   Drinks tasted like cough syrup, sent back and re-made...still poor. We were told that a waiter, not the bartender, made our first set of drinks. The first two menu requests were not available. Food and drinks were a great disappointment. Restaurant is in a gorgeous setting and nicely laid out but given quality of food and drinks, we won't be back.

   The ambiance was nice, very picturesque and appealing. The food was just okay, The burger was very small, and my Chicken cutlet milanese was very overcooked , hard and dry.

   We dined at Deja Blu for the first time last Saturday. Great service and great food . We will be back again

   Beautiful restaurant! Four of us had a late lunch. One had a burger and fries and another had a pasta dis. They both loved their food. My husband and I shared some appetizers which were delicious, but we were there about a month ago some all I remember is that they were great and we will be returning. Service was superb, but we were there about an only ones dining due to the hour and probably the rainy weather.

   First time diner. Awesome Selections. Sat outside on the deck. Food was good. Waiter was clueless. Didn’t refill our coffees , And when he did, he only had a half pot. Never came back to top it off. Had to ask for salt n pepper.

   So I never thought Parkland had a truly great up-market restaurant - but the aesthetic both inside and on the patio was great. Staff were helpful and fun. we all enjoyed our meals - and good drinks menu. Two minor areas for improvement: Coffee was weak and lukewarm. Outdoor lighting above the tables is oppressive. More appropriate in an ER room than a great lakeside resturant and totally kills the mood. We moved tables it was that bad. The Bonus was we met "Stevie" the resident Gator who was lurking by our table all evening. First Gator I've actually seen in Parkland.

    We were a party of 8 and they also had a large outdoor party going on. Food always good but the service was a little uneven but I’ll give them a pass based on the outside party. Still one of our local favorites.
