Service could’ve been a little better. When our food arrived it was room temperature. Not what I expected from a notable restaurant.
Dress code emphasized on website, when we called for our reservation and then during the reservation confirmation call. Yet, while we complied with the dress code, we saw 25-30 patrons in shorts, t-shirts (with and without logos), sneakers, workout clothes, etc. Why emphasize a dress code for some but fail to enforce it for others?
Service was great. Food could of been also hotter . Was there at 5:30, food shouldn’t of have been like warm
At that price, I expected better ambiance and food.
Excellent food and superior service.
We dined here for our 12th wedding anniversary. So glad we did. The food was amazing as well as the service.
Ben was an absolute pleasure. Can’t even express how great the entire experience was.
All the food was salty. The music was loud club music and not appropriate
Our server was fantastic. She explained each dish in detail and was very attentive during the entire evening. She is definitely and asset to your business. I believe her name was Corrin?
Can’t wait to come back and request her as a server.
Yeah nice place to go for dinner....great steaks and sides
Highly recommend the tomahawk steak and the seafood tower (request melted butter on the side for dipping).
It was an outstanding evening celebrating my sons college graduation. The steak was impeccable despite being sent back for too pink, the ala cart sides some were good and some weren’t we had a party of 8 and at least 6 sides and 3 were amazing the others needed something more…the lobster bisque was pretty plain but the wedge was amazing, desert was delicious the butter cake and complimentary cheesecake was so delicious… the vault for dinner was soooo nice … overall an amazing experience !
Stunning restaurant and the food was cooked to perfection. VIP martini was amazing too. Highly recommend Del Frisco's ❤️
The Wait staff was very slow and unconcerned. The waitress tending to my table left and never came back, and we were later told that she left to go work in another area of the restaurant. The appetizers for my table were very late coming out, to the point where we had to make a complaint to the manager, who then went to the back and immediately sent our orders out and gave us free drinks. Our bill (party of 4) came to almost $900, and for that price, I definitely expected better service.
Del Frisoco’s has never disappointed me. The food and service is exceptional.
Beautiful ambiance. Lovely staff that were knowledgeable about their services. The wait was a little longer than expected to be seated even with a confirmed reservation and the food took a while to come from the kitchen. One of my steak medallions from the trio was cold and rare when I asked for med well. I didn't send it back bc it was late and we were almost finished our meal. Loved the celebratory dessert they presented complimentary. Despite those things we will definitely return.
The bartenders, wait staff, and support personnel did a great job despite being shorthanded due to lack of applicants willing to enter the restaurant business as a result of the lasting effects of the pandemic. We hope things will recover once the Covid-19 stimulus checks end.
Food was exceptional as usual.
It was a good as I remembered it, since I was in Philly 10 years ago. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a special experience
Amazing as always. Our server was awesome! Best spot in the city
Fantastic wine, steaks and service
We loved our visit and dinner at Del Frisco! Ask for Alex, she’s the best
Small Birthday gathering. Could not justify a larger group, due to the extremely high prices. Likely enjoyed by business people with a generous expense account. Shrimp cocktail was as great, fried calamari was exceptional, as was the crab cake. I ordered the filet trio special, which was original and almost worth the $66 they charged for it. My guests had prime cuts, which were as good as would be expected at one of the top steak restaurants in Philadelphia. Broccoli and creamed spinach sides, at $22 each were excellent. The extensive wine menu was heavy with Californians, but I found a reasonably-priced Burgundy which was perfect with our meal. Very few bottles were below $200 and many were $300-600, which I believe is too much for lesser-known labels. The atmosphere is a nice booth in a nice bar with TVs. Not my ideal setting at these prices, but glad we can now say we’ve been. The complimentary decadent cheesecake with a candle was a nice final touch. A $500 dinner for three with one drink, no dessert, and one bottle of wine is not in my normal budget, but the food was well done, which is becoming rare.
Outstanding!!!!Everything was great worth every penny!
My Husband and I enjoyed his birthday there.
Great food, great service, wish there was a little more ambiance and intimate settings.
Thank you for the beautiful card for my daughter's Nursing grad!
Love this restaurant as a very special place to take my wife. This time was not up to my prior experiences. The food was not as special as prior visits. We both had top notch steaks - filet and bone in sirloin - so the issue was not poor menu selections. The taste not top notch and a bit chewy....at the price I paid, I expect "perfect" food. The server was very attentive. Will go back, but will order something less.
Food was amazing. Service was great only thing i didnt like was the restaurant was empty we were one of the first reservations yet they sat people very very close to us and way less than six feet
Everything was what you would expect in quality resturant. The meat was seasoned just right, vegetables not overly cooked and the service was excellent. The only small item about the mac and cheese was that it could be a little cheesier.
Good food and service.. I was told it was a casual dress code but it wasn’t. Didn’t appreciate seeing men with their pants hanging off their butts and white tee shirts on while I’m dressed what the “dress code” calls for.
Super noisy.. Could not hear our conversations. ! Placed next to a "large" group table that was almost screaming with each other
one steak was "skimpy" and overly salty
Our experience was incredible. Best steak I ever had. Very good sides too. Our server, Gabrielle, was amazing and kept us laughing the whole night. Definitely going back. Five stars!!
No server came over until we complained and even after that he wasn’t very pleasant.
This is our go-to spot for great service and delectable dishes!
Atmosphere is tremendous. Service very good. The food was ok- nothing out of the ordinary for what we paid for dinner. My spinach was cold. The wedge salad I could have had the same experience at a local pub. My steak was overdone.
However the building is stunning.
This location has a stunning backdrop..beautiful, historic bank. The service, atmosphere and food were all challenged however. On the positive side, the calamari was top notch and the lobster Mac and cheese was very good. Basics like pouring wine and refilling water failed the standard that this restaurant aspires to. The big miss was, unfortunately the steaks. We ordered medium rare and they arrived rare..rather than prepare replacements, the chef blasted them, making them tough. We did not ask for replacements we were a bit ready to call it a night...I would avoid this location...there are much better choices in Philly.
We went to celebrate my birthday & couldn’t have asked for a better meal/better service. We used the valet service and one of us forgot a mask but they had disposables at the front to walk through to our table. Our server Joe was great & a manager stopped over at each table to introduce himself and make sure everything was good.
Went for Philadephia Restaurant Week. Unfortunately; found out that the restaurant wasn’t participating this time...disappointing, but had a good experience anyway. The food and service was great as expected!
The Wagyu steak was absolutely perfect.
