The meal is prepared precisely as ordered and is delivered timely. The steaks are incredible and melt in your mouth. The sides are prepared to share and so delicious that you want to try everything available. The lemon cake is my dessert of choice and is wonderfully prepared and presented . The service staff are knowledgeable regarding the menu and make excellent recommendations. This restaurant is definitely my favorite in Washington, DC.
We had a great time. We were only there for dessert. The butter cake is like a slice of heaven. Scoop of real butter pecan ice cream. Squirt of whipped cream. Warm Butter cream over a caramel sauce. It was worth the 40 min drive!!!! A great way to close out my birthday weekend!!!
Checking in was not the best, Hostess downstairs sent us to bar upstairs and never mentioned that we should see the upstairs hostess so we got delayed to be seated. Then there were 2 hostesses when we went to check-in (odd) and they did not know who was to seat us....
Our server was attentive, steak was okay, sides were Large....
My husband chose Del Friscos for his birthday dinner. We enjoyed our steaks the most. The Brussel sprouts were also delicious. Our server was attentive and made some recommendations. We had dessert and we both enjoyed that as well. Overall, it was a good experience.

The service was less than I expected for a restaurant of this caliber. Valet was unorganized. We had to find the hostess and the food not flavorful, we actually had burnt asparagus served to us. Overall it’s a nice establishment however they need to improve in the over service department and food quality.
Had lunch with my wife and it was excellent. Everything on the menu is exquisite from the appetizers to the desserts. Extensive wine/cocktail list and premium spirits. Our server (Titus) is the best in the business by far.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Del Frisco's. Everything was on point. The only thing I didn't like was loud kids crying at the table right next to us. Other than that!! Great experience. Maybe enforce a dress code this isn't Friday's.
I went to Del Frisco's for a Valentine's celebration with my new husband so I wanted it to be special. We got the bone-in prime rib, potatoes au gratin and buttercake. The food was good (although the buttercake at Maestro is better) but when you're paying $150+ for a meal you expect quality food AND ambiance. There was a woman sitting across from us cussing loudly into her phone and allowing her child to run around the dining room, hit the wait staff&stand on the top of the booth. I expected a manager to say something but to my dismay no one did. I could hear other patrons talking and they seemed as upset as us but nothing was done. At other steakhouses I've been to, a manager would come by the table at some point to make sure we were enjoying our service. At Del Frisco's this must not be a practice or they were just avoiding our section because they knew people would complain and they didn't care. It was so bad I almost thought it was a joke. There are too many options in DC to risk coming here and having your dinner ruined by unruly patrons. I've never had an experience like this in my life. The management here does not care about the dining experience as a whole. A child screaming, hitting staff and running around other people's tables should have been means to ask the mother to either contain her child or leave. I will never eat here again.

It was absolutely abysmal. I actually spoke with the managers Kyle and Josh more than a server. Service was terrible and meal was so slow we weren’t interested in dessert. The quality of experiences at this location have absolutely sank since opening and I am reluctant to subject me or my date to this again. I should have cooked and saved the effort.
The service was mediocre at best. The server didn’t really seem concerned with our inquiries . Our entire dining experience was great for the first 45 minutes, but after appetizer and salad we waited almost 2 hours for our steaks. Once our cold undercooked steaks arrived we informed
our server and gave us then impression he didn’t care. He did speak to the GM and our bill was reduced 1/3 but we left hungry and disappointed .
You would think with it being Valentine’s Day, they would have staffed accordingly. But it seems they were not prepared for the business levels. The server we had was a nice gentleman, but he was overwhelmed. He did not see us often. However when he did, he was very nice. One of our appetizers came out cold. They took it to the back and warmed the same appetizer up and brought it back to me. That was unsettling. Because they brought me food that was cold to start with, I’m sure from sitting on the line to long, then rather than bring me a fresh appetizer they rewarm the exact one. Pitiful. Then entree came missing one of the side dishes. That side dish did not come until we were almost done eating the meal. For what we were paying for the meal, these problems were not expected. But overall it was an ok experience. Food was good. But experience could have been much better. On a scale of 1-10, I would place it at a 5.
-SERVICE: Horrible for what DF is suppose to be known for. Several tables around us felt the same way. For the price point diners pay you’d expect better service and attention.
-FOOD: Portion size are pretty large. Steak cooked correctly. However, most entrees came out cold. Good bread and butter though.
-DRINKS: Great wine and cocktails. However, Bar is slow.
-OVERALL: Not worth the $$. Go somewhere else I DC for steak.
