Saturday: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
Loved the special appetizer of stuffed zucchini blossoms!
Prompt, attentive service. Food is always tasty with properly cooked pasta. Nice selection of menu items and sizes of portions. Specials each day too.
Excellent service but the evening we were there business was very light but it was obvious to us our pasta noodles were not made fresh and sat out for awhile. The red sauce was pretty bland. There is no “kids menu” and the best choice we could make was just a bit too extravagant for kids taste. The wine chosen by our Server though was excellent.
Excellent as always
What a great night!!! Service was amazing and everything on the menu that we ate was phenomenal!!!!! Who doesn’t love fresh homemade pasta with great service!! The cavatelli with the sausage was delicious, as was the bucatini! Highly recommended!!!!!
We had been encouraged to be “adventurous” in our dining so we went to this place. Our waiter guided us through our choices and made us feel quite special.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here. It's an unassuming little place in a strip mall but the food is authentic. And they offer small portions if you prefer and 30 bottles of wine for $30 or less. The cannoli were large (2 per serving for $7) and absolutely delicious. We will be back.
no vegetarian options really. the eggplant parm was out so i was basically forced to get an extremely bland pasta dish that was very very very plain and had no thought put into it. the red sauce that my dish came with was almost like they heated up plain canned tomatoes then blended and served it to me.
Food is always awesome at DC!
As always great food and wine. Nice to have such a restaurant in Strongsville
Wasn’t impressed at all. My husband wanted a simple chicken Parmesan but was told no. Wine wasn’t good. Service was a little weird. Won’t be back.
Love this place.
Fantastic as always! Love DC Pasta!
We took clients to dinner from San Diego and they raved about the food! We had an enjoyable dinner and the staff/ownership was friendly and engaging which made for a relaxing dinner.
The best pasta ever!!! We will definitely be back soon :)
Everytime I go, it’s a treat. All of the pasta dishes are wonderful.
The food was delicious, service was great and it has a nice ambiance. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Again, a super meal.for both of us with excellent service.
We always enjoy ourselves here, sorry to hear it may be sold at some point. Would’ve been five stars across the board but we didn’t get our water refilled until the very end of the meal and we were given a table in the middle of the room instead of along the side as requested (very minor points). We’ll be back, delicious as always!
Always great - We like the Creative menu with lots of good choices
I’ve been to this restaurant a few times and overall had good experiences. Unfortunately, this visit was less than desirable as there was a long black hair in my wife’s food. When I asked the manager to remove the plate he didn’t offer an apology or a new dish to replace her meal. I realize things happen but I thought this was handled poorly.
Great overall dining experience. The menu was creative and well planned out. Options o’plenty.
Service was effective and efficient. Manager was attentive and appeared genuine without being cheesy or disruptive. Our server was knowledgeable and offered his opinion in a very helpful way.
Our meals were delicious.
Would definitely return to this establishment.
The food and service is excellent. The owner John is attentive to the client needs. The food is authentic and well prepared. The $30.00 and under wine list is a gem.
I was a bit disappointed they were out of the halibut on Valentine’s Day, but the server was great. The food was delicious, although some of the cheeses were a bit overly salty. Overall, it was a wonderful evening.
We went for Valentine's Day, at 7:30pm. The restaurant was pretty full when we arrived but we had a reservation and were sat right away, the rush for the night started to clear out at the same time. The service really wasn't good. We ordered wine, an iced tea and an appetizer. The server brought the wine and that was the last we saw of him. A female server approached our table and while later and asked to take our order. We inquired about the iced tea and the appetizer - an order for neither had been placed for us by the first server. We finally got our appetizer - Fritto di Mar (calamari and shrimp) with red pepper coulis. It was a really small serving. There were just a couple tiny shrimp mixed in. The calamari was too chewy and wasn't seasoned. And I don't know what they think red pepper coulis is, but this sauce wasn't it - mayo with spices, that's not a coulis.
When the appetizer came, we ordered our dinner, starting with 2 salads. We finished the appetizer and sat and sat waiting for the salads. We asked about them and were told they were being made. I then also asked for bread at that point. Every other table had bread but we were offered none. Salads were fine. Again, kind of on the smaller side. For dinner we had linguine carbonara and chicken parmesan. They were decent. Nothing terribly impressive. The pasta was cooked nicely, al dente. The carbonara didn't come with any meat other than the pancetta, you could add it for an upcharge and I regret not adding chicken. It would have been nice to receive a spoon with the carbonara dish, but that was something I had to request after the fact.
The food was fine and priced well enough that maybe I'd go back, if I was nearby and needed dinner. I wouldn't rush back or recommend it specificically.
We loved the ability to do half plates in the spirit of trying your wide array of delicious pasta dishes. We’ll be back
The food was sub par. My husbands cavatelli was doughy and gummy. The sauce lacked flavor. The spicy sausage wasn’t even spicy. My carbonara was served in a soup like sauce. It was not classic Italian carbonara at all. It wasn’t very busy at the time so I am not sure what the issue was. Our server was very attentive. At least the wine was good.
This place is fantastic. Creative and innovative pasta dishes. The homemade pasta and sauces are incredible. A favorite for our family.
Great meal to go with great friends! Love the option of getting small plates and sharing
We had great meal and I especially love the half size pasta dishes you can order. Everything was perfect and delicious.
Always one of my favorite pasta restaurants. However last night the service was extremely slow and inattentive. The pasta was dry and lacked flavor. Chicken picatta was dry and lackluster. Definitely off its game. Seemed to be short servers and the cooks were second string. Hopefully just a bad night. One more night like this and it won't be one of my favorites any longer.
Love the 1/2 plate pasta dishes available because you have to enjoy their cheese and meat selections. The bread and bean spread ( complimentary) are delicious.
Food was delicious and the staff is really nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
This is one of our “fallback” places. The food is always good, the wine list is affordable . They were short handed but did their best to give us their usual good service.
Love the place. Always try different dishes because they change up the menu and they offer daily specials. Always great food.
Wonderful pasta and clam entree!
Wonderful, service was awesome. We were here at closing time, our server was understanding.
Excellent dinner. Great wine list. Service was superb.
Great food and service - one of our favorite spots.
Great Place and atmosphere close to home..Just a good place
