We loved our experience at the 6A cocktail bar. Sam was incredible at finding the perfect drink based on which flavors we were wanting. The music was fun but not too loud and the ambiance was romantic and classy.
Service was terrible. Nice guy but didn't bring things we ordered, completely forgot the table after our food came, let dirty dishes sit in front of us for 1/2 an hour.
Keep an eye out for the “RAMBLE” sign—it’s much more prominent than the “Death & Co.” plaque. Retro yet sophisticated atmosphere, impressive spirit collection, beautiful cortados, delicious brunch, & creative & well-executed cocktails.
A dark room lit by crystal chandeliers filled with intimate corners with luxurious chairs and booths add up for a wow moment for a date night. All of the cocktails I tried were amazing - inventive but balanced, some thing I would come back for. On top of the drinks the amount of effort that was put into making quality food safe for a celiac was above and beyond.
Our server was very attentive to our needs. The food and drinks were amazingly paired. Overall the dinner was beyond what we expected.
Valentine’s Day at death and come was phenomenal, I’m addition to having an awesome server, Max. Will return for future special occasions.
The smoky mezcal was unlike any drink I have ever had and it felt like there were three distinctly different waves of flavor. The food was amazing and we went for the V-day Pre-fixe menu and I would recommend it to all. True drink-crafting mastery and a cozy atmosphere.
I wasn’t the biggest fan of the food. Everything else was on par for a $250 dinner.
Great Valentines Day experience! Food and drink pairings were great, service was great. Tables a bit too close for intimate conversation (think French cafe without the smoke). Our first seating was on a couch directly across from another couple (lovely people but strangely awkward), we asked for a table and were accommodated with ease. Thank you Death & Co. for a wonderful Valentines dinner with my hubby of almost 30 years!
The Death & Co team is incredibly thoughtful when celebrating a special occasion or any other time! They were more than accommodating for our group and even brought over complimentary champagne and had a congratulatory note on the table when we all arrived to celebrate my friend’s engagement.
This place seems more like a stand alone restaurant than a hotel lobby from the pictures but the service makes you forget you're anywhere but your own private booth. The food is also exceptional. They the coffee cocktail with coconut milk.
Cool location and great brunch with 6 of us getting the lobster Benedict. The cocktails can take a while..
Very good food, service was good - but seemed stretched a bit thin at times. Ambiance is what you should go for!
Food was delicious- great for the price and atmosphere- waiter was a little slow, but the hostess jumped in and helped
Best food I have ever had as someone with allergies. I will absolutely be returning.
Death and Co. Denver was superb. The drinks were exceptional. I ordered my second drink off the menu, and let the bartender the kind of drink I liked. They made me an excellent drink and It was exactly what I wanted. The staff were all super kind and welcoming. Loved it!
Amazing! We will be coming back again!
Excellent ambiance with a large and eclectic cocktail menu. Because the drinks are so involved, it takes much longer to make/get each drink than at a typical bar. Great spot for HH or a romantic date night. Reservation recommended.
Excellent cocktails. Some drinks featured unique liquors from around the world.
Our server was incredible! Intimately knew both the drink and “eats”menus. Great sense of humor too. Staff was very attentive. Food? WOW!!!! Duck confit grilled cheese? You’ll never want another type of grilled cheese...ever. I had a beet salad full of manchego, fig, and nuts! Did I sayFULL of manchego? The space is just lovely; rich velvets in beautiful hues surrounded by high windows and varied wood grains.
Was such a fun time with girlfriends and the food and cocktails were excellent! Can’t wait to return!
Made reservations here because I had a friend visiting from out of town. I made the reservation over a month in advance because I know it's a smaller space. They asked if we had a reservation outside the restaurant and I replied yes, they said okay, we'll let them know your here. We then walked approximately 4 steps to the hostess stand let them know personally we were there. They put us in a booth on the window that had a big draft, so we asked to move to the table right next. They weren't thrilled but let us make the move. Then we had to wait quite a bit to order a drink and get water. The waiter was nice, the food was good, just seemed a bit much. But we were overall pleased with the meal and it was fun for an out of town guest. Probably won't be having another meal here but overall I enjoyed the night.
Great food and atmosphere. The service is sub par for the money and expectations one would have accordingly: our server and host knew very little about the food and could not answer basic questions, nor did they offer to find out. This keeps the place from being great in my book.
Great place to hang out with friends and have a few drinks but food was awful! We had the warm mozzarella appetizer which sounded good but the cheese was cold and rubbery which made it hard to pass and share! We also had olives in olive oil but had to ask for bread. Kind of confusing and hard to eat. Feels more like a bar in the middle of a hotel lobby. Not like a intimate Resturant. Seating was nice for a “lounge area” but no one wants to be trying to cut and share rubbery moz while sitting on a couch hovering over a coffee table. Think they need to fit the food to the vibe of the atmosphere. Its distracting to have a Resturant open to people checking in with their luggage/carts in tow. It should be more finger/bar tapas food. The drink menu was a bit confusing? Too many options with unusual ingredients but not descriptions of taste?
Great location, beautiful hotel and lobby, and the food was exceptional. The staff was super friendly, and we could not have asked for a better, more beautiful birthday brunch.
My date and I enjoyed Death & Co. If you’re familiar with the Denver scene, I can best describe the experience as if the Union Station ambience and a speak easy had a baby, this would be the result. Food selection was eclectic and requires an open mind but we had three share plates and all three were delightful. Dessert was a miss but that’s okay. Service was consistent and well versed in cocktail lingo. Would recommend going at night for the full vibe.
Best place EVER- DJ is bomb AF
Loved the speakeasy feel of the restaurant. Fun for a treat-yourself kind of night
Loved the service but the food was terrible. We had to send it back and go to another restaurant. But the service was excellent.
Great place to start or end your evening- the Ambiance and Intrigue are unique.
A spectacular birthday dinner! Fun cocktails and incredible, succulent chicken.
Really beautiful brunch on the garden level great service with excellent interesting food
Went for brunch for the first time. The menu was a little lacking in my opinion. The service was outstanding and the ambiance was superb. We had the pastry basket and the food was outstanding.
Great spot. Great vibe. The cocktails and desserts were amazing.
Not only is the Ramble Hotel the sexiest thing to hit Denver in a minute, but their bar/restaurant scene is off the chain! The food is delicious, large portions, and fun. Their hidden Garden upstairs is glorious in the sunshine. A little pricey, but worth it for a luxe, sexy lounge hang.
Everything was great except it was extremely cold in the booth we were sitting in. Literally cold air blowing on us, which also cooled off our food quickly.
Went to check out this new spot with 3 co-workers. Our server Max was awesome! We had a bunch of different cocktails (from their very extensive list) and almost everything on their short food menu. The cocktails were unique and delicious. The food was beautifully plated, creative, and tasty. And the atmosphere was great, the room is dimly lit with giant chandeliers overhead and for seating their are couches, cocktail tables, a handful of larger tables and a beautiful bar. Will definitely return.
The cocktails here are wonderful! They take a while to prepare though, so be patient, but worth the wait.
