Deichgraf Hamburg is located in an old, historic building but has taken on a more modern look with décor and accessories. Inside you'll get the feel of antique furniture dressed up with new and elegant table clothes. Deichgraf's Owner Magret Ismer and head chef Thies Conle do their best to make Norther German cuisine creative and interesting with dishes, such as Gefüllter Kaninchenrücken mit Linsensalat (Stuffed rabbit and lentil salad) or Süßkartoffel-Kokos-Suppe mit Jakobsmuschel (Sweet potato and coconut soup with scallops), as well as steaks and hamburgers. Überaus herzliche Bedienung, in schöner Umgebung. Ich kannte Hamburg nicht das Essen machte aber einen autentischen Eindruck soweit ich das Beurteilen kann

Das Essen, der Service, das Ambiente war alles ausgezeichnet. Wenn es etwas zu meckern gibt, dann nur über die Salzkartoffeln, die ich nicht sooo gut fand. Etwas fad und die großen Kartoffeln nicht 100%ig gar.

Excellent food & service on quiet canal side location. Good english spoken. How nice to find a well kept city centre restaurant with a good modern menu , where you are not overwhelmed by the noise levels.

Wir waren von unser ausgewählten Menü sehr begeistert. Der Service war erst kurz am Start, aber wie die Chefin bereits sagt:"Jeder hat mal neu angefangen". Die "kleinen" Fehler verzeiht man gerne, wenn diese freundlich erklärt werden.
