The steak had too much pepper on it, however was cooked at good temperature to a perfect medium rare.
Creamed spinach was amazing!

This restaurant is not what it use to be. After being seated by the hostess it took the waiter 20 minutes to acknowledge my table. Then it took her another 20 minutes to just bring us our drinks. We did not receive any complementary bread like the tables around us. My steak was extremely over cooked however, it took so long to get the food that I just had to deal with it because I was so hungry . I’m not fast to pull the race card but my waiter was very attentive to the other tables and barely came to ours . Asking for a refil on a soft drink was a joke. The overall experience was not welcoming at all. After spending 200 dollars on food you would expect to receive good customer service. Instead I recieved a burnt steak .

My husband and I recently dined at Del Frisco's and had an exceptional meal! We came to Philadelphia for the evening without a firm plan for dinner, and were lucky to be able to book a table. Seating was comfortable, menu was full of options (for appetite and budget!), and our meals were exceptional. I have to recognize our server, Ben, who was a highlight of our evening! He was extremely personable, kind to our daughters (ages 13 and 10), and very helpful when it came to making our dinner and dessert selections. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and both our daughters commented how lovely he was to them. Thank you, Ben! I would visit Del Frisco's again--for the food and the company! Overall, a wonderful evening!

We had stopped in for drinks previously and enjoyed the atmosphere and vowed to return. The food did not disappoint. We will return when back in the city in the future.

My wife and I have been here several times before (including other restaurant weeks) and this was our worst experience. The salad was gritty, as if the lettuce wasn’t washed. They allowed my wife to change it to the soup but the server had disappeared for some time so we actually had to get the manager to perform the swap. My steak was just warm, as if it had been sitting however the potatoes were hot so maybe the steak was cooked in advance. The cheesecake was room temperature, again as it was sitting out. Not what I expected from Del Frisco’s at all!

Food was great. But our waiter was more of Applebee's quality. Drinks did not come out until our food arrived. We had to ask for everything. Not what's typical for a restaurant at this price point. The tables next to us were getting top notch service from their wait staff, but ours was subpar.

This used to be an old bank so the restaurant is beautiful. The food was delicious. The service was fast.

Del Frisco’s combines the excellent service and food of a top tier steak house with innovative design. The interesting interior with the signature wine tower rids this restaurant of the stuffy atmosphere found in older establishments. Great food overall! The cheesecake was not quite up to Philly’s high standard of cheesecakes, though.
