AWFUL!! The service is was terrible and the food was cold. I took my mom here for Mother’s Day and it absolutely ruined what was otherwise a perfect Mother’s Day. I’m highly upset and will never be eating here again.

Horrible. My husband and som received their dinner’s 15 minutes before anyone else. At dessert they completely forgot my daughter’s. Food was good but paired with the service and obvious production issues not at all worth the price. Will not return.

While del frisco is always a good experience this location couldn’t get my wife’s steak temperature right at all. After 3 attempts we decided to give up. We also ordered the crab legs for appetizer and it would’ve been nice if the waitress mentioned it was $86 a pound before I ordered multiple pounds.

Due to covid. Service industry is suffering. I have taken that into consideration. However, there needs to be a business adjustment on operation style so that the Brand is impacted. The brand should represent the cost of its food. Because the operators didn’t make the right adjustments for being under staffed in kitchen and not leveraging stagnant staff to support backup of unbussed tables and running food or kitchen support. Manager didn’t do table touches or circle around to let customers know about the challenges they were experiencing. This issue caused my party to be checked in 20 mins late for a reservation, waited 1 hour and 45 mins for food I had to chase down. As well as all the food not arriving together after long wait. New servers don’t know table numbers and food was being delivered to wrong guest. Manager lack customer service. Cold food too!

Huge shout out to the Server Zack for stop at my table asking if we been helped after sitting for a while. Great energy and was excellent to be there. I felt bad for him because his experience as a server there quickly went down the drain as the snow ball kept rolling. Poor guy!

Make the adjustment leaders. Stop compromising a elite level of service because you want to be open full capacity. Limit the bookings, keep strong staff to make good money and deliver on the service. If you don’t your brand will be remembered as such. I been in this business for 15 years. For the price of these amazing food I expect better and your employees should display its brand. Not the frustration of structure and lack of leadership.

I will recommend but once they make the adjustments I won’t be back. By the way first timer as well.

Service very poor. Waiter was attentive when he came to table, but very rarely saw him. Told him we wanted
To order bottle of wine, he said ok, then left table and took forever for him to return. Had to request simple water refills. 4 of us dining and presumed 20% tip so added to our check. Added tax and tip to complementary birthday dessert and then removed cost of dessert. Have no desire to return.

My FAVORITE restaurant and ABSOLUTE WORST experience. Service was not greet. Didn’t even offer dessert, didn’t ask about splitting the check. We sat for almost 2 hours before receiving our actual meal. The steak was the fattest steak I’ve ever had! There, or any where! We asked for the crabs legs to be deshabille, they came out in the shell. Had to send back
The bread was too done. I drive an hour to come dine here and it was Horrible for my Mother’s Day!

First off, our server, Dee was terrific as usual. Sadly, that’s where it ended.
Signing in, the fellow who took our name seemed to be way out of his league. He stumbled and just played with his iPad. We got that settled, and had to remind them of our desire to be seated at Dee’s station and that it was a dinner celebration for my birthday.
We did get seated where we wanted, and Dee came over and personally greeted us.
Orders were taken and we enjoyed the wait for our apps and dinner.
Now, this is the first time ever that we had to send back our steaks not once but twice. The first time one of the strips was raw, and the other was shoe-leather. The second time, both were grossly under cooked. Dee suggested that the manager come over. He did and worded, ‘looks like we had some issues. Is everything ok now?’ Ok, yes, but ok was not what we needed. He hold us if we needed anything he’d be glad to help. Wow!
In all honesty, the dinner when it did come was quite good.
Remember I mentioned it was my birthday? Well, Del Friscos didn’t. No mention of it. No slice of cake. Nothing.
And, most surprisingly, nothing was offered to us for our experience... the manager seemed disinterested and if not for Dee, that would be my last time dining with them.
Bad show all around.

We really enjoyed the food. On the expensive side, but made Momma happy since it was her Mother's Day celebration. Sea Bass some of the best we ever had. Dry Aged Rib Eye was stellar. Lobster was just ok, not something we would recommend.

We came for Mother’s Day! They didn’t bring us Steak Knives at a Steakhouse. We asked for Medium steaks we got Med Well steaks. The sides were warm not hot. Our Server was ghost- we rarely saw her. The outside set up was elite. The hostess was nice and we were grateful for her because we were running late.

The atmosphere was very nice. James our waiter was very accommodating and extremely helpful. The kitchen was backed up manager accommodated by removing a bottle wine from ticket. As far as a Double Eagle Steakhouse really need to work on kitchen. 4 Steaks ordered medium well all came our well done dry and charred. Extremely disappointing for Steak. My challenge bass was splendid. In all 3 stars since this was a Steakhouse.

