Wonderful evening. Great menu and great view of Boston Harbor
Wine we chose from the wine list was not available.
50th birthday for my SO
We celebrated a birthday and had a great time! Food was amazing!!
Only thing we didn’t like was our stay time was limited! Other than that was amazing and our waitress was AMAZING
First time eating there. Great experience. Our waiter was very kind and well informed of the menu. He helped us a lot with what’s great on the menu. Great birthday experience.
The seats with water views were beautiful. We loved our dinner too
Best steak i’ve ever had. Our server was Brandon. He did a really nice job on a busy night. The views over looking the seaport were beautiful but the food was the star of the show. We will definitely be back!
Everything was awesome for my brother's birthday dinner. Thank you!!!
Very disappointed by our experience at a favorite spot tonight. The second we walked in we were reminded by the 90 min limit and once we sat at the table the waitress rushed us through the meal. We were only at the 15 minute mark when our waitress continually reminded us we only had 90 mins and had to be quick. .The food was good, but it was hard to enjoy when we were against a stop watch. We were also celebrating our friends birthday (that we noted upon reservation) which added to the stress of the rush. As soon as the birthday dessert came the check was dropped and we were rushed out. We ended up going someplace else for after dinner drinks after and had a much better time.
The food was excellent, service was excellent! We went for our anniversary and they gave us a dessert to celebrate! Would recommend!
Jasmine was an amazing server!
The best place everrrrrrr love love my steak and vip drink theeeee bomb
We were served expired wine to begin with. They did get us a new bottle but poured it into the same glass. We than had soggy French fries and under cooked asparagus. The steak also had to be sent back. I’m not asking for a freebie but we did let them know about everything and nothing was comped.
We had fabulous service and food! Jordan was an excellent waiter. We had seafood special and a steak. Both meals delicious. We really enjoyed the creamed corn side too. And we met Emily (manager/somalia in training). She was delightful and suggested a “hidden gem” bottle of wine that we really enjoyed. Will definitely go back soon!
First time here, the moment we walked in it was welcoming. Our waitress, I do not remember her name =( , was great! she was helpful with the menu and pairing a wine with my steak. Not to mentioned her and another lovely lady assisted on some hot spots to go to after since my boyfriend and I are not from the area. The Chef deserves a pat on the back as well for sure.
Dry aged NY strip steak was very pretty. I cut into an end and it was cooked nicely.med rare. However after getting to the middle it was pretty rare. Very rare. I did not fuss but would have liked it cooked more. You can’t always send back meat after eating 1/4 of it so I just ate around the raw part.. still a very nice steak.. my dog was happy when I got home
had an amazing meal, beautiful night with my boyfriend.
Everything was great from beginning to end. It was the 1 st time back since before the pandemic began.
The hostess was very attentive and brought us to our usual booth as requested.
Our waiter Jack could not have been nicer. Our meal was served in courses as requested as we like to have a separation in between courses. We loved everything from beginning to end. We will definitely be regulars once again
Again we had a delightful, and delicious, birthday dinner. As usual, the food and service were superb. The steaks were cooked to perfection (rare+)!
Another fantastic meal; location ranks very high on romance factor!
Super quiet at lunch, but great views and amazing spot for a work lunch!
For the cost of the food you expect better quality overall. Service very slow waited 15 minutes for any waitress to come to our table. Once established was still slow service.. very poor waitress rushing too much threw bread that was bitten on a small plate onto the table off plate when taking plates to make space for food. Waitress also rushed so much she spilled wine of how fast she would do it to filled wine glass. Waitress was nice but the way she provided service was not at the level of the restaurant. I would expect that at Friendlys.. Dress code there but many people very poorly dressed can turn off the mood when you are dressed business casual or nice. Valet service is shared and attendant no where to be found at the end of the dinner. Had to get restaurant management to go out and look for them. Round table by the glass walls not leveled, lump sided uncomfortable to put your food and drink. For a $400 bill for two I expect better. I wouldn’t come again. The view is beautiful of course.
My steak order was served with the wrong steak and the sea bass served to my guest was not fresh. Shortly after consuming the fish she threw it up in the ladies room. Just a horrible experience overall..
