Chef Drew Deckman proposal is based on sustainability of our ingredients, paying homage to Baja California “Table to the farm”.
Our goal is that our ingredients and products travel less than a zero km to be enjoyed at your table.
The wine, olive oil, eggs, vegetables, flowers , herbs, honey, lamb and vegetables have been produced/raised in this same ranch and family ranches that we own and operate. We proudly celebrate the "Slow Food" philosophy.

    We’re hoping this experience was an anomaly. We’ve been many times. Each time the service & food exceeded our expectations. This time however, the service was abysmal. Our server did not know the menu, could not describe dishes. There was no sommelier. The server did not know about the wines & tried to sell us the most expensive wines. We’re in wine country & we know about wine. We ordered main dishes & then told after receiving appetizers & salads that they were out of them. We had already ordered the bottle of wine to accompany the main courses. At the end of the meal before we even finished our wine, our table was being cleared including the placements & table cloth. There are other restaurants in the area that continue to be world class. If we do try to come again, it will be for the pork jowl. Exceptional dish!

    El lugar es muy bonito, la comida buena sin ser espectacular, el servicio bien, ya compite con mejores menús en el Valle de Guadalupe que traen otro nivel de comida y servicio espectaculares.

    Very overrated. Service was awful and the tasting menu was underwhelming. Go to Fauna if you want a better culinary experience.

    We’ve dined at Deckmans for over 8 years, each experience wonderful and delicious. I felt the menu was lacking, much smaller than I remember in the past. Not sure we’ll come back again.

    El servicio fue excelente, mucha atención y me encantaron todas sus recomendaciones. La comida una delicia, los postres wooow; los cocteles, todos, riquísimos. Ya quiero regresar!
