   Food was fabulous. Drinks were delicious. Service was awesome.The decor was original and the atmosphere relaxing. The only drawback was the sun on our faces, coming in through the window shade as it was setting.

   Our waitress (name is escaping me) was probably one of the best servers I have had to date. Great recommendations and knowledge about the menu. She also went out of her way to indulge one of our guests with a custom dessert. Look forward to dining again with you again in the future!

   Deep Blu has been one of our all time favorite restaurants for a long time. Truly, the food is (normally) exceptional and the service is (normally) on point….so not sure what happened this night. Hoping it was a fluke. Our dinners arrived 5 min after ordering - before the appetizers. The servers seemed confused - clearly some communication issues. And come on - your “fresh catch” can’t literally be the exact same thing for years straight —— we have dined here for over 5 years on a fairly regular basis —— the fresh fish is always, always snapper. All that said, they still have the absolute best sushi!! Outside Japan, best we’ve had!

   Anniversary! Azel was attentive and excellent. His recommendations were spot on. He helped make our evening very special with this amazing chocolate dessert. The Grouper with crab was superb and memorable. A night we will cherish. Thank you!

    We ordered the lobster linguine, mussels, crab stuffed grouper, and the half chicken. They were all to Die for!!! I w finished every drop. Bread could be better. But the gourmet food was gourmet!!!

    poor quality of fish; no choice and variety! terrible service… my family and I love suhi, and we chose this place because of the awards (which must be “fake”) and the name of the restaurant itself… “deep blu sushi grille |SUSHI” … we ordered the suhi menu and the waiter said : “it will take at least 1 hour… why didn't you order food? grill menu? We only have 1 sushi man for the whole restaurant, he gets busy” (but we didn't understand anything, because the restaurant was EMPTY) … we would even like to order the grill menu, so we don't have to wait 1 hour. .:: but there was no variety, only day fishing and 3 other types…. with side dishes: Mashed potatoes, spinach and vegetables. Go to an award winning and expensive seafood/sushi restaurant… for mashed potatoes and fish of the day…. that I do much better at home or sushi (only with the option of the traditional salmon and tuna, of the worst quality) that without exaggeration I've had several better for delivery… misleading advertising of the awards and fake beautiful photos from Instagram… better saying DON'T GO!

    Server Azel was very informative and top of everything. Food was all superb. Our party of 6 had the Crab crusted grouper, Crab cakes, a couple sushi rolls and the fish of the day. Everyone was very pleased. I must agree that they were in fact the best crab cakes I have ever had. We will no doubt be back !

    Well to be honest the ratings give them no justice their supposed to be 5 Star not 4.5 , secondly I was greeted with red carpet upon arrival I love the host , my waiter was hands down one of the best . I’m so glad I found this location I’m very happy with this experience!

    Whenever we are in Orlando, which is every year for about three weeks, we will eat at Deep Blue a couple of times. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious. The sushi is amazing, and most of all the cocktails are awesome. Our favorite waitress, bartender, and now catering expert was there which made it a very special visit. Tee is the best!!! I highly recommend the restaurant.

    We went early for my birthday and it was very nice. The food was prepared as ordered and delicious. I had the daily catch and the flavors were good. My husbands steak was cooked to perfection. We were able to talk without loud noises. The servers (Rebecca and all) were always there to meet our needs, but left us so we could enjoy the rest of the time with each other.

    Everything was great beginning with the hostess to the food and most notably the excellent service by Jillian. We really enjoyed our dining experience and are looking forward to coming back. The crab mac & cheese and the snapper special were amazing.

    Went specifically for the crab cakes and was no where near disappointed. From the food, to service, to ambience- our last meal in Orlando was one for the books. The red snapper meal was one of the greatest delicacies I’ve ever eaten. The apple walnut dessert was decadent. And most of all our server made the experience memorable with her great suggestions and attention to service. Although we live in Chicago- we will definitely be back

    Nebula was PHENOMENAL. We went with all of her recommendations, each item was on point. Rest of staff was also very nice. Food was outstanding, from the Rajun Cajun Sushi Roll to the Grouper, and the Lobster Linguine, topped off by an excellent piece of chocolate cake! Thank you for a memorable experience!
