Amazing asalways
great energy cleanness great customer service i would tell family come next time
The food was not worth the price. Our bill came to almost $700 and we are still complaining about the quality. The food was undercooked and it took forever for it to come out. The attention of the waitress was not great. Overall we do not plan attending or recommending this restaurant to anyone EVER!
Loved it wonderful dining experience
Service was terrible the meat was very bad so disappointed.
We had a great experience at this Double Eagle - we went at 5, after shopping around city center for the afternoon. We were greeted by a lovely hostess who had hand made a birthday card for me upon being seated. What a nice surprise!!
My husband and I just had some appetizers and drinks - but our server Mike was amaaazing - so professional & nice, and the Sommelier Mondo came over to check in on us, and ended up providing us with a spectacular wine experience there as well.
With all the steakhouses in the area, this was a standout experience that we’ll be sure to go back for more.
Our server Michael was amazing! We enjoyed the food and service.
Everything was amazing. The restaraunt is nicely constructed, and looks wonderful. The food is amazing and the value is worth the cost. My only gripe is one other couple was playing music on their phone (although brief. Maybe about 5 minutes). The issue was minor, however when you want to enjoy a nice, peaceful, and romantic evening-you do not want to hear someone randomly playing music loudly on their phone and dancing.
Waiter was fantastic. Food was perfect. There was one obnoxiously loud table behind us but there’s probably little you guys could’ve done about it. All in all, great experience.
My ribeye was awful. was very chewy and a cheap cut for $55.00 I would never get that again. very disappointed.
I hate to give a negative review because the bartender and server were amazing! But the manager at the front desk was very nasty and extremely rude I've never ever had anyone treat us the way he did I'm still in shock!
My experience at Del Frisco’s is always great. Every time I see the manager Mack he always greet me and make sure I’m taking care of.
We were celebrating my sons 11th birthday and the server never said Happy Birthday. It made us feel bad and did not understand why she treated us that way. She brought out the dessert, lit the candles and walked away. There were other birthday celebrations and she wished the other parties a happy birthday.
Either way we sang happy birthday to our son but that made for a bad dining experience when you as a customer go to an expensive restaurant and your treated unfairly. That’s not the level of customer service I would have expected from Del Frisco’s
The food was excellent. The food was excellent. I would Definitely go back again.
The service was good, but I’m sorry the food was not that great. My husband and I had the calamari, crab cake, Chilean sea bass, lobster Mac, and the broccoli slaw, and butter cake... we like the food at the Capital Grille better...
I have been to Del Frisco's several times and each time I have dined here the service, drinks and food were awesome. But this last visit was terrible. My food came out late and when it came out it was not cooked properly. The salmon was under cook (rare). The one manager (Renzo) that I spoke to initially did not appear to be interested in my complaint. Renzo said he would go in the kitchen and talk to the chef, he did not come back to my table to see if things had gotten better. But another manager (Freddy) step in and took care of everything. Good Job Freddy.
Sweet 16th Birthday dinner for keva
Recently I visited The Del Frisco's location in DC. I was disappointed for a few reasons. When coming to a restaurant of "quality", everything should be quality. The food in my opinion for its price were in no comparison to say the least. I've been to my fair share of nice places and I could compare the steak to Texas roadhouse, when I expected at minimally Ruth Chris value. Especially with this being a steakhouse, that's what I expect out of everything to be the best. What I wanted from the menu originally wasn't available when I was there because they ran out. The waiter was excellent! He did forget a few times that there was a seafood allergy at the table and kept recommending foods that were seafood or contained seafood. The dress code didn't seem to be strictly enforced like I thought it'd be. I wore a blouse and regular dress pants and felt over dressed compared to some of what I saw. In the future I don't want to base the whole experience from one not too great experience, but if I were asked to recommend to someone, it'd be a no. I've had better experiences at more high end expensive and cheaper restaurants.
The A5 was a perfect choice before my abstention from meat. I’ll be back after easter
Everything was GREAT!!!
The staff provided quick, satisfying, and friendly service.
Very pleased with service
Food was great tasted like Del Frisco’s! However as a regular patron i didn’t like the service. Was seated on the first floor near the door. The door was not locked ALOT of in and out and it was freezing. We let the waiter know multiple times it got to the point we just packed up our food to go and ate at home. Never again. Smh
Great food, great service, beautiful location. Food is pricey. Drinks maybe overpriced but the food/value could be justified.
Service and food were amazing. The Valentine’s Day drink was delicious.
The food was exceptional as always.
The waiter talked a lot but said very little. Suggested we get our steaks charred which was not very good
The level of service I received from the managers and staff was EXTREMELY poor. As a Washingtonian it seems to have become the standard in dining experience in the DC and Maryland area. I will take my money and spend it VA as the customer service there is much better! Del Frisco's food is good but it does not compensate for the level of service received here! If I spend $250 on dinner I would appreciate good customer service to go with it! Only gave 2 stars because the food was good.
the service was real SLOW....we had to ask for waiter.....people standing around while we waited....food was good steak was a little salty....overall ok experience....
Amazing dining experience. Great service from entry to exit. Superb steaks and outstanding side dishes. Highly recommend the 45 day dry-aged rib-eye.
Satisfied with the experience, but not quite up to expectations and prior experiences at DF. Understandably everyone is having to adjust to the current circumstances. Still, service could have been a bit better, and likely contributed to food not being brought out promptly and cooling while waiting. Also surprising was the number of young children running around.
The service was outstanding, food and beverage were excellent. Delfrisco is still a good reliable dining option. It’s a little busy a night with a younger crowd.
Always have a great time time at Del. My waiter Andy made my experience even more better very attentive, helpful and full of humor. Compliments to the chef because the food was outstanding. Thank you for yet another great experience at Del
Never disappoints
Staff completely ignored me when I first arrived. One male maybe manager told skipper me a sat his friends upstairs ( who did not adhere to the dress code). He never acknowledged me. Another male kept walking back and forth ( he said he would be back). Came back and said since I’m past my time I have to wait . Another female came who was genuinely nice and she finally sat me. Also the price jumped up $20 from previous restaurant week and the portions were smaller ...
Del’s is always a treat!!! I mean I have nothing else to say.... it’s just a treat!
It was beautiful ! We ate outside with the heat lamps going. Food was delicious and right across the street from our hotel. Everything was wonderful. So wonderful that we ordered to go the next day.
Excellent service, delicious food and strong drinks and great ambience sitting in the patio - as requested! Can’t beat it!! Consistently great experience
Cheesesteak eggrolls were soggy, but everything else was amazing.
One of my favorite restaurants in the world I feel like my steak was too pink more on the medium rare side rather than medium. But usually my experience is superb.
