Service man at steak and salmon broil area is too mean. He tried to give me just one piece of steak.

Food was ok, service outstanding. The raw oysters were past their prime. Took one bite and spit it out. To be fair a bad oyster once made me very ill so I’m hypersensitive about quality and freshness of oysters. It’s a great spot with outstanding views but I’m not sure I would return.

We came here for the king crab legs. But was very disappointed ! They only have snow crab legs. The food was good quality but limited selection. And for the price without the king crab legs it turn out to be very expensive. Plus a $20 tip for 2 person really top it off. So for 2 a total of $160. To me it was very expensive. Drinks are extra charge. So be informed

Booked for my 40 th flew all the way in from Australia for it. Dinner booked at 1930pm table not ready till 2030pm and buffet closed a hour later. After all that money the food at buffet was left overs management did not care one bit and the overall service so poor. STAY AWAY and save your money

Might have caught this place on an off night. There wasn't anything decadent about my experience. Checked in at reservation time and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Waited 20 minutes for a drink at the bar while I killed time waiting for my table. Service was poor. Had to stack my plate with food on top of my dirty plates because no one came by to pick up the dirty dishes. Eventually had to result to putting dirty plates and glasses on an empty table along with other guests. Wanted to order a bottle of wine but no one came around to take my order. By the time a waiter showed up, it was less than an hour to close, so we passed on the wine. The line for the grill was long and moved slow. Went to get prime rim around 9pm and all that was left was the well done leathery ends. Lobster and scallops were the highlights of the night. Will not come come back.

They changed the way to have a crab from the self serving to request. But now they can make it warm so it is better than having a cold and salty crab before. Overall they still need to have more variety of food because it is buffet!

Food was great. There was an abundance of seafood selection including unlimited lobster tails, lamb chops, shrimps, sea bass, scallops, etc. There were not enough servers/ bussers. We sat down for 20 minutes and no one came to our table. We had to order drinks from the hostess while she said they don’t have the $15 per bottle wines that night which was surprising since later the server said otherwise. The service was recovered when the manager asked about the experience and offered a cake from the kitchen. Overall, the food and drinks were great for the value. Needless to say the city view was impeccable!

Food was very good, many choices. Seafood was excellent but I found the meats a bit under seasoned. Service was excellent.
Price for dinner is reasonable, but parking ended up costing me $16 even with validation.

I would love it if it had more Vegan options because this was an amazing buffet but the Vegan options we're few. They did cook me a personally chickpea curry since there wasn't many option. Gluten Free pizza and bread would make this MORE AMAZING too.

The menu said Duck, but they were serving chicken. I am disappointed because I was specifically looking forward to the duck.
The seafood lady was giving a bad attitude whenever I asked her to put another piece of crab/fish/lobster tail on the plate, as if it was coming out of her paycheck.
The seafood team kept giving the wrong cooked food to the wrong patrons. I saw them give my pieces to someone else, and I had to wait longer for them to cook me the correct items I asked for.
I thought the food was overrated compared to expectations. Purported to appear high end, but its just well cooked food.
Desserts were fantastic!!!

The menu for DineLA promised duck and prime rib at the carving station. There was chicken instead of duck. We're not happy about that, at all. The seafood was ok. Some pieces were incredibly salty. The music was terrible. Overall, just ok. We won't be back.

I really wanted this to be amazing. It really was not. Promises of getting my fill of crab, lobster, scallops and freshly grilled beef tenderloin were certainly not met. The only crab available was snow crab which was dunked in hot water to take the chill off. Unfortunately, when you choose to split your crab legs and let them sit in hot water, they become completely tasteless! I honesty have had better at cheap Asian buffets. No king crab, no rock crab claws, no flavor. And all the "grill-to-order" selections were NOT grilled to order. They were precooked in batches and dumped into bins from which they serve from. The beef tenderloin ended up being sliced up well-done piece... nothing resembling "steak." And I was served exactly 2 tiny grilled scallops... one was decent, the other tasted strongly of ammonia. Nothing like the obvious flavor of questionable seafood. Needless to say, I didn't go back for more. The grilled lobster was pretty much the only thing I did get seconds on. They were small but delicious. The cold seafood station consisted of shrimp and raw oysters... 4 platters, 2 of each item. Poor selection. Even the bread station was literally one kind of roll.

For $150+ for two, I was truly hoping it would be amazing. But do yourself a favor and just head out to your local Asian buffet and be better satisfied by paying 1/3 of the price for standard fare. Not much to see here other than the view...

There was nothing to eat. Very lmited food selection. Very small tables. Price ($60) is too high for this limited food selection buffet. Even non alcohol drinks. Soda is $6 and orange juice is $8!!! Very nice view. But not worth $60-70.

Well I go hear sometimes because it’s worth it. the last time I came it was bad let’s just say hometown buffet cleans the dishes out of your table faster. I found a hair in the food told the manger and he came say I’m sorry for that but did not seem to care at all. I had to look for someone to come pick up the dishes and fill out drinks. The meal was half off but still it was not there day I guess I would still go.

We went there for Lunar new year celebration and dineLA special. Food was OK. They did bring in whole suckling pig and five spiced duck which was special. Grilled lobster was really good BUT the issue was the long line it took to get grill seafood and meat. We got 3 rounds of meat/seafood and took almost 30 mins each time to wait in line. It was very tiring to wait in line just for a few pieces of meat and seafood. Management should just take our order and put in kitchen to prepare the food. This way food comes out right and makes the experience less chaotic.

The amount of people and time it takes to get your “grilled to order” seafood and proteins is not acceptable. You have to wait in line then wait again while they cook your food. We were only able to go up once and get a few items within the 2 hour limit. The other offerings were mediocre at best: pizza, 2 pastas, desserts, premade salads, cocktail shrimp (small), oysters (large), charcuterie, a few hot food items such as lentils and rice, miso soup. I can’t believe they charge $60 for this. No sushi. No king crab legs. We could have had a great dinner elsewhere. The only positive was how great our server was. Pass.