The quality of the food was great albeit overpriced (10 dollar per small scallop is a bit much). Service was a bit off and not at the gold standard of Capital Grillle. Ambience in the restaurant was very nice for a special occasion.

The service was fantastic. The ambience was top class. Everything from the Valet, greeters to the wait staff were excellent. The food was for the most part mediocre not what you'd expect from Del Friscos. The main entrees were way overcooked. Asked for medium and was served over done. Also was extremely salty. The cooks must like to use a lot of salt to mask the taste. I would have preferred McDonald's over this for the food.... I will not go back to this location.

Awful experience‼️ There was only a hand full of tables yet our service was just terrible. Extremely long periods between the server checking on us, Salmon not cook to order sent back and not cooked to order AGAIN, my ribeye not prepared properly(after sending the salmon back I just decided to keep it), lobster mac watery no cooked all the way, augratin potatoes not cooked all the way. Asked about desert and server literally told us he could go to the back and make it for us because the kitchen was closing. 3 people $300 tab with $2 dollar food and $2 service.

Reservations at 8:30. And didn’t get seated until 9:30. The food was okay not great and there was a Sweet 16 party that carried loud cursing and music down to the dining tables. This was a date night for my wife and I that was ruined. Parking was terrible to get out as well. Valet held our car and did have enough help for the demand

I made a reservations for 8:45pm and was seated within 10 minutes. Sat down for approximately 30 minutes and all we received was bread and water. We did not see a waiter/waitress there after. We asked the kind helper that provided the bread and water for our waiter/waitress and one never came. Very disappointed as I have been to Del Friscos many times and received impeccable service. Perhaps it’s just this location. Ended up going to the Capitol Grill - made a quick reservation there for 9:45pm and was able to grab the last seating thank god! On the way out the door we informed the front desk that we were never served for the time spent. Yes there was an apology from 3 people, but nothing more was done or provided. Overall I will not be going back.

Food and service was not up to reputation, nor is proper attire dress code enforced for staff or diners. Presentation was poor, potatoes augratin had no flavor and were soupy. I ordered and surf a turf meal. The lobster was plated without separation so the juices of it ran over to the meat and ruined the flavor of the meat. The only positive is that the meat was cooked appropriately.

I had three days in a row of entertaining clients and was at Bones in buckhead two nights prior and KR steak-bar the night before. Both of those restaurants nailed the meal and the service so there was no comparison as to where to go and spend money on a quality meal and experience. Bones and KR steak-bar, where hands down a better experience.

I really enjoyed the environment and ambience however hours underwhelmed by the food and the slow service. Our waiter did not do a good job anticipating our needs are clear and thanks for the table or being able to tell when we’re ready for the next item and there weren’t that many people they are based upon the tables for which he was responsible

I knew very little about Del Friscos prior to going, but wasn’t really concerned about the cost or anything, initially. I’m much more concerned about the experience relative to the cost. Bottom line: I wouldn’t go back. Nothing was wrong, it simply didn’t warranty the overall expense in any way. The restaurant is nicely decorated, but not as nice as a Capital Grille, despite being similar in cost. It wasn’t as nice as a Seasons 52, despite being twice the cost. The food was good, but unremarkable. So, at roughly 30-40% less, I would go back. At the current prices, I won’t return. I would go somewhere else in the immediate area instead: Flemings, McKendricks, Capital Grille, Seasons 52 and Fogo are all virtually within walking distance and a much better value. Del Friscos was quite crowded (Saturday night), so I might be the only one that feels this way. Just my singular input for your consideration.

Food: I ordered the filet medallions with a crabcake the food was very delicious. My only issue with the food was the portion size of the medallions. They were very small and you only get 3 of them for the price and size you should at least get 4 medallions.

service: Lacked greatly we sat so long before meeting our server. He was extremely slow and just nonchalant as though we just wanted to sit all night. Honestly, theres so much I can say about him but I won't. I will just say that a tip is earned and I can not exceedingly when service is subpar.

I will definitely go back and I will not order the medallions again. And hopefully service will be a lot better. Fingers crossed.

Went on a Tuesday night for my birthday had about 15 guests. The restaurant was not busy probably two other tables got there at 8o’clock did not eat until a little after 10. Had one waiter working on a table of 15. The bread took forever to come out and it was not fresh. The fillet medallions I had was good. But the chicken was dry the lobster macaroni and cheese taste like wet water. The only thing that was good were the drinks. And the manager was nonchalant like he did not care about anything. Our waiter was good until it came down time to pay, we wanted to split the bill but he told us it would be harder to split the bill for that amount of people only because he didn’t feel like doing it, which caused confusion. The only upside was the free dessert that I got for my birthday. Do notRecommend for large groups
