Wonder experience with outstanding Service!
The steak was so boring and burnt on the ends, the bacon cream spinach was eggie and nasty, the lobster Mac was ok, the only thing that was yummy was the bread pudding.
Andy is an exceptional server. Sat outside next to heat lamp because of Covid. Was nice to be out & enjoy lunch.
Great service and food as always
As usual the food and service was very good. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were not well maintained at all. Considering the current pandemic, it is unacceptable to have bathrooms with no soap and no paper towels. I took the time to inform my server about the bathroom and she said she would notify the manager. Two hours later I went in again and nothing had been done except someone placed a roll of loose toilet paper on the sink top. I have seen better maintain bathrooms at McDonald’s. I was very disappointed.
The customer service was so good
Excellent service and absolutely delicious! We will be back soon!
Birthday and the waiter daniell was awesome she was very nice.
Usually Double Eagle is a good meal and service, but this didn't hit the mark this visit. Was disappointing.
Excellence! Perfections from start to finish. The food was AMAZING and the service was just as good!
Our yearly anniversary celebration was spectacular as always.
Disappointing first experience. Waited 15 mins before they realized our sever had clocked out and went home. Our waiter was great once he arrived. Steak was ok. Salmon was tasteless. Lobster Mac and cheese was o we cooked, crab rice was bland. Also we order steak n cheese egg rolls. Too salty. Sad face
Best calamari ever! Atmosphere was perfect. Our waiter was exquisite. It was my first time eating here. Definitely will be back soon!
Had my birthday dinner here and I loved it! Will definitely return for a date night!!
Amazing choice for my husband’s birthday, especially since we’ve not dined out since the pandemic began in March 2020. We will definitely be back!
Great spot. Prompt service. Great waitress! Very attentive. Food came out timely for each course. Season to perfection. Atmosphere and ambiance were pure QUALITY. We enjoyed the shrimp cocktail and filet mignon along with sauteed spinach in addition to lobster macaroni and cheese. Washed down with a cocktail and glass of Bordeaux. We will return for bar scene next time.
Titus and Lucio are excellent waiters and always make my visit enjoyable.
Overall, I would not be back service was okay.
For a nice restaurant that requires business casual. There are a lot of young people with pants sagging, children were allowed to run around. The steak and mac n cheese were great but the rest was just ok. The drinks were expensive and just ok. We had to send one drink back because it was that bad.
Our server was nice. It was just the overall experience was below my expectations. Mastro’s was a better experience for me.
Everything was wonderful. Lobster tail was over cooked.
A new favorite. Will definitely return. Worth the extra $.
As always the service was outstanding, but the food has gone down. I ordered the business/executive lunch (can't recall the correct name), but the steak medallions were not well seasoned/fatty and the green beans were not cooked well enough. The best part of the meal was the salad and the potatoes. This use to be my favorite restaurant, but I am losing interest each time I partake.
Service was absolutely deplorable.
The food and the service were both good. The food was coming out a little slow. The clientele has definitely changed. There was a table of six that kept adding more people and were loud in the process. The late people took over an empty table and proceeded to walk throughout the restaurant without face coverings. They were loud..rude to their server as well as management.
Terrible customer service. My waitress told me she's not going to explain herself to me about her poor service. Then my new waiter dropped my crab cake on the table when packing up my food and didn't offer to replace it with a new one. In addition, management did nothing to compensate for the bad service we received either. I will not be going back there anytime soon. I've been there close to 50 times before this last experience on this past Friday 10/16/20.
Dionne was excellent!!
Our server made the experience the best!!!!
Our server James was excellent. His recommendations were spot on. We enjoyed the drinks, food and the butter cake with Butter pecan ice cream.
My cousin and I visited this location for lunch and it was great. Due to the Pandemic, I had not been able to visit restaurants as much but I definitely enjoyed myself yesterday. I ordered a single crab cake, crab fried rice and a Cesar salad, all delicious. We both enjoyed ourselves and it was a great date. I will be back to visit soon.
It was a pleasant experience.
Came for my bf bday . Lovely ambience. Great evening
Del Frisco’s was amazing. We enjoyed every bit of the experience. It was our first time their and it was to celebrate a birthday. No complaints.
We were seated promptly, our server Danielle was fantastic and both the food and drinks were terrific!
Loved it!! I was confused on wine options but I loved the tastings and wine director personally helping !
A very nice dining experience would highly recommend
It was excellent.
I live three blocks from the restaurant. It was my first visit and I doubt I will go again. The service was abysmal. Certainly not worth the $400 I spent for dinner. It srarted immediately. When asked for our drink order, I asked what they had in the way of mocktails. The waiter answered soda. I told him I did not drink soda and he replied that the restaurant didn’t really cater to non-drinkers. My nephew finally went to the bar to see if they could make me something and returned with a mocktail so sweet that it was undrinkable. We ordered one appetizer when we ordered our drinks which did not come out for an hour! Our entrees did not show up until two and a half hours after we sat down. We were never checked on. I was treating my two nephews and my nephew’s date to dinner (I’m female). Not only did he hand the bill to my nephew but it was handed to him with my card inside to sign. I was invisible to the waiter. What a waste of my money for that experience.
Enjoyed the food and service but oddly, some of the timing of the service was off. For example, the waiter brought my husbands cocktail and then mine 5 minutes later. I think the first round of cocktails should be brought out together or bring the ladies cocktail first. When the food arrived, it sat in front of us for 5 minutes while we waited for plates (there was four of us and we were having a family style dinner).
