Excellent cuisine served with superb cocktails by a professional and knowledgeable wait staff. Andrea was our server and she was marvelous! Will definitely be returning.
Took my husband here for his birthday. The service was impeccable. The food was great. Especially the crab cake, mashed potatoes and lobster Mac n cheese……but we were surprised that the Waygu Tomahawk Ribeye was not easy to cut. Normally, we find that it slices like butter. This time, it was a little chewy. Overall, the taste was great though. Will definitely go back. They brought out a free dessert for my husband, too. Very thoughtful.
Marissa was amazing. very knowledgeable & accommodating. food was exceptional as well & we’re definitely coming back !
Our waiter was great and our food was amazing!!! My bone in rib-eye was juicy and seasoned perfectly.
Had bone in Rib eye was tough
And chef used way more salt
The Andrea was fantastic, she had a great sense of humor
We went in with the restaurant week menu in mind. I had received several emails from the restaurant about this event. When we were seated and asked about the menu, our waiter was very discourteous. They were not participating in restaurant week.
We ordered from the regular menu and were so disappointed. To make matters worse, it was our anniversary and we went there in the past to celebrate, but there was so much difference from what we remembered. The lobster tail was inedible and the steak was mediocre.
Our service overall was wonderful. The server was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to provide excellent recommendations. We had a few issues with dirty glasses and the noise that was caused by a large party that was sat directly next to us that took away from the overall "fine dining" feel. Wouldn't hesitate to go back, if only go have that excellent dry aged beef again!
Party of 6 locals went to Del Frisco’s for the Restaurant Week menu. We’ve dined there many times in the past and recommended them to our friends. That’s not happening any more.
1. Requested table away from the bar. Seated us by bar, they moved us to the back room.
2. Made plans based on the Restaurant Week menu listed on Del Frisco’s LV site. Spent the first 30 minutes hearing excuses from the server and manager as why they could not honor the menu posted on their site. Not having any other option to get a reservation anywhere else, at 6:00 we ordered.
3. Lobster bisque was salty.
4. Rib eye ordered medium RARE was delivered a beautiful medium WELL. It was replaced with a lower quality rib eye. Would have sent that one back too but my party had mostly finished their entrees.
This happened week 2 of Restaurant Week. Granted mistakes happen. This should have been corrected or at a bare minimum, honored the menu. But they opted to lure guests to their store with known false information. I’m DONE with this place.
We came here to celebrate a birthday dinner. The service was top notch and the food was perfect and absolutely delicious. We will be back.
The whole environment was delightful. It was my first time going there and it was delicious. Definitely come with a big appetite because it’s a lot of food. The drinks were delicious and so was the good. I recommend the lobster Mac and cheese. 10/10 I will be back again in the future.
Sad that when you book on Open Table, note that it’s a bday celebration, provide written comment that it’s for two people’s bday, and even call the restaurant-because you request a certain table-AND made the reservation weeks in advance that you still have to “discuss” with the hostess how you are not going to sit at a crappy table in a side room. Sad the server has NO idea what is in the seafood tower (at $51 pp), has to pick up the menu to read a printed description-and no idea how many pieces are per person. Sad that a cocktail is forgotten when it’s the first things we ordered. Sad that the two side dishes were so peppery they couldn’t be enjoyed. Sad that when bill dropped we were charged lobster Mac and cheese price for the Brussels sprouts and told they are the same price so it’s ok. Sad the first bill presented is replaced by a second bill with gratuity Pre added. Sad that when given three credit cards ours gets charged twice and one not at all. Seriously. I like Del Friscos but next visit will be to Capital Grill.
Terrible experience. Party of 35. Coordinator miscommunicated prices. And ended up charging an additional 500 dollars on the bill which sky rockets the tip (18% of bill). Waitress did not communicate any of the additional charges and agreed only to charge me.
