The food was mediocre... especially for the cost. Our daughter's fruit plate had mold on it, and all they did was replace it. The server was nice, but there were a few times during the meal that we needed him and he was nowhere to be seen.

Overall a good experience. The waitress did a good job and her helpers. I observed Courtney the manager or not sure what her title is talk to every table accept the three tables that had black people including ours which she walk by several times and stop at all the surrounding tables. It’s interesting to me as was not sure if this restaurant did not want minority’s or cater to. My brother owns two high end restaurants in Manhattan and if something like that was to happen that person would be fired immediately. Other than that the food was Ok. My fish was a little over cook but flavor was great and my wife was also a little disappointed in her meal as very little king crab in her king crab risotto. The appetizers were great. I had the crab cake and my wife had the calamari.
The food is second to none. It is very family friendly with attentive staff and wonderful atmosphere.
We have never been disappointed. They have always executed extremely well with regards to food, service, and overall experience. They offer unique preparations we do not see anywhere else around the area. Highly recommended.

Upon being seated we waited at least 15 min and no one came to our table, no water, no menus, nobody. I had to go back up to the hostess desk and ask her to let our waiter know we had been waiting since being seated. Even once waiter came, there was no apology for the wait. Not wanting to ruin the experience we kept positive. When asking of types and tequila and prices, waiter didnt know and had to go back and forth to the bar, which took up more time. When food came, it was just dropped infront of us abruptly. Basically, anything that could go wrong, did. One highlight crab stuffed grouper and brussel sprouts were delicious but unfortunately this was a one and done visit.
Waiter was arrogant and was rushing explaining things like we were bothering him.
Priced and advertised as a high-end steak & seafood house but food was mediocre. Not bad, but not as good as you can get at a mid-level chain for 1/3 the cost. Ribeye was flavorless and lacked that outside char and juicy inside you would expect.Cioppino shrimp and fish was over cooked and rubbery. Lobster tail (in the Ciopinno) was the size of a large shrimp. Broth was forgettable with potatoes and cheery tomatoes dropped in. Baked potato served “family sharing style” was very small. Even though the restaurant was near empty service was slow with us waiting several times waiting for our waiter. Water guy though was on point, polite and kept our glasses full. He should be promoted.

Incredible cuisine and service in a beautiful spot. The Grouper was simply amazing. Our server Rebecca was attentive, courteous and professional. Highly recommend Deep Blu at Wyndham Grand Resort Bonnet Creek.
No doubt the food was an exceptional quality, presented beautifully and tasted great. The portions were large which may have been the only thing to be done any different. Even with shareable sides our table had a lot of food left over. We had eaten more than advisable it was all so good. The calamari was the best any of us had ever had. It was fried and was still very tender.
None of the glasses on any table were polished. This is something I noticed because it was sunset time and the sun made the dining room very bright but regardless, this is one of those :little things" that you expect and pay for when dining in places that have this price point.
Service was Excellent as well as the food.

The food was amazing and staff was outstanding. Our waiter even told us when we left a large cash tip there was 18% automatically added to the bill. Very honest will definitely eat there again
The service and food was great. A group of four we ordered the appetizer platter which consisted of ahi tuna, crab cakes and calamari. It was fantastic, it was so feeling, we opted to order additional crab cakes and sides of wild rice, green beans and brussels sprouts. Which were all very tasting and enjoyed. The environment is quiet and makes for a place to have a conversation better than most places you find in hotels. We stayed at the World Marriott and would definitely recommend having a dinner at deep blu.

Celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and had the best time. Food was fantaatic and our waiter helped to pair wine with our likings. I don’t remember the name of my dish but I had the seafood bowl with lobster, shrimp, mussels, and crab meat, and it was delicious!
Fantastic King Crab Risotto and Oysters as appetizer for me and an equally well prepared and presented Grouper for my better half! Fine wine-Cakebread Chardonnay and Stags Leap Investor!

By far the best seafood in town! Took a friend who had been at the Four Seasons all week and she said her meal was better than any she had all week. That's a great compliment to the chef as the Four Seasons has lovely food as well. Deep Blu Seafood Grill is in our permanent rotation for out of town guests who come to Florida expecting amazing seafood.
Great location within hotel. Open kitchen concept was cool too. Food was good as well and drinks were unique. Understanding it’s a resort, you get resort pricing and for two, it was expensive. If you’re cool with that (prices listed on webpage) go there; it was tasty.
Our party of 6 enjoyed a great dinner away from the usual crowds and noise. We all had seafood and all were excellent. A little expensive but well worth it. The scallops with grits and pork belly was outstanding.
For as slow as it was, service was slower than anticipated. Food was excellent.

Walked over from Waldorf/Hilton pair of hotels - this in Wyndham. Large wine list and menu. Nice options - pick a fish and then any sauce. Quiet as we had an early 7 pm reservation and really picked up around 8 pm. They added 18% service charge for a party of only 6 (usually larger gets that requirement?); and service was great til food arrived then dropped off. Try the banana pudding dessert - excellent. Pricey - 6 people with a drink each and split 2 desserts was $445 with the added charge.

The service is impeccable, ask for Rachael but all the servers are top notch! The food preparations are as great as you're going to get anywhere in Orlando. Highly recommend!

The food was very good. My guest and I had different fish dinners and both of us thoroughly enjoyed them. The grilling was enough to get a bit of a crust, and the inside was not overdone.
Our server was also very quick and professional.
Meals were very good! I had the Scallops and grits and it was scrumptious. My spouse had the Snapper and it was very tasty. We shared the brussel sprouts and Hasselback potato. Both were very tasteful and there was plenty to share.
