Overall it was a good dxperience, but their customer service leaves a bit to be desired. The staff is friendly, the set up is nice and there is a good vibe on the beach. The problem; there was something missing from my order. When the waitress asked the kitchen they said that menu is incorrect, the item in question doesn't come with the meal. That is problem number one- tht menu says otherwise. I finish that meal and the waitress suddenly comes out with said missing item. I found this to be ridiculous when asked what they would do to remedy the mistake we were told that they would remove the service charge. Why should the server be punished for the kitchen making an error?! Another manager came out to resolve that matter. This was fine, but he was too busy trying to justify why the kitchen was right than providing customer service. I ultimately got a desert comped, but there was too much talking and defensive behavior in their part, ruining the said good vibe. Good food, poor customer service.

Upon arrival the host greeted us immediately and we were seated promptly. This was our first visit for dinner, so we selected our items from the menu (which has a fantastic variety of options). The hostess confirmed our many selections. We enjoyed the Meze platter, grilled octopus and salad for starters, our mains were Lobster Linguini and mushroom risotto added shrimp. All was prepared and presented very tasteful. The wine selection was decent and the fresh baked cookie was enough to share among the 3 of us. The host was excellent and checked in on us periodically allowing us to enjoy our meal and each other's company .

Definitely a spot to experience if you are in Barbados. Casual good Caribbean food. The ambience is fun with the waves crashing in the background. Ou waitress was so lovely!

Enjoyed a lovely Mother's Day /birthday lunch at Deia. I would say the menu options could've been more diverse especially for people with allergies. It also would've been nice if they acknowledged my mum's birthday in some ways like other places do because I tlld them that was what we were celebrating. Overall, I would give it 7 out of 10.

Dined today with my mom for her birthday. We are from NYC and wanted to try something fun. Dashonte(I apologize if I'm spelling her name wrong. She's a young female and been there for 4weeks) was phenomenal. She helped me work my polaroid and truly welcomed us! Cheers to her and the fine establishment!
