What I have noticed about Landry’s higher end restaurants is the service Versus value is missing by a large mark. Managers at locations in the past week acknowledged they are missing the mark but they cannot find employees. I had dinner tonight at the Morton’s Seaport, at the bar. When John at the bar found out I complained about his lack of service V’s checking out the young women at the bar, he confronted me - totally not justified he needs to find another occupation Management at the Boston Seaport location will not do anything to improve the situation. Unfortunately they are not willing or have the courage to make real management decisions.

Our server was amazing so the 2 on service was not because of her. The bar area needs to be better managed. We had 3 people and sat at the bar for a drink before dinner and waited 15 min to get attention. We had to wave someone down to take our order. With 6 people behind the bar that should never happen.

Food great as always. Several large parties drew the attention of the staff, dominating their time. Our server was pleasant despite his workload, but we did feel we were afterthoughts.

The light was broken in the first booth they gave us. It took them a few minutes to reseat us. We were seated in a large deep booth at the back of the restaurant, but the restaurant was empty. Service took a while. It was a lot of activity, people moving around moving tables and setting up after 5 PM. Seems like the dining room would be already set up at 5 PM for the early reservations. Kind of a distraction.

My wife and I went for our 5 year anniversary. Got the Tasting menu which comes with two apps, two sides, four smaller entrees and two desserts. Great night.

Amazing dinner. Only issue was we had a table of 18 year olds who were not told the sides were meant to be shared so they each ordered their own side at $15 a pop. Otherwise, awesome experience. Meals were fantastic.

We had a great time at Del Frisco’s Seaport this weekend. Peter, who was our waiter was terrific. He was attentive, discrete, entertaining and truly made us feel pampered. Food was okay; while steaks were great, the side dishes and especially lobster bisque (praised by on-line reviewers) only so so. However, thanks to Peter, our experience was a very good one. I wish, we listened to his recommendations as to food choices.

A solid choice, generally, but I experienced my worst service event of the year here, a real let-down and especially since we chose the location for a family milestone event. If you choose to go and have a different server, your experience may be fantastic, as mine have been in the past.

I went to celebrate a late Valentine’s Day. It was my first time there. I went 10 minutes late and had to wait another 10 because they marked me as a no show. The food was very good. I recommend the Calamari if you haven’t tried it already. If you are wondering what to wear when going there, I saw a lot of people wearing jeans, heels and a blouse not many people with dresses.

Three hours for dinner . Forgot one of our salads then a dinner. Waitress kept calling us hun and babe like it was a diner. Not the Del Frisco you pay for. Kept having my chair bumped by staff walking by. Manager comped dessert but overall very disappointed. Don’t bother it’s over rated, overpriced and a total disappointment

9 of us were out for my mothers 86th birthday. We were greeted by a very nice hostess who put us in the lounge area until everyone was there. We were seated on time and our server Randy was awesome! He made my mom feel special and was very friendly. We ordered a variety of good and apps, all of which was served in good time. We have no complaints. The lamb, steaks and sides were all exceptionally good. The butter cake is a must for dessert

You get exactly what you would expect from a high-end steakhouse. Great service, excellent food, and an outstanding wine selection. The best value in the house is the Tomahawk rib-eye with two sides. The only negative of the evening is their outdated spirits list. I’m sure it's hard to get some at the moment, so take them OFF the list. Is it that hard to print an updated inventory list? It took three tries to get a scotch that they had at the bar

Celebrated my boyfriends birthday and valentines here. We were seated at a very small table which my boyfriend requested a larger one and was not accommodated. He was a bit upset about it but the food was delicious. Wish the waitress was more attentive but understand we went on a very busy day.

If i'm making a reservation at an expensive restaurant, I expect to be sitting at a table where I don't have to pile dishes upon themselves to have enough room to eat my $400 meal!!! The way you had people jammed into a 2 seat TINY table was ridiculous and screamed of corporate profit BS!!! While the food was great, the atmosphere and comfortableness was horrendously bad! Greed doesn't win repeat customers and we will not be back is this is your approach next year! You can mark my word on that!

I liked almost everything about this restaurant, it was my first time. What I didn't like was the music TOO LOUD for a high end restaurant, we had issues hearing the server and the server hearing us. MUSIC LEVEL SHOULD BE MODERATE - TOO LOUD.

We had asked for a window table or something in the main room for a view. We did not get this and the seating was extremely tight and uncomfortable. Our server was fantastic and tried to make up for the disappointment in location.

The quality of the food was horrible. Filet mignon (Supposedly) at this price should not taste like a Stop and shop filet. Also Meat at this price should be cleaned and trimmed the proper way. It shouldn’t have gristle or any other nasty chewiness’s.They had to serve all the sides on our plates because they didn’t have space to accommodate them on the table. Before all of this, we asked to be changed, since we had been there before and those were not the usual tables, we were denied the request. I have been here before and we always get a table close to the view. This time on Valentine's Day, they decided to add tiny round tables (very uncomfortable) on a special day just for some extra money without caring about their patrons. The waitress was very friendly and tried her best to accommodate, but was unsuccessful so to the small. I know more reviews like this will be coming.

Been there a few times including Holiday outings with Customers. It was never great but never this bad. Terrible experience. Lobster roll served on a sweet roll and no lobster. Was more like a shrimp roll instead of Lobster roll. Really, really terrible. All left behind. My Customer’s meals were not any better. The best thing was the appetizer. Do not know about one of my Customer’s desert “to go”. It was placed inside a paper bag. Will have to ask him if it was any good. Last time there.
