Great, the restaurant has social distance so I don’t feel uncomfortable. Free cake for birthday as well. Love it

Saw a mouse on the outside patio. Other than that it was decent.

Had requested outdoor dining for 5:45pm. Arrived at 5:27 to check in. Upon check in I was told the table would be ready “closer to 5:45” if I wanted to leave my phone number And walk around outside, they would text me when my table was ready. Upon no notification by 6:20, I called and was told there still was no table, did I want an inside table(trying to avoid inside because of covid) I declined. At 6:30 I went in to see what was going on and there was still no satisfaction. I was shown an inside table and it was clear to me that I would likely starve before seeing my original “reservation” (refer to Seinfeld episode) fulfilled. We were there to celebrate a birthday, a retirement, and a graduation. Not sure how the honorees felt. But I did not think this was a very special occasion at this point. Server was great. I had the boneless ribeye which was excellent. Cream corn was a good side. Au Gratin potatoes and caesar salad were bland. Drinks were severely overpriced with house wine at 20/glass. Also I’ve been going to Del F’s for special occasions for years and the prices seem to have risen sharply. One great waitress was not enough to make up for the overall expensive, but less than satisfying night.

Highly disappointed with the service we received at Del Frisco's Seaport. I made a reservation to celebrate our one year anniversary, requesting patio dining. When we arrived we were told patio dining would be an additional 45 minute wait. The host staff were very rude, unorganized, and argumentative. They could not find my reservation, I has to show them my email confirmation. Nobody ever offered an apology, including the GM. Our waiter was nice however, he apologized for the lack of attentiveness, because his family was dining beside us. The food quality & prices, do not align at all. The drinks are MEH. I wish we went to Ocean Prime instead. Del Frisco's definitely left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Entry area was unkempt with debris and plastic bags blowing around from the outside. Stairway seemed like it hadn't been clean for weeks... leaves, dust. Not a welcoming environment.

Was a little disjointed getting seated as we had to wait quite a while at the host stand even though the place was very empty during our off peak visit. Was nice to sit outside on the deck that runs the length of the dining room. Took a long time to get our first course, but the chow was excellent once received. Drink service also spotty.

Our salads were great, filet mignon perfectly cooked, excellent. Crab cake also great. Sides: Mashed potato... corn... both excellent.

Need to tighten up things here, but the chow was fine and nice to sit outside. Still, at these prices diners expect more than what is being delivered here. Don't expect the normal Del Frisco experience. Hopefully, things will improve when Covid issues are gone.

The only reservations they had were at 10pm and the only way to make them was on opentable, which let us and didn’t say the time they close. We got there and there was no host or manager to seat us for a bit. It was clearly the end of the night so we assumed someone would be with us shortly. After about 10 minutes someone came up and addressed us and told us they were closed. I told them we had a reservation at 10 as open table let us. That’s when the attitude started. Both the host and server scolded us and told us to hurry up kitchen closed. To say we were disappointed was an understatement. The night before we had a better meal and time at capital grill and not only did we come in late, with no reservation but there was also a shouting argument and almost fight. We ended up ordering a drink and salmon, because we weren’t about to risk spending top dollar on a kitchen that was going to rush a steak. Honestly, it used to be good a while back but you can get much better product, service and experience just across the street. I’ve worked in the Industry my entire life and never seen this. The inmates run the asylum spend your money elsewhere...it’s mostly an attraction for the view.

Great food, nice ambiance - even with covid mesures. Disappointed with service especially when we noticed they charged us extra $40-50 - on our bill- when we mentioned the discrepancy they were not apologetic but confrontational and accusatory.

The Service was mediocre, I felt like they forgot about us. The food was good but the mashed looked old. Steak was not cooked the way I asked. Didn’t complain because I’m not one to complain!!

I loved this place when it first opened and have been many times. It still offers a nice view and location but the food and service have declined considerably. Calamari and sides were not hot and steak was overcooked. Server disappeared for long stretches. I probably will not be back

Not impressed with the service. We asked for bread and they didn't give us plates or utensils. Also, they told us we could have sauce with our steaks and when they served the steak it had a tablespoon of crabmeat. When we got our bill they charged an extra $22 dollars for the sauce. Definitely over priced.

It wasn’t the best. When arriving and going upstairs I noticed the stairs were very dirty and needed to be swept. Had to wait in line to check in. Not the friendliest experience. Waitress wasn’t very personable and brought us bread but no plates or silverware for quite some time. Wouldn’t go back.

Even during Covid-19 this was a wonderful experience where I appreciated the care Del Frisco took to go above and beyond with social distancing. My daughters birthday between our 2 tables was well attended to and all staff were very accommodating from the check in staff to our host and waiters.

Service was extremely slow despite server having a small number of tables to service.
Water glasses left empty and never received app plates or bread plates.

Staff lingering together chatting at stations instead of checking on meal.
