We went to celebrate my husband‘s 60th birthday and our 22nd wedding anniversary. Our server Rebecca went above and beyond to make our dinner and celebration really special. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The restaurant itself was beautiful and the food was excellent and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be visiting again and would strongly recommend this restaurant to others.

Food was delicious and fresh. The waiters were pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend. With my hotel package as long as I brought a entree my daughter was able to eat for free which was a plus.

We are from New Orleans and consider ourselves foodies. We eat at a different restaurant every weekend. Our server was very good, scallops were excellent and blue ink squid pasta with crabmeat was well seasoned and delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone coming for a nice dining experience.

My wife’s cocktail had plastic wrap in it (the waiter informed us they use it to wrap the giant ice balls in that are placed in the drinks). Not a great start. Waiter wasn’t very attentive and we ended up pouring our own wine. Food was nice though, as was the ambiance.

Black grouper- small filet for $32 !!!!

Great place to entertain clients. Outstanding communication and accommodation for severe gluten allergy... truly clean kitchen, all sides and most entrees naturally free of flour, breadcrumbs, bread. Fresh, modern, healthy, delicious preparation.

We pulled up to the place to find out it’s in the Wyndham hotel. I got to the valet and asked how much it was and he let me know to show my server the ticket and they will stamp it and valet is free. I had the lobster ravioli and asparagus. My girlfriend had the lobster and her son had the kids sliders. Everything was very good. I had excellent customer service and my experience was outstanding as was the food. 5 stars.

The ambiance and service was excellent. The food was not at all up to par with restaurants at similar price points. The crab chowder was gelatinous. The chicken appeared to have been pre cooked and reheated making it very dry. The salmon was excellent but paired with a confusing pasta salad.

Quite expensive restaurant, not so cozy. Service was correct but lacked warmth. We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday and our waitress didn’t bother to comment it until the end of the dinner, when she told us the dessert was on the house since it was a celebration.

It was an amazing experience to visit Deep Blu Seafood. First we got there on Valentine’s Day and the host took us to our seat and presented my date with a beautiful rose. Then Julio (our server) proceded to serve us and made many recommendations on the menu, while clarifying all of our doubts. The ambient is very up-class, and it’s definitely worth every penny. They are very attentive to details, and will make sure that you feel great and comfortable even if it is your first time fine dining.

The waitress was very disconnected and only offered alcohol beverages. She left my husband with just water because he didn’t want to drink. She never asked him if he would like something besides that. She never went over the special menu for the night, which we did not understand how it worked and it would have been nice to have an explanation. She seemed very impatient even though the restaurant was not busy. The food came pretty quick, but it was just mediocre for the price. I’ve been to way cheaper places and had much better salmon and crab cakes. The salmon my husband had needed to be done more and had no flavor to it. My crab cakes were good only when dipped in their white sauce that was slathered all over the bottom of the plate. We waited a longtime after we were done eating for the server to return to see if we wanted boxes, dessert, and/or the check. Then when after we paid she sat the check on the corner of the table behind both of us (we never saw her) and said have a good night, quickly and walked away. We seemed to be an inconvenience for her. As a server for a long time during college, this was not what I expected from an upscale restaurant. Overall, it wasn’t worth the cost and I wouldn’t return.

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s dinner and it did not disappoint! When we arrived they handed me a long stem rose and seated us at our table. I thought that was a really nice touch. The ambience was upscale, though I’m sure this was also due to how nice all the other guests were dressed. It could possibly be slightly more casual on a night other than Valentine’s Day, but fine dining nonetheless.
We ordered the calamari as a starter, he ordered gin & tonic, and I got the floral libation to drink. The calamari was good, and the drinks were a bit too strong. For the main course, he had the signature blu crab grouper meal, I had the 8oz filet mignon, and we shared the hasselback potato and mushrooms as sides. The entrees were delicious. I ordered mine medium well, and it came out closer to medium, but it was close enough so I didn’t say anything and it was absolutely delicious! It was extremely tender and tasty, with a perfectly seared crust. For dessert we ordered the flourless chocolate cake. I don’t normally like flourless chocolate cakes, but this was DELICIOUS!! It was topped with an amaretto/sauce drizzle and on top of an almond buttercream. If you don’t like almond flavor you might not like this, as you can definitely taste it. But I love almond flavor so I was obsessed! Our waiters were extremely helpful, kind, and attentive! Overall after food, drinks, tax, and tip it came out to $200. In my opinion, for the incredible service, food, and intimate environment it was well worth it and a fair price. We would 100% come back again, and I will definitely be recommending this place!

We have been enjoying Deep Blue for the last 7 years. Julio was our server on this visit. He did not provide the experience we are accustomed to having. Very hard to understand, seemed like he was disorganized. He did not offer to take a cocktail order, just wanted to start with the food order. We had to ask to order drinks. We asked for a bit more time to enjoy our drinks and it seemed like he forgot about us. My daughter and I ordered the Local Greens salad to share as a 1st course and my husband ordered the same salad. Julio came to the table a second time to review our order. When the salad was served, my daughter and I received a salad and I questioned if they were 1/2 orders and I was yessed and my husband was not served the salad he ordered. The food was excellent and we really enjoy the menu of the current chef. My dad was celebrating his 94th birthday as well as Valentines Day. A lovely birthday desert was served to my dad. We had to request the check and when it arrived we noted that instead of 2 glasses of Rose wine we were charged for the bottle, which was ultimately corrected. Reviewing the bill today, we found 2 charges for something we have no idea what it is and are relatively sure we did not have. Can’t question the charges until 5 PM today when the restaurant opens. We will definitely return to Deep Blu, but definitely request that Julio is not our server.

One of our best dining experiences ever! The food was fantastic! Our waiter, Cesar, did an excellent job. He was attentive and personable. The manager, Mr Slika, was great. He was also attentive and very personable. That is what made our Valentine's dinner a special experience. Thank you Deep Blue!

Even though I made my reservations weeks in advance they weren't ready for us when we arrived. Additionally, there was a bit of a mix up with the number in my party. The gentleman who served us was very nice but seemed stretched by serving too many large tables at once. I was so looking forward to being there and then we arrived and that excitement quickly turned to a bit of disappointment.

Our visit took place on 28/12/19, the food was excellent ( crab encrusted grouper and flounder) highly recommended. Staff were pleasant, restaurant is very nice. Reason for 4 stars on the service is that we felt a bit rushed. As soon as the main course was finished we were given the dessert menu. We declined the dessert and immediately was given the bill. Apart from that no complaints, would visit again and recommend.

We were staying in the Wyndham Grand hotel and didn't feel like getting in the car to go to dinner , so we decided to try Deep Blu. I was with my children (ages 12 and 16), so I was not sure if it would be "kid friendly". I was wrong- it was fantastic. The sushi and steak were delicious, and the server even brought both my kids ice cream (even though only one dessert was complimentary with the kids meal). We stay at the Bonnet Creek area quite often, and we will definitely return to Deep Blu!

Too expensive for what they offer. Food is good but not worth approx $40 an entree with potatoes or salad an extra $10 or so. Ambiance is nice. Service good. Not too loud. We had a gift card which helped but we spent $90 for 2 entrees and a bowl of wonderful crab and corn chowder with water to drink

This was our 2nd time here but this time for our 10th anniversary. We lucked out and had the same waitress as last time. Rachel was wonderful and we loved talking with her! The food was delicious with a special treat at the end. Thank you Deep Blu for another great dinner. We will be back!

I visited there with my friends. That date was birthday of one of them. The restaurant kindly made special dessert for him by our request. Nice foods and excellent hospitality. I want to visit there again.
