Great service from all the staff in a very warm and relaxing environment
Degrees Bistro is a bar with lounge seating for dining. The room has dark walls and brown chairs. I did not like the ambience at all. There was 2 servers and no bartender. A hostess came in later and assisted at the bar. Our server made our mimosas and bloody Mary's. My first bloody was spicy and good. My friend ordered a bloody Mary but she did not like spicy. The server made another pitcher less spicy. I did not like the second bloody mary. It was weak and flavorless. Also, I ordered a hamburger medium rare. It was served medium well. I did not send it back because the server disappear for 10 -15 minutes. When she returned I advised the burger oowas not what I ordered. She apologized for preparation. My guests enjoyed their meals. Overall, I was very disappointed with the restaurant, food, service and costs for food and drinks. My bill was $225.00 plus tip $42.00=$267.00. I've dined at other Ritz Carlton hotels in DC and NYC with a much better ambience, decor, service and food. I will not return to Degrees Bistro.
We went there for brunch and even though the food was fine, it was too expensive for what it was.

Not worth the money. You can get better elsewhere. Brunch lacks serious flavor and basic seasoning. Our home fries (potatoes) were really under cooked. Mostly everything lacked basic seasoning.
Loved the place! William our server was attentive but not suffocating. Food was so delicious! Even the coffee was to die. Will be back!
Great location if going to the movies. Friendly service, good food...but acoustics are not great. There were only 2 tables of guests, but the other table across the room was loud and the sound carried throughout the restaurant.
Marvelous service. John is a superb waiter. Food excellent. Salmon the best. Truffle fries a great starter with wine.

Came in for a small bite to eat before a Kennedy Center performance. The ambience was nice and we found some small bites on the menu that were exactly what we were looking for. Our server was polite and attentive and offered good suggestions for us.
Such a disappointment. I dont know why it got such good reviews. Just a regular, small hotel cafe. Service was awful and food was mediocre. Again, just like a regular hotel breakfast you could get many places. There was absolutely no signage either, so we thought we had to be in the wrong place.

Perfect menu size, high quality service, and great tasting food. Had high hopes for this restaurant and was exceptionally pleased with the experience.
They had no one at the hostess station then when was seated had four diff servers which all were told would like wine list and it never came. On top of that an other table got there food before our simple porchetta and hamburger order. And on top of that when we told them we want to settle bill at the middle of eating we didn’t get it until all our food was gone. There was only 3 people dining at that time. The service was horrible. PLUS they never gave us the open table reservations points so had to go back next day and it took manager 30 min while I waited for her.

This is an embarrassment for the Ritz Carlton brand. It looks like an unused lobby in a convention center where they scattered a few tables.
This is nothing more than a glorified cafe. I’ve found the prices unreasonably high for what we got.
The dulce de leche pancakes were as dry as toast. The chicken sausages were over cooked. Other dishes were good, but not great.
I actually love sitting in the library/ living room. It’s cozy, inviting and makes me feel like I’m in Aspen
This cannot be in a Ritz Carlton. The food was horrible and the service was just as bad. The stiped bass smelled and tasted fishy. I had to spit it out. My soup was brought at the same time as my entree. The waiter charged me for a full bottle of sparking water and only poured half. The waiter didn't tell us that we should order sides, as the entree doesn't come with any. We had to request for water refills (for those drinking tap). My friend also had the bass and didn't eat hers b/c it was so terrible. There was no hostess at the front and we had to inquire about seating from the bar (and no sign w/ instructions). The restaurant only had two other parties and THREE servers! Service was slow as well. They need to do a better job of training and ensure that the food is fresh. I would never go back to this restaurant again.
It's just overpriced for what you get. We ended up with an $80 check for a meal I could have made at home. Everything was well-cooked and the ingredients were nice, but no originality. Also, they charge for bottled water instead of offering tap. The hotel is nice but the restaurant was almost completely deserted. Usually I like a quiet meal but it was just not worth the $. If there were a few lower-priced drink and meal options, or if they included sides with the entree (without raising the price of the entree) it would be an improvement.
Though we had a reservation we stood at the host's table for a few minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff. Eventually, we went up to the bar and were told to sit anywhere we liked. Though it was several minutes before our server showed up with menus and took our drink order, he was pleasant throughout. The food was lack-luster and not worth the prices charged. The restaurant did not live up to our expectations in the least.
The butternut squash soup was exceptional. In addition, the truffles fries were really good.
Quick Valentine's dinner before off to a party. Pre-arranged menu was excellent. We were very pleased. Might be our favorite Ritz.
Despite the fact that me and my guests were the first for Breakfast. We had to ask to be seated while the employees shuffled behind the bar . Not welcomed . Service was delayed and slow , not the Ritz I’m used to . Shame.
Really enjoyed having lunch here after getting a massage at the Ritz Carlton Spa. Our service was outstanding and loved the food!
The food was basic hotel food, which was fine. The atmosphere was like a dormitory food room. I woujd not go back.

Not at all what I expect from the Ritz. Service was weak, our order was wrong more than once and drink order was forgotten , not to mention that I felt like I was at a 2 star hotel dining room and not the Ritz.
We were here for Thanksgiving. Food was mediocre. Also, given that it was a fixed menu, the long wait between courses was inexcusable especially given that there were not that many tables. Not what we would expect from a Ritz-Carlton.

Limited menu, very spotty service despite (or because of?) a lack of customers. This restaurant is basically a bar and light fare affair for the hotel guests. Valet parking is available which is nice but it costs $15.
After waiting a while for our meals, one was served luke warm at best. As we finished our main course, the server dropped a check and disappeared. We had to flag someone down to ask about dessert and tea. That person dropped a menu and disappeared. Not sure why we didn’t give up but we flagged someone else down to order two desserts (neither required cooking) and a cup of tea. The tea came but no sign of dessert for 15 minutes or more. We were one of only three tables in the whole restaurant so they weren’t busy. Very disappointing overall. The service, or lack thereof, really ruined the experience.
The waiter was nice but kinda a airhead food was cold and we had to wait a long time even tho we were the only people ! We had to ask continually for berries and toast ! Toast had what looked like mold on it and berries were on strawberries and raspberries although it said blackberries and blueberries also ! Not what we expected for a ritz Carrollton !
My wife and I went there for our anniversary dinner. The service was exceptional. They really took care of us. The food was excellent.
