, it is a nice presentation, unfortunately forgettable Flavor !
Having been to two other locations this one was underwhelming. Both of the main courses ordered - lamb and prime strip were undercooked.
We were very disappointed in the quality of the steak. We both ordered a NY cut. It was fatty and had a lot of grizzle. The baked potato was hard and it was difficult to mash in the sour cream, you were also able to see that the potato just by the looks was not cooked enough. I also ordered 1 glass of wine and was mortified with the price. $32 for a good Cab is an outrageous price. It was the middle of 3 wines by the glass. The waiter didn't mention the cost. I learnt that next time, if there is a next time, I need to ask the price.
Way over priced for what it is. Steak was adequate but not great. At the prices they charge it needed to be better.
Amazing food and service. Travis our sever was fantastic. The baked potato with truffles was OUTSTANDING. My third time dining here and the food is always on point.
Sat in room where the A/C was pounding on us. Not good.
I celebrated my birthday on Saturday night and I had such a wonderful time. The food and service was amazing. I also had a chance to ha e a private tour of EDITH, which is their private speakeasy and it was outstanding. I highly recommend DelFrisco’s for private dining and business events.
Always good. Always consistent. I’m a regular.
Always an excellent experience in dining with a professional friendly staff and wonderful choice of carefully prepared food.
We were celebrating a family anniversary. There was a card and flowers on the table when we were seated. It was a very special evening for everyone and the dinner was excellent.
Wonderful meal and service.
Food was not what you would expect from a steak house of this caliber or really of any caliber restaurant. The staff was nice but the food was honestly sub par.
I have experienced a number of Del Frisco's around the country and I have to say that the space is excellent. There are so many options for a variety of party sizes. Our server Samantha was outstanding, she provided world-class service as well as being a wonderful ambassador for the property. I certainly look forward to my next visit.
Too bad the restaurant was empty. It does not provide a good vibe. Otherwise our meal was delicious, service was great. Hopefully this help to attract more people.
Service is great but steaks were horrible. We got the 45 day dry aged ribeye and it was so tough and lacked flavor. The sides were good. I've been to the Las Vegas and New York locations, this I've misses the mark. Will not revisit the LA location.
Decided to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary by taking our children to dinner. Servers, DJ and her partners, were knowledgeable and attentive. Pleasant experience with the exception of a slow kitchen.
Hard to find in the mall! Otherwise, very good food.
Everything was EXCEPTIONAL: the cocktails, salad, steak, sides, dessert... there wasn’t one thing that fell short of perfection. And what really tipped the service over the edge of any other restaurant was getting a hand-written thank you card from our server in the mail (we had signed up for the reward program which is why they had our address). An exquisitely personalized touch.
My new favorite Los Angeles steakhouse!
Been to both the LA and WDC locations. Excellent service. Meals are always perfect. The "go to" for a guaranteed all around fantastic meal.
AMAZING as always!
I have eaten at both the New York and Texas locations which were outstanding...regrettably this new location in Century City does not live up to the restaurants reputation.. the folks I was with ordered steak which was like a piece of shoe leather... the fish which my wife ordered tasted like it was frozen...just not good at all...I doubt we would give this a second chance they were so far off the mark
I took my wife to Del Frisco for our 26th anniversary and it was the best anniversary dinner we ever had in 26 years. My expectations for the sea bass I ordered was low, given that this was a steakhouse but it turned out to be one of the best I ever had. My wife ordered the 45 day dry aged steak and she said it was amazing. Service was excellent. Our waiter and one of the managers went out of their way to make it a very special day for us with a very special dessert. This is not the typical measly looking free birthday desserts from restaurants. This dessert simply blew us away, it was a very delicious chocolate cake and a moon cake topped with a scoop of ice cream. Needless to say my wife was very happy with choice. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations.
Was amazing service! I guess was amazing gift dinner to celebrated my daughter-inlow and my companion boy birthdays!
20 starts for this great Restaurant I love it
The food was amazing and the customer service was by far nothing short was fabulous. My Husband and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary and we were treated like a King and Queen from start to finish. We found the greeting card congratulating us to have that extra special touch and the Assistant Manager came out and told us a story that captured the essence of the history of champagne in celebrations! I would definitely recommend everyone to this restaurant (Chilean Sea Bass with crab friend rice was perfect!). Thank you for the experience and for making our 5 year anniversary even more special.
We had a special dinner for my daughter who would be getting into a University in the United States. She will be studying abroad by herself for one year. I think the night at del Frisco’s definitely became a memorable dinner for her. All the staff were friendly and nice and they cared about us so much! They didn’t leave us for a minute before we order. Needless to say, the food was delicious, although we ordered too much and we had to take some back home,. We enjoyed the leftovers next morning! Thank you for the special dinner!
We have been customers at Del Frisco’s in New York City and the food and the service is beyond exceptional. I was expecting it to be the same in LA. The server did not know what beers were available nor did he know what type of oysters were being served. He was very soft-spoken and unsure of his responses. Perhaps he was a new person so we are giving him the benefit of the doubt. I Specifically ordered my filet in between rare and md rare. I told him I like it warm and pink and seared on the edges- not cold. My filet came out in between medium rare and medium. It was half way cooked. The server said the plate was so hot that I couldn’t touch it but the plate was actually warm and not hot to the touch at all. Perhaps it sat and cooked too long. I did send it back. The new filet was perfect. In the meantime they were nice enough to bring the lobster bisque that we declined because I am allergic to lobster. It was a very nice gesture. My husband and I were on our anniversary date so we enjoyed our time together none the less. We will not go back to This location nor will we recommend to anyone. We will have to fly to New York City :)!
The bone in ribeye was excellent the flavor was also excellent. I would say go Frisco’s steak is way better than Mastro’s
Service was impeccable and beyond attentive and friendly. Drinks were fabulous. Food was ok, looking forward to going back and trying different things. Beautiful atmosphere.
At noon on a Thursday the place was very quite maybe less than 10 tables occupied. It was quite apparent to our waiter we were in the middle of a business meal, yet we were rushed through our salads, rushed through dessert, not asked for coffee or espresso after our meal, but rather a bill was set on our table without any other ask. Honestly for the Century City mall it was the worst service for a business meal in terms of attentiveness to our pace. Had it been fully packed I completely understand the need to sit the next table, however we left feeling like we were shooed away and the place was still empty.
Don’t take clients if it’s more than a causal meet up.
Would not recommend.
Absolutely fantastic! Service, food, ambiance -- the total package. First time. Looking forward to dining again soon.
Great food and great service
Celebrated a birthday dinner and had a great experience. Service was prompt and attentive. Food was well prepared and steaks were cooked to perfection. Wine list is one of the best I have ever seen! Would definitely recommend to others and will be going back soon.
Great service, great food, great atmosphere and location!! Thanks!!!
The best restaurant ever!!! Great food and great service!!!!
Incredible food and service.
Given all the steakhouses around Century City and Beverly Hills, this was a new gem. Large new staff eager to please.
The octopus appetizer was a trendy choice, but delicious!
