We started with a spicy tuna roll which was delicious. The fish of the day was red snapper & always a favorite since it’s not a local catch up north. The tomato broth added a wonderful flavor to the fish & rice. The crab crusted grouper was also excellently prepared. The strawberry shortcake was plenty for two & we enjoyed the fresh sliced strawberries & cream. Our server was great & offered some information about outdoor activities that we had not known about.

Wonderful evening, once we finally found the restaurant. Map app led us astray! Once we arrived, wonderful. Crab cakes are as advertised in reviews! Meaty, great sauce. Sushi appetizers were excellent, grouper entree phenomenal! Mido was a very attentive server with great insight. All in all, a wonderful evening.

Table and chair were dirty. Waiter took forever to return and didn’t even served bread. I was a regular but after that experience. Won’t be there till they get it together.

Ordered the Golden Tile special. Portion very small. Appetizer size. Cioppino for guest was unimpressive as value. Other guest steak was delicious. Wifes meal OK.
Dessert of strawberry shortcake wasn't on shortcake but some kind of biscuit which was dry.
As restaurant folks we always give spot 2nd chance. Didn't have that opportunity on this vacation...maybe next time.

Great atmosphere, food was great, service was great, just a little pricey for what you get. Im accustomed to paying more for quality, but the portions were on the smaller side.

Everything went well with the service. The food was another story. We ordered an appetizer, the cheese board, and some sushi platters as they were only available Thursday - Sunday. The cheese platter came out before our bread was on the table which was great but when we got the sushi, it was not to our liking. The sushi that we had was a California roll and shrimp tempura roll on soy paper. Both of these rolls lacked freshness and taste. The crab meat was to be fresh and tasty as it is something they use on some of the dishes offered but it tasted like it was day old left overs. Thankfully it did not smell bad. I have had better sushi in my time and this restaurant is not known for it even with it a sushi bar right outside of the restaurant. Tempura roll was a chewy piece of shrimp over a crunchy roll. Again lacking the taste of a good roll. Even with soy sauce it did not improve the taste. Service overall I love as our server did a great job.

This was our 1st time at deep blu; we were very pleased. For a restaurant attached to a hotel, it exceeded our expectations. It qualifies as a fine dining experience.

Good food, nice atmosphere, good service (Cesar our waiter) enjoy a nice evening with my wife. We will surely return.

Three Sushi dinners served with appetizers then taken off table when questioned and set on counter in full view of restaurant until balance of meals ready. 2 of 7 dinners served cool and same three sushi meals returned to table. Sushi should of at least been chilled not set at room temperature. Resort pricing crazy for average service and food.

My husband is a seafood lover; I wanted to surprise him on his birthday, so I decided to take him to a seafood restaurant. I made a reservation at the Deep Blu, which was the worst restaurant experience that I had ever had in my life. We ordered a signature lobster that was advised by the server as " one of the best ". However that was the least favorable outcome: the food had no taste except salty, poor presentation, and poor customer service that's an unforgettable experience.

We had a nice family dinner, we stayed at the Wyndam Grand so this was a convenient option. The food was tasted very good but I felt that it lacked some passion, seemed to fall into the category of high end hotel food. I think for the price the serving size should be larger. We had the shrimp grand sushi roll for an appetizer, it was ok but certainly not anything special, I have had better in most small sushi spots for a lot less money. My wife had the crab cake and was very happy with the taste and presentation. We eat in fine dining restaurants regularly and and we are familiar with local seafood as well. The grouper I was severed looked like a very small end piece of the fish that was just not appropriate for what they called their signature dish. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is very nice. Overall we would return simply because it is a convenient option when stating at the hotel.

Absolutely amazing. The food, the atmosphere, the service. I had the specialty Crab crusted Gouper. Amazing. We also had sushi appetizer. Also very good.

Second night on our vacation! Great service! Friendly and fun! The food and recommendations were on point and our children loved the chef talking about the cool fish out for display. The sushi was amazing!!!!!

We went for my sons 4th birthday. We were a little apprehensive because it is a fine dining restaurant and it was Valentine’s Day and you never know how a 4 and 8 month old will act. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. Cesar was our server and made my whole family feel so special. Definitely will be back on the next trip.

After looking at the menu before our reservation, we were hesitant as the selection was limited (typical during pandemic). Once we arrived and got our food, we were so impressed. Just blown away. Really really top-shelf high quality food, some of the best we've had. Service was great as well, accommodated our request for outdoor seating. Highly recommend this restaurant!

The crab cakes with aspargus and roasted potatoes were excellent. Rebeccas was also an excellent server. The young man in charge from Morrocco in charge of the water glasses was also very attentive. Overall, an excellent experience and a wonderful Valentine's Day.

Ending my weekend trip here in Orlando and thought I’d try a new dining experience. The ambiance was very nice, quiet and relaxed. Our server was Rebekah, who was wonderful and provided exceptional service. Our table consisted of salads, grouper, crab cakes, and to finish an amazing apple walnut bar which was the highlight of the evening. Overall it was a very nice evening, would not mind passing through again, even for the outside lounge which had great ambiance as well. Thank you for enhancing our experience Rebekah, you were great!

A must when in the Orlando area the food what an absolute phenomenon

We celebrated Valentine's day a day early so it wasn't too crowded. The food selection was so great that we came back the next day for an early dinner. The service was by far the best that we've experienced and we eat out often. We stayed at the resort this restaurant is located on so it was a short walk away. The sushi was amazing and real crab unlike many places in Orlando. We live local so this was a staycation treat.

The bread that was brought to the table must have Ben from the week before. When asked for fresh bread the same stale bread was brought out warm. I ordered the crab encrusted grouper very small portion and over cooked and needed seasoning. Will never go again. I can get better fish at bonefish.

The restaurant was a bit hard to find but service, food, drinks, everything was worth it. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place.

The food was very mediocre, the cake was completely awful - strong aftertaste of baking soda, and the waitress had an attitude. Will not be back.

Filets were cooked perfectly and tender. Asparagus and brussel sprouts were 10 out of 10. Would make the trip back for them alone!!!

A wonderful ending to a long day of traveling to Florida. We had crab cakes, red snapper and the grouper which were all very good Even better was the service. Our server Rebeca was wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. She was an absolute pleasure. The service is second to none, even management was attentive and kind. As Wyndham club members we will return and recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to be treated like your special.