Absolutely amazing meal. My fiance and I went there Monday for a celebration of his birthday and recent engagement. The waiter was extremely attentive and very nice. Delicious food, creamed corn dish was outstanding! Even gifted us free dessert to congratulate us!
Waitress was great. Steaks were horrible, said filets had to be butterflied?? Small, overcooked and tasteless. One person in our party got sirloin, very small and overcooked. I’m sorry but you don’t serve the quality meat you once did. I know it’s a pandemic, but it’s not an excuse to serve lower quality & charge the same prices. The quality has to stay the same even if you have to raise your prices.
Steak was perfectly cooked and tender, melts in your mouth. All sides were excellent and complemented the meal. One of the best cheesecakes I've ever had the pleasure to eat!
The food just so much and it’s so nasty
Soda was water down half water half soda just gross never again
Easter dinner with our son. Becca our waitress was the best. Made us feel at home and was courteous and very personable. Her attention to our needs was professional yet friendly and made our dining experience a true pleasure. Phil took care of us after a small stumble upon arrival. He smoothed over an awkward situation with kindness and a genuine caring attitude that made our family feel welcome and very special. His interaction with us at the beginning and end of our evening all but guaranteed we will return to Del Frisco’s in the near future. Thank you for a truly memorable evening
The food is over priced for the quality of the food. For the price they charge the food needs to be top notch and delicious quality and unfortunately that’s not the case. The place is beautiful and very classy, the waiters and staff are friendly. Aside from the food and the ridiculous price they charge for it, it’s a good experience to say the least
TERRIBLE. We were ignored when we arrived. Host/managers were chatting and didn’t look up. We were seated in a closet room behind the ladies room. Unacceptable-and disgusting to look at a broken table, a table full of empty glasses. Also 2ft from waitress’ work station. Ordered drinks, then decided it was too horrible to stay. A Woman manager came in to discuss and miraculously found a table for us in main dining room. We looked around at the surrounding tables and the realized...WE WERE PROFILED. Two women dining without a MAN. Nice try...they didn’t realize who they were dealing with. Food was mediocre and adequate for a chain steak place. Service was fine and manager staff was pompous, arrogant and SEXIST. Only reason we went was because it was the only restaurant with availability. Now I know why. Never again.
I had high expectations about the food from friends and colleagues experiences a few years ago. But the food was not exceptional. My medallions were dry and the lobster bisque overly spicy. I was rather disappointed- but our server and other dining room staff were great.
I ordered the filet with lobster tails. The filet was great, but the lobster was awful. The lobster was stuck to the shell allowing for minimal meat to be removed to eat. The manager brought over another serving and it was the same thing. I assumed they would remove from the bill but the didn't. My wife had filet with salmon. The salmon was poorly cooked on 2 occasions, inedible to eat for my wife. Again, I assumed they would have removed, but the didn't. We ordered the au gratin potatoes as a side without onions, it was loaded with onions. The waitstaff was kind enough, but didn't seem to care about our issues, and we could not have been nicer explaining our dislike. I am not one to make a big deal out of this kind of issue, simply assuming management would have taken care of things, as you would expect at a restaurant of this caliber and price point. I have significant reservations about coming back, as in non covid times my office is nearby and I am there weekly.
Horrible service and food was mediocre. Not cooked to requested specifications
They sat us 30min late. No apology. Waiter was very distant. They served me the wrong dish, by the time they fixed it I was half way done. Ran out of dessert all 3 of us asked for. It wasn't a good day for them not sure if resturant week had them swamped, but for the price I was disappointed. Did not feel like an ultra luxury resturant service.
Great as always
Staff wasn’t very good - got orders wrong made recommendations for drinks that weren’t available- took them 10 mins to bring simple items (salt, butter, napkins) every time they were asked
Also very loud music made the experience less intimate
The food was great
Celebrated my birthday with my significant other which made it a perfect match for our group. The drinks, appetizers, dinner & desserts was DELISH! The Creamed Corn was to die for 🤤🤤🤤 we most definitely will be back again & hope to have the same waitress 💕
