service was horrible. Food menu was cut to one page which is understandable given the pandemic. but the service to be that bad? the manager was very nice and listened to my frustrations. For a high end restaurant, service should be the same standard as the price they charge for food. They are not red lobster standard and as such they are held to a higher standard. My server never checked on us not even once and I cant get a refill for my water. Water? shouldn't it be automatic. Lower end restaurants do a better job making sure the patrons are well hydrated. Overall, I told the manager we would try them again and if its the same experience, we will go elsewhere. Ive been going to this place for years and always loved it but this last time was poor service.

Limited menu. Was over priced for value. Name of restaurant was misconception. But maybe limited menu was due to Covid.

We were expecting a more lively ambient with some degree of music for the New Years Eve dinner. However, there was little to no music on the speakers and you could only hear the kitchen working. Our server was nice, but did not exceed our expectations as far as service goes. When you pay $50+ per meal, you expect a more professional, and proper level of service. The food was ok. My husband got a new york strip and asked for it medium, it came out close to rare, very red on the inside. We did not send it back because then they would have probably overcooked it. Kids menu is limited to chicken tenders, hot dogs, and sliders and fries. We would have liked a little bit more of a variety for the kids, some more healthier options. Keep in mind, this kids menu is the same that is offered at all the restaurants at the Wyndham Grand resort. The kids had already ate chicken tenders at the pool earlier that day. We got the kids an adult meal instead. For the high prices and very limited menu options, I would not recommend this restaurant. Many things can be improved from ambient, food, and service.
Absolutely delicious and wonderful restaurant. I had the red snapper and my husband had the grouper encrusted with blue crab. Both meals were fantastic! We got a free bottle of red wine and the server gave us a chocolate torte to share for my birthday! The service was phenomenal and the food was so dam good! We wanted to eat there again before we flew home
But they are open on limited days due to COVID. Glad we got to go and enjoy this wonderful restaurant. Definitely will return again
Our Christmas Day evening family dinner. It was a remarkable meal not only for the quality of the food but the service was exceptional My daughter remarked that it was the type of personal service you find on a luxury cruise ship. Best of everything for our family Christmas celebration.
What a great dinner experience. Rachel, our server made feel comfortable and made excellent suggestions. The blue crab crusted Grouper was outstanding but the aged Prime ribeye was amazing and perfectly paired with creamed kale.
We were celebrating Christmas and the seasonal cocktails were a hit!
This was our first visit to deep Blu but it will not be our last.

Our meal was extraordinary. Each dish was a delight and the fish and crab entrees that we tried were fresh and the flavors were extraordinary. I tried the beet salad as an appetizer on a whim, and it was my favorite dish of all during our week here in the Orlando area (and we have eaten at some outstanding restaurants).
After eating junk food at Disney Parks & walking for many hours, THIS is the restaurant you want to go to for REAL food and have a nice relaxed dinner. Our server was great and each of our dish selection was OUTSTANDING. Definitely recommend & we will be back!

Great meal and very good overall experience. Food was delicious, well prepared and well presented. Waitress was friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a really good meal away from the parks, this is a great spot. Would definitely go back again.
My husband and I ate at Deep Blu in February. We returned as it was outstanding last time. The return visit lived up to our expectations. We were just sad that calamari was not on the abbreviated menu following COVID.
Food was pretty salty- even items we asked them not to salt for our one year old. Steak was over charred on the outside but rare in the middle (wanted medium rare). Had to ask for everything since nothing is at table now ( covid problems). Blucrab grouper was ok but salty. My husband said the snapper fresh catch was really good.

Our waiter was knowledgeable about special diets like gluten free.. he brought some masa chips that were heated a bit and went perfectly with the Scallops Aguachile resplendent with tomatillo, Serrano pepper, diced avalado and pickled onions.. superb! Dinner was outstanding.. blu crab crusted Grouper.. hello! With grilled asparagus, fingerling potatoes, and a lovely bearnaise sauce! This entre also gluten free! This was our end of vacation restaurant splurge! This one is quite memorable! We highly recommend especially seafood-ies! It’s worth it!
We were so excited to hear deep blu was open again and decided to go on opening night. First thing to review is all the safety procedures they had in place. Disposable menus, social distancing, pen sanitizers and even a cleaning wipe for when you sign check. Now to the best part... food and service were as great as before. The menu still has some of our favorites such as the deep blu crab cake and blu crab man & cheese. We enjoyed the swordfish and seafood cioppino and they were simply amazing.
The service was exceptional and the chef was visiting tables to check on everyone’s dinner.
If you love seafood give deep blu a try.
We went to celebrate my husband‘s 60th birthday and our 22nd wedding anniversary. Our server Rebecca went above and beyond to make our dinner and celebration really special. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The restaurant itself was beautiful and the food was excellent and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be visiting again and would strongly recommend this restaurant to others.

Food was delicious and fresh. The waiters were pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend. With my hotel package as long as I brought a entree my daughter was able to eat for free which was a plus.
We are from New Orleans and consider ourselves foodies. We eat at a different restaurant every weekend. Our server was very good, scallops were excellent and blue ink squid pasta with crabmeat was well seasoned and delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone coming for a nice dining experience.

My wife’s cocktail had plastic wrap in it (the waiter informed us they use it to wrap the giant ice balls in that are placed in the drinks). Not a great start. Waiter wasn’t very attentive and we ended up pouring our own wine. Food was nice though, as was the ambiance.

Great place to entertain clients. Outstanding communication and accommodation for severe gluten allergy... truly clean kitchen, all sides and most entrees naturally free of flour, breadcrumbs, bread. Fresh, modern, healthy, delicious preparation.
We pulled up to the place to find out it’s in the Wyndham hotel. I got to the valet and asked how much it was and he let me know to show my server the ticket and they will stamp it and valet is free. I had the lobster ravioli and asparagus. My girlfriend had the lobster and her son had the kids sliders. Everything was very good. I had excellent customer service and my experience was outstanding as was the food. 5 stars.
The ambiance and service was excellent. The food was not at all up to par with restaurants at similar price points. The crab chowder was gelatinous. The chicken appeared to have been pre cooked and reheated making it very dry. The salmon was excellent but paired with a confusing pasta salad.