The restaurant sent emails stating they had a special menu fir Las Vegas restaurant week. The server said no special menu. The Manager said he was aware of the emails but no special menu was offered. After much protest Del Frisco offered the special menu. Service was friendly but poorly performed through every phase of the meal. Be careful of this restaurant as they do not honor their ads. Food was good
I have dined with many of the best Steak purveyors of the United States. Even had an amazing Argentinian style steak in Amsterdam. The overall quality of the food was good, but the execution did leave something to be desired. Service was a tad bit inattentive. I know I have high standards, but when you are shelling out 100 a head everything should be remarkable.
Took 45 min for drink. Food was brought out cold.
It was an awesome Birthday dinner
First we arrived on time for our 715p reservation, were told the were running 15 minutes late, no problem. 45 minutes later we were seated. Dane out waiter was very good but his support team was not very attentive to any of the things that you would expect at a restaurant of this caliberand cost. Constantly had to ask for things(refilling water, clearing plates, etc) Food Was okay, I make a better steak at home. Waygu Tomahawk, was not the buttery flavor I would expect for $111! The seafood tower @$51 a person was not overflowing like you would expect. I spoke to the waiter about our experience and he said the manager would come by to discuss if they had "time" they never did! We still managed to enjoy our evening despite all. We have heard that this company has been taken over by the Landry restaurant group and at this point it seems they just don't really care.
One of the best restaurants we have ever been to. The best Filet mignon I have ever had. Pricey but probably worth it.
I made my reservation for dinner from the delfrisco website based on the restaurant week menu. When I arrived I was told it was a mistake and DF was not participating this year. There was a weak attempt to place responsibility on the restaurant week folks, but the link was on the official del frisco website. I ordered and ate a good meal, and would have been OK with an honest answer, but I felt like I was being BS’d.
The bone in rib-eye was excellent. The wait staff was friendly, but not very attentive. The restaurant was full, so that may have contributed to it.
A great meal overall.
We arrived in a limo (it was our anniversary!) and had martinis at the bar. The bar was super busy but the service was still great. After we moved to our table, the wait staff was fantastic. Water and bread came right away, wine was served promptly, our server Chloe was very busy (and training another server) and she never missed a beat!
Our meals of filet mignon and lobster were absolutely delicious and we can't wait for our next dinner at Del Frisco's!
Quite a busy place for a Tues night. Made reservation in advance, was seated about 30 minutes later. Creamed spinach was superb, au gratin was so so. Dry aged steak was really good, but not exceptional, what I was anticipating. Steaks were cooked more on the rare side of doneness, so be aware when u order. Quite the opposite of most other restaurants. I would probably order the regular prime steak instead of the dry aged and save like $20.
Great as always
Yes incredible food
Even better service!!
Went there with my wife. Put us in a back room. Very disappointed! Overall experience was awful! Spent 320 dollars for two people and was treated like dirt! Wouldn’t recommend! Thank !
Such a lovely place with wonderful ambience. Our meals were outstanding and we look forward to going back again!
Service was good, food wasn't the best. Not up to the standard that we are used to at Del Frisco's
My 40th birthday
Way to hot inside the restaurant
I did not like how the waitress dismissed many of my questions about the menu. We had a large party to celebrate my mom’s birthday on our final day in town. The food was okay but for the price point I expected more.
Amazing, as always. Zayne and Delaney were the best. We come all the way from California just to eat here.
Service was great. Crab cake app was great but the lobster bisque was super salty. Main course steak was subpar and the lobster was unseasoned. Mash potatoes were amazing and the side cream corn was great. The butter cake dessert was our favorite - delicious! As a foodie at heart, I wouldn’t return.
It’s just a little odd to see a “Proper Attire Required” sign at the door, then to go in and be seated next to people wearing t-shorts and shorts. What does “proper attire” even mean??
Great ambiance. Salmon was bland. Prime steak was good. Lobster Mac was awesome. Cream spinach lacked the creamy cheese taste. It was a little tart.
Food was good. Service was great but the ambiance just wasnt what it used to be. Dress code not enforced. Loud people in the room.
The problem I had, was all of our items came separately. My Rib Eye and Crab Cakes got cold waiting for our sides and horseradish to come to the table. Which bothered me, because complaining about the service has nothing to with the chef and his work.
Great service, outstanding food! Tomahawk Wagu melts in your mouth!
